Excellent Hotel. Excellent service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is varied and very good. Recommended one hundred percent.

One of the best corporate venues for events in Brazil. Easy to get an Uber or taxi in front of the hotel. Also, one of my top 5 hotels for a business stay in São Paulo.

Upon arrival the reception staff was very friendly, the hotel is a typical 5 star business hotel. The rooms offer a large desk space working area but lack a personal touch. The air conditioning is efficient and silent, the bathroom large and clean with a window towards the room. The fitness center is well equipped and breakfast offers extensive choices.

Excellent property. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Executive lounge is well appointed. Nice views.

Issues on coordinating small business events and no integrated management of the international vendors/prividers. Very frustrating experience. Last time event there was a complete disaster.

Great modern hotel. Rooms were clean and modern, executive lounge has great views. The higher end restraunt was a Brazil-Italian fusion which didn't quite work — tasty, but confused. Location is right next to a busy road with cycle path and jogging route.

Great for staying in São Paulo when coming to any event or working reason. Service is super professional, front desk is really helpful, staff is great. Conference rooms are really good on different sizes to accommodate a few different number of people. Options on coffee breaks are good. Located near one of the greatest in and outside route of São Paulo, easy access.

There is a great gym on the top, with a spectacular view. Easy to access and employees prepared to serve the customers.

Let me start by saying the hotel is very nice and the room was comfortable. I am a firm believer in customer service. It's to bad because during my check in process the lady was not friendly & very short with me. I arrived 3 hours early before their 2PM check in and was requested $90 dollars for an early check in even though my room is ready. This has never happen to me in all my years of business travel. When I come back in July, I'll be staying at the hotel next door. I had a really good experience with them last year.

Great hotel, as you might expect from a hotel of this chain, staff prepared and very helpful, ready to fix any problem or hitch. The perfectly managed breakfast room does not accuse the moments of crowding data from groups. The rooms and the management of the elevators seems to have a more gear.
Sall ' hotel is accessible in the underground shopping centre which is located under the district.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and I would say that it's pretty good. Not great, not bad, just pretty good. The room was clean, the staff was nice, but most important it is convenient to the office The two things that need improvemt are the food in the "Executive Lounge", it was just bad. It was free, so I can't complain too much, but I expected better. Also, the key card system is from the 90s and they were becoming demagnatuzed constantly. I will stay there again because of the convenience, but wish they would make a few changes.

Hilton is a good place to be. The spaces reserved for business meetings attempt ALL spectations, the infrastructure is high level, the gym is Very good, including personal trainners and equipment.

All very well, except for some details in the room, but overall (cleanliness, attention, decoration, services) is a very good hotel.

The hotel is located at a privileged spot in SP, ideally for business but for resting as well. Reception and all the staff are well trained and super engaged to offer the most pleasant and comfortable stay possible. Breakfast is fantastic, plenty of options and all sorts of foods and beverages. The only point to complain is the parking lot — too pricy (R$100 for two nights), missing a little bit of courtesy and today I just found two scratches with white stains in both doors of my car, most probably taken there during my stay finished yesterday.

Be sure to get a room with bridge/river view that is most recently renovated. Lovely rooms, prompt room service, and fantastic Wi-Fi! I didn't have a great check in service but the Manager on duty did his best to make it right! I also didn't love the Canvas meal — — but for the most part, amazing staff!

The wine at the happy hour was not tasting good. Last time I was there everything was much better.

I had a wonderful time from Sept 17-21. I was upgraded to diamond level and was treated to an executive level suite. Lounge on floor 28 is a nice hideaway. Tatiana is so sweet and gracious! Food in Canvas restaurant was phenomenal. I will return.

Stood for a week… for work. Excellent room, everything works. From AC to shower! The restaurants inside are amazing. Good location for the Berrini/morumbi area.

Very nice modern hotel. Got a room with a nice view of the bridge. The staff is friendly and a lot of them speak English very well. Most people in Sao Paulo don't speak any English at all. The food is good at the restaurant. Went walking around today. There are plenty of restaurants near by. There is a mall about a 15 minute walk down the street. This is my 3rd trip to Sao Paulo. Although the other hotels I stayed in were nice, I think this one is the best.

This hilton delivers high quality service : tje room are spaceful, breakfast is high quality, swimming pool is large and clean, the fitness center is modern with impressive sigh seeings (floor 28) and spa is large for 6 persons.

I stayed 5 nighs in june 2016 and just loved the place. From the gym staff, lounge staff, breakfast and restaurants — everybody was so nice! Very well trained and perfect atmosphere. Minus for no upgrade (im HHD) and bed duvets are really old and needs to be replaced. Pool area can be freshed up.

An "ok" Hilton, nice Bar on the 1st Floor. Roomservice is ridiculously pricey!

The hotel is modern, clean and very efficient, the lounge is one of the better ones and the location of the hotel is good for the morumbi business area.

This place is just amazing, the service is marvelous! I strong recommend to take a higher level and have an impressive view!

Very nice Hotel, clean, friendly staff. Located at the basement you find a small mall with a foodcourt. Unfortunately this mall is closed at weekends as nearly everything around the hotel. The Morumbi area is completely closed down at weekends.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Quiet, clean rooms with a great view and a beautiful well equipped gym with sauna and pool on the roof top. Staff is great and they speak English and Spanish fluently. I'd certainly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Sao Paolo's financial district.

This hotel is infested with mosquitos from the nearby canal Rio Pinheiros! This is a health concern as my business partner and I were bitten several times! When we brought our concerns to hotel management, their reply was "we are use to the mosquitos". As a five star hotel, this response is not acceptable! Also, it was impossible to exchange dollars at the front desk!

The bottle of water in the room which is sometimes complimentary at other hotels, is $6. It is the same 500ml bottle you can buy for $0.50 at a store nearby. Taking a cab a few minutes each day is well worth it.

Very confortable, the staff is very nice and kind!. I loved to stay there.

Blocked my card for the 2 nights stay + USD 100 for "incidentals". I am HHonors member since 2000 and can tell this is THE worst Hilton I've ever stayed in. Lousy service, lack of courtesy, overpriced and Housekeeping and Maintenance forgot to take 101 in keeping a room.

Overpriced but is a good hotel. The area is only for business men and building offices. Nothing within a walking distance. Must take a cab to mayor shopping and dining areas. Everything is far from this location. Great breakfast buffet. Internet Wifi works great too.
