Only used it to get water for beach but looks nice.

No variation of food, all week was all the same. The view was good and the sea was perfect.

A good hotel, recommended for a family holiday. Clean, not bad kitchen, polite and always ready to help the staff!

We had a very nice time, rooms were a little tired, food was very nice, bar staff were very pleasant, entertainment staff were absolutlely fantastic. Definately will come back, felt very safe, loved the sea. Thanks.

What do you do with a backward civilization (Romania) that has now developed a middle class? Well you send them to Bulgaria on holiday and accommodate them in the Kaliakra hotel. This may sound a little harsh but our holiday provider "Love holidays" made a bit of a mistake placing a mixed race British couple in a hotel dominated by German and Romanians who spent a large proportion of their time staring at you as if you were the latest circus sideshow. Anyway I digress, this review should really be about the hotel. On the positive side the staff tried their best to help you despite their limited command of the English language. The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable but the positioning of the bed could have been better. It's fine for two people but would be challenging if you had to accommodate any more. As for the food, the most positive thing I can say is that it was at best hit and miss. There was not one day where the food was hot and there seemed to be a constant supply of either pork (which I do not eat) or chicken. On one day they did provide a "chilli con carne" but it was so cold that it was inedible. The food left over from lunch was usually recycled at tea time. Despite paying to go all inclusive we ended up going out for evening meals which in my opinion is totally wrong and does not represent value for money.

We have been on Holiday in Kaliakra for 10 Years every Year. It's always gorgeous. The Hotel is located on the Beach, there is very good Food and the Rooms are very well cleaned.

Wir waren dort zum Abendessen in Buffetform Gute Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten für jeden Geschmack. Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich. Dort wären wir gerne länger geblieben.

Great hotel and class room. Food more than adequate and tasty. The whole facility very clean and the pool area also. The beach is right under the hotel and also very nice.

Drive now for the 7th time there was always satisfied.
Cleanliness in the room was fine fresh towels daily.
Food varied and good.
Milen Pedrov has the thing well in the grip of the pool area clean and tidy the snack bar of Stefan also in order considering how many different people are represented here, this is not always easy.
The hotel's boss always friendly as well as most waitresses in the restaurant both at the bars.
Especially the young people at the beach bar always friendly and attentive.
have booked for 2018 again, are again with 4 people on site.

Location Decent. Is on the first line. Has a lovely pool. Very tasty to feed their guests. Every evening show program. 1 minute walk to the street for evening defile. Stmpatichnye rooms. Rbsluzhivanie without complaints. Prices for vouchers bite.

All in all, a great vacation. Directly on the beach. Sun beds and umbrellas free on the beach for hotel guests. Service very satisfactory. From the Pool and the beach direct view to the sea.

Staff multilingual. Very nice and accommodating, but not annoying. Super beautiful beach. Lots of animations for big and small.

Good hotel, super food, nice holiday.

Hotel equals three stars * * * is fully commative sufficient. I'm in the before season in mid-May here must say the place is totally dead. Only at the end of May at the beginning of June begins the season then is more living. To the hotel by Bulgarian ratio, food is good quick service of drinks. The staff are friendly, too. Rooms are reasonably clean and are cleaned regularly, manuals and sheets are changed regularly.
Drinks sufficient is all AI. Quality is okay! Only diseased pensioners are many here who are disturbed but not. At the bar, the staff are unfortunately too doof to mix a good cocktail also for a fee. Good beach everything clean. Lors and parasols are all new. Lying on and beach is free.
Price/performance is great in the hotel.
I will certainly come back in the next few years.

Amazing as most of the hotels in Albena. On the one side you have the beach, on the other the forest. Newly renewed. The food is great.

Friendly helpful counter agents, try to help You to be. Unfortunately no gym or similar, or Sauna… Everything else is great & clean.

For Locals and Russians like the Hotel to be good. If you other 4 star Hotels knows that's far from 4 stars away. The Hotel leaves much to be desired! Rooms good, however, with technical errors. Food below average, drink no intoxicating! 15-20 minutes waiting for the pancakes. Löskaffee from the vending machine. Wi-Fi rarely works. German TV is running with constant failures. 18:00 is at the Pool strict Badeschluß. We have definitely paid too much : — (.

Fantastic hotel very near the beach good amenities. Not far from shops. And good food.

Get a big room, the standard room is too small if you are with kids. The Large rooms are awesome and much more convenient. Overall the hotel is excellent, the food was good, the beach is right next to the hotel. The parking is near by across the street — did not had any issues, but did not see any security during the night. The only bad thing is the Wi-Fi access — the Albena resort have one network covering all hotels. For two weeks I did not manage to have any internet running — it simply doesn't work. Albena Tours need to fix this.

For a 4* hotel, sure looked like a 2* one. But it was clean and the food was great.

We were now to the twice here and we are 100% satisfied but that all best is the pool bar *-* the people there mega nice and super funny: D if anyone reads this of you there, that the pool bar jobben "добър ден".

We have been already 2 times in the beach of Kaliakra and we're going again this year.

This is a very good hotel I'm Iranian and I for holiday went to the kaliakra palas.

Great hotel, great service. Totally recommended for all-inclusive services.
