The whole of albena is an old Russian holiday resort built 1980. The whole place and every hotel needs updating. Not much entertainment.

Best vacation ever! We loved the hotel facilities, animation, the pool, the beach, the food, aqua park, the views, everything was more than we expected! see you next year!

The food is super, the rooms are good, but cleaning is almost absent, the change of linen on request for reception, wai fai weak, the service of Alya — cards does not work, on arrival in the institution give only pizza. The rooms overlook the pool are beautiful views of the forest but noisy very much. The water park is great for kids. The hotel is on a solid three, well, in other it and so 3.

We're here a second time. The hotel is not a dream, but 3 stars will go. Cleaning rooms is bad. Toilet paper has to be :). A five-star meal, a rich selection of dishes — you can combine as you want. Always fresh meat is available — which can not but please. Drinks and beer are not up to par, but I drink mostly water and tea, so Do not suffer. The only negative of the restaurant — poorly washed dishes. But it was always — so we solve the problem with hot water and napkins. The poiad is great, umbrellas and sunbeds. The bar at the beach is normal. You can pepper if you're hungry or you don't want to leave. Albena likes the forest, fresh air gives a break from the city. For a category 3, it's a very nice hotel. The value for money is suitable for the average income. The food is just great. Free bus to the beach every half hour. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach for all holidaymakers. It's a pity there are no mattresses. Only paid for 2 levs. Bars with drinks for all tastes. Animators are just professionals. The pools are good only dirty. No lifeguards. Room service is not clear: towels change daily, garbage is taken out, but wet cleaning for 10 days did not do once. There is no hairdryer or refrigerator in the rooms. The hairdryer is issued on the reception bail of 10 levs. But all these flaws did not spoil the experience of the stay and the hotel.

A great place for a 3-super. The food is excellent, walk to the sea with the child for 15 minutes, without 10 minutes. For those who do not want to go there is a bus every 30 minutes. The rooms are cramped but tolerable. A la carte the only negative, offer from the entire menu only pizza and pasta, at least so happened to us twice. They clean it every day. In general, for an inexpensive holiday I advise, sometimes 4 degrees in Bulgaria is much worse.

The only good thing was that you had free entrance to Aqua Park and could eat in 2 restaurants all inclusive. Smell in the lobby, the room was disgusting. Water flowed through the ceiling so that everything was wet and the secretary was not interested in it. The mirror was broken at the edges. The shower was worn down at the corners and it collected dirt when you showered and stayed there. The duvet cover was changed only once every 4 days. At night you could not fall asleep because there was very loud music every day. I advise from this hotel!

They were with the с16 family. 06.2017 to 25.06 2017. What can I say, very good place to stay with family but not for young people because there is no disco or entertainment, so something for children and everything. The Hoel is exactly 3 stars no more. Housekeeping do 1 every 3 days, but for 10 days only 2 times Deloli, Ito towels 2 gave and we were 4. Under a bed of dust in 2 sm. The smell in the room is terrible until prevyknesh. Beer and Pepsi Sprite all diluted with water that very upset us, the food is good but on the 5th day it is no longer possible to eat bored all the same very special in the morning. Most of all liked the food on the beach there really tasty. And the worst place out of their bars is the lobby bar where there is 70% water and 30% Stomon for a 2 star lobby bar. For a bar on the beach 5 stars for a bar at Basena 3 because of a pizza there left there was it, for the restaurant "What is more suitable dining room; 4 stars. Aqua Park loved the clean safe for the kids super and it is included in the price of the voucher, and so you have to pay from 120 cm of growth 36 Lev from 10 am and 26 to the dinner. They work up to 18 hours. To the sea 950 meters, bus Edith 3 times there and 3 back. Last from restaurant in 15.30 and back to 17.00 That's very bad for a lot of things. Personally, we only went to the writing. The nature is super very much trees and greenery. The beach is super clean no rubbish sunbeds are always there, the water is warm.

Hotel is a complete dump, we tried to book a parking space prior to the holiday, the hotel would not answer the email's other than to send us a copy of their parking policy, tried phoning over 5 days and no answer. The hotel was old, dirty and the staff were lazy and rude, if you asked for assistance even in Bulgarian they just shrugged their shoulders and ignored you, cleaners were seen in the same spot for the entire holiday hiding and drinking coffee. Food was abysmal and nearly always cold, if you wanted a table you needed to just about clear it yourself, whilst staff watched. On the whole a disturbing holiday, trying to contact Booking. Com is a complete waste of time,

Food is horrific chicken is still bleeding and chips are stale. Staff are rude and happily barge kids out the way and walk into anyone in there path. The life guard at the pool is sun bathing and doesnt move and is unable to see the main deep pool. Bar is all warm no good coffee anywhere. Place smells and house keeping dont clean given new bedding that was ripped once in a week even after asking. Had to ask 5 people for loo roll.

Never again… the only nice thing and the kids playground and the hotel pools… for cleaning Zero sorry really for the staff what and very friendly.

The staff is poor, few waiters note 1, do not know to respect its customers! Maid pretty good! The food mmm so and so!

My room looked over car park noisy day and night car door's banging, sun loungers on top of each other, not much entertainment only 3 times a week, only volleyball every afternoon, come out of hotel turn corner walk down crossed the road is the restaurant, only 2 fly zappers lots of flys on the food, staff in the hotel and restaurant dont make you feel welcome dont even smile, porter takes your luggage tell you all about the room and bathroom then waits for his tip, not enough sitting areas in the hotel or the terrace enough for about 50 people in the hotel and terrace, food wasnt that good yes had better in all inclusive before, bar closed at 11 o'clock then there no way of getting drink in the night if you need any, on site shop very small straight away follow you round, swimming pools the life guards smoking drinking backs to the people at time to chat to other staff, both over 60 odd years old and one of them changes his uniform to be security man night, (pools closed on the dot 6 pm whistles blowing out out, only thing thats good is free bus to the beach and back untill 5 pm every half hour, no hairdryers in the bathroom, Wi-Fi free only in lobby area, if you speak to staff only about a handful speak little English, I may visit Bulgaria again but not 3 hours away from airport, then if I do come back it would be sunny beach the strip, but on the plus side the outside of the hotel smells beautiful I dont know the smell but I liked it, the trees made lots of mosquitoes lot

Not the best hotel but definitely the friendliest staff couldn't of tried any harder. Though the chef's definitely could.

We are a family vacation in the Vita Park in July 2010 UAL. Всем very happy, excellent food, very good in the restaurant and in the rooms, lived at the Villa, a range of herbs, pines, in the morning, singing birds, fresh воздух. Пляж is also clean, sunbed enough, great bar on пляже. До sea traveled to the Opera, and you can пешком. Гуляли in many hotels, use their pools and развлечениями. Много Germans (animation), Romanians, поляков. Посещали a La carte restaurant, with a choice of 2 restaurants, liked in Ралице Супериор. Уборка great, but the bed is changed 1 times for 10дней. Хороший pool with slides, чистый. Советуем families with children, this comfortable hotel.
