Good place for events, everything from the reception to the use of space. Air conditioning is off, not something to worry considering the winter here in Brazil, still, very confortable.

Worse service ever! Today I waited for 20 minutes for a table for breakfast. Place was a zoo. Went to the front desk and explained the breakfast area was so full I couldn’t get a table and I asked if the could send my breakfast to my room. For a charge they said they could!? I talked with the manager and she promised she was going to send my breakfast to my room… an hour and a half later, no breakfast and I called the front desk and NOone answers the phone.

The hotel was great. Rooms were clean, the location is perfect to work nearby and then go to the morumbi shopping mall to eat. Unfortunately the reception was crowded and the check in took longer then expected.

Nice Hotel rooms a little dated as décor only thing I enjoyed is the comfort of the 5 star bed for the rest so.

Very short but comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly. The building has an excellent state as well as the rooms, clean, spacious, modern and well-equipped. The beds and their clothes are of excellent quality. The breakfast service to the Brazilian is very good. The hotel has a good location in one of the most modern places in the city. Don't expect great views of the environment.

Facilities very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, the area is very convenient. Wifi a bit slow. The food is very varied and of very good quality. There are two malls just a block away. To arrive at the international airport exit with 1:30 — 2:00 hours ahead of time.

Not bad hotel, but the truth is that you need a reform. The bathroom was very old and the shower was very good. Elevators don't work well.
The breakfast is not bad, but it is also not for throwing rockets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very good location in one of the city's financial centers and a street of multiple shopping centers.

Pricey for the quality of the rooms but strategic location for sure! The restaurant has good buffet meals every day and the waiters are very nice.

Excellent place. Very good attention. Employees who speak several languages and notice the predisposition to the guest having a good experience.

Excellent location especially if you want to be close to the business center Morumbi. Excellent service staff and amenities.

The hotel is decent and the staff are polite and courteous. The only set back was the card lock system and the inconvenience it caused during my stay. To make up for the frustration I asked for a beer and Pringles each night and management agreed :). I felt the hotels imagery of the rooms didn't match the one I stayed in. Ever though they look modern my room was tired and run down. The breakfast is good, the gym is well appointed and being across the street from a mall the location is perfect. After visiting the Grand Hyatt for a spa treatment and being able to afford it on my next visit to Sao Paulo I will be staying there :)

Good hotel, clean, welcoming and a good breakfast. Too bad that during my stay the electronic keys did not work and you had to always have the staff open it ok.

Very comfortable rooms, with air conditioning and all the amenities one would want. Good Wi-Fi connection. Attentive staff and always willing to help.

Nice variety of food on both the coffee break and lunch, but meeting room could be larger.

I attended a meeting in there. It was nice and pleasant. The lunch was delightful.

Decent Hotel. Their King size beds are actually 2 full size beds pushed together. It does not work when sleeping alone. And it doesn't work when sleeping with a partner! You end up alone on one side of the bed because of the raised rail running up the middle of the bed where the end of the two mattresses meet. Decent Hotel. Nice rooms. Decent breakfast. Bad beds!

Lacking cleaning team, found traces of old make-up on my blanket, tbe chair my girlfriend was using on the swimming pool broke. But, the lovable attendants make up even for that, the reason we chose the hotel was the nice people that explained everything we wanted to know on the telephone. Good breakfast, tasty but nothing out of the ordinary.

It is a good and confortable hotel. The room has plenty of space and employees are very friendly. The hotel is just next to a few malls, very good located.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, staffers are gentle and helpful, breakfast is nice but could improve. Great fruit juices though. There's a gym, a pool and sauna. Great for conferences.

Mid range hotel, spacious rooms, small twin size beds. No issues with my stay, except it was cold in the room and there was no way to control. Close to a nice shipping center and in a decent part of town.

Good location to business district. Rooms are warm but comfortable.

Estadia devido a trabalho por seis semanas. Quartos confortáveis e atendimento excelente, equipe muito bem disposta em atender. O único ponto negativo e o restaurante, que na minha opinião deixa a desejar quanto a qualidade e sabor da comida, apesar de os preços serem altos.

Excellent service and great location. Located right in front of Morumbi Mall, which is very convenient. The room was great; spacious and very comfortable. Close to loads of excellent places to visit and enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier. Food surprisingly good and as long as you pause for only the 30 seconds necessary for someone to realise you want advice and are willing to engage, you'll get heaps. My lack of Portuguese was easily overcome by willing staff if, again, I waited long enough to let them.

Pool in hudsonsoft giddier height, nice room with stunning views of Sao Paulo and breakfast with friendly service.

It is pretty good. But there are not enough equipment fot convenience Only has hair dryer. That's all. But it has big shopping mall around it. You did not go far.
