The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel. Very well presented the menu for lunch and dinner. Excellent quality and variety of food. Unmissable the gym and relaxation area on the 11th floor. Cleanliness of the entire hotel and rooms more than an excellent! Super recommended!

Latam put me there cause of a missed flight. Not great location. Got charged for some stuff that was questionable. Bed wasnt great.

Worst experience! The room that I was put in was like cave, I’m not complaining about that. But the funny part that the shower doesn’t work and no shampoo, the bathroom sink clogged up and only one outlet that works in the room to charge your phone, I mean if I knew it’s gonna be like that I would brought along a plumber and electrician from New York, but I guess I’m stuck here dealing with the front desk attitude, uff she got some attitude, no way of communication with her (honey if you think cause you speak couple words of English it makes you any better or let you have an attitude think twice sweetie cause first of all I’m the customer here so let chill out and second of all I’m tourist so your pictures of hand gesturing me is coming alone, and it’s unprofessional to do that). The manager was nice and changed our room, but I was gonna check out in couple hours. But I agreed to move, We move to suite everything work fine thank god. But the room smell like fireplace (maybe cigarette or cigars) and I have heart problems. I didn’t complain Cz I wasn’t looking forward to see the front desk nasty attitude Cz no thank you I had enough of her hand gestures and nasty talk, (she’s the only one in the hotel the speak couple word of English).

Easy access to the Sao Paulo international Airport. Not expensive and includes breakfast. They have shuttle.

Descent hotel newly renovated, Wi-Fi, breakfast boufe, clean near the Guarullos down town.

Os quartos não são isolados acústicamente. Eu chego exausto de um vôo internacional no meio da madrugada, e oito horas da manhã começaram uma reforma no edifício, dinheiro perdido.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling, that did not inform previously. The rooms are small and there was a lot of deficiency in the health services inside the room, problems with the water, problems with the shower knobs. The breakfast service was nice.

The hotel is in repair, at the time of booking by booking do not inform… so there is smell of poo throughout the establishment… The rooms are of minimum size and there are noises all night, from 5 am also start to fix the rooms and it is impossible to sleep well from the noise they make. I wouldn't go back. There are better hotels and best located for the same price (the area is dangerous).

Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Normal feeding. The location of the hotel is not the best, it is located in an area with a lot of commerce. It seemed a little dangerous. I was there because they cancelled my latam flight.

3-Star Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The location is not good as it is very far from the mall and the neighborhood where it is located is appalling. I wouldn't choose it as a place to stay; I was only drifted there for losing a connection from a flight.

This is not worth called a hotel. No water in the rooms. No amenities that guests might need. Ended up here after cancelled flight without a toothbrush and water. Not supportive of their guests either. You must hope you never end up here.

Dirty sheets dirty padding, bathroom with a single soap and shampoo for two people. Air conditioning is not working. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

We arrived at the Hotel for a cancellation of the LATAM flight. The HOTEL was very clean and employees. It's a hotel where habitualmemte passengers are going for delayed flights.

In remodeling. I'm staying in the old wing. It's not a 4-star. It served to wait for the next flight. The leftover dinner was lunch the next day.

Well located near the airport with 7ne free shuttle!

I think the 3rd. Star this other, just to spend one night when you lost a connection and the airline pays you the expense.

Staff didn't even notice that I have arrived (I felt like unwanted guest). Superior room in bad cleaning condition (dirty and sticky booklets and info papers etc. Sheets OK).

My overnight flight to NYC was cancelled at GRU airport, so the airline offered us a free hotel room at Monaco. Thank you so much for the room. However, you gave me a room that had no power or running water. This is something that should NEVER happen in any hotel. Not being able to shower or charge my devices was a minor inconvenience that made my trip more difficult then it already was. Because of this, I'll never trust another Monaco Hotel. There are plenty of other options anyway.

At first I thought the experience wouldn't be great, since the facade is being remodeled, but I was quite surprised by the high quality of the hotel. The experience was quite agreeable, the staff was efficient and kind, the food was good, comfortable bedroom and shower. I liked the experience, no bad points at all.

I arrive here with no other choice, once the airline Latam (avoid it all costs! ) cancelled our flight and sent us to this hotel. The double room we were assigned has a huge bed. So huge you can barely walk around it and you will find yourself with no place for your luggage (the specific place for that is too small and big luggage won't fit there). Pillows are huge and uncomfortable. The room offers one tiny table and in two — losing an office day due to the flight cancellation — was impossible to work. Once it is a "conference" hotel, we asked for an alternative place to work during the day and the staff was absolutely rude to say there is nothing they can do. Internet connection was slow and unreliable. We ate dinner at the hotel and in my whole stay in Brazil I never tried so awful food: tasteless, not fresh, low quality and no options dinner buffet. Coffee break is decent if you have no food restriction, but with no gluten-free options in a hotel that aims to be a four star. I will say that most of the two stars in Europe offer a better service. Avoid coming here and if the airline intends to send you to this disgusting place, fight for a better installation.

Overnight stay due to flight cancelling. Fair breakfast, good dining options. My only complaint was that the shower water was not hot enough.

I stayed only one night, my experience was good except for water trickling in the air conditioning indoor unit. Sólo me alojé una noche, mi experiencia fue buena, excepto por agua goteando en la unidad interior de aire acondicionado.

Although the good quality of the rooms, I've been in quite a few and haven't found a fully functional one. One day the TV isn't working, the other day is the air conditioning. Minibar broken, or shower malfunction and the list goes on. The staff, in the other hand, are exceptionally kind and corteous people trying to solve every problem as quick as possible. The location is good as well. Right in the city center, close to malls, bus stops and pubs.

Very comfortable and well-maintained, facilities it has gym and restauranteperoel service comes to disappoint. Despite being 20 minutes from an airport internacionalnadie of the personal speaking a language other than the portuguesy training for the management of people with disabilities is null.

It seems not so bad in the photos, but when they arrive, which is not easy or cute, you feel that in addition to being in a terrible location, everything is lying. The room had no window, everything was dirty and worn out, the food a horror, and the minimum service. The only good thing was going.

We came here because we have lost our connection to Luanda for Lan — Chile, flight delay and from the Lan airport sent us here for two days, waiting out another flight to Angola/Luanda. The attention has been good, room, meals as in any other place, nothing typical or distinct. The front desk people are friendly and attentive, are much struggling to understand what they are told and that is appreciated when the language of the place is not your language.

I stayed between Sunday 19 and Monday morning, 20 of May, 2013. The first look — when arriving from the airport to the hotel — and to see the massive and high concrete building, gave me the shivers. It looked really sterile and boring. When I came in to the lobby, another atmosphere was present. A guy named, Kazu, greeted me and I felt that this will be a good place to stay at. The room was very nice, a little bit narrow though between the beds' foot ends and wall, so also on the sides of both beds. However — that you can live with. The bathroom was clean and big enough, and from the 8th floor the view was great. I paid R$ 173.00 (appr. € 65 or US$ 85) for that night, and with that came a big breakfast in the morning. I'd say it was a good price for such a high standard. I recommend it if you will go to São Paolo! Cheers, Anders Magrioteli Stockholm, Sweden.

Small but clean room, very good breakfast, good service. Very good option. I would certainly take it again.
