It’s a great hotel friendly staff, very accommodating, nice ‍♀️ pool, nice workout gym, a great place to relax for vacation, no complaints and we are enjoying our stay!

The staff is really good. They have a transfer to the airport that leaves every hour. Breakfast is good and starts early. The room is clean and the price is good.

O hotel é bonito e parece ter sido reformado a pouco. O atendimento foi otimo além do que eles oferecem transfer do/pro aeroporto de guarulhos. O café da manhã é farto. Atendeu as expectativas.

The room was clean, but felt quite dated. The staff was helpful, but didn't speak English too well. The dinner buffet wasn't very tasty, except for the desserts which were nice. The hotel has a shuttle that goes to the hotel which was quite handy, and free.

Really nice and comfortable hotel to sleep around Guarulhos airport. Easy and well conected with T2 by a free shuttle bus every hour. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast is OK. Maybe reception staff could be a little bit nicer, but their work is correct.

We love staying here whenever we visit family in Brazil. It is a great place to unwind after our long haul flight from New Zealand. The kids love the pool and the breakfast buffet is amazing. We hope to be back again soon. :)

I Can't say much. We Only stayed for a few hours to have dinner fast, get some sleep and shower. Since The LATAM company sent us there for a reason, which was not clear, and we could not board the corresponding plane and we were moved to a flight in the morning very early.
Too Bad the company also paid for breakfast and we were not able to have breakfast as we had to leave the hotel before the schedule when this was served.

We had a flight during the day and decided to sleep over closer to the airport. Panamby is a great place, comfortable, delicious food and a polite staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is nice, they don’t all speak English, the transfert is super easy and the driver really nice! The rooms are confortable and well equipped! The breakfast is a bit poor to my taste and the coffee not good anymore after a while! I recommend it perfect please for a long connection flight! Nice pool and nice area!

Nice and clean, best of all beach is across the street. Practically beach front hotel, close to everything.

It is not bad, but it is a hotel old, it shows a lot in the room (Ejs. : Safe of the old, air conditioning older although working well, Bath oldie, mattress more or less). We also had a very large, but ugly view, next to a factory. The restaurant is cute but expensive! We ate simple dishes, no entry or dessert and we spent + $1.000 two people. The park is it. Best in the hotel. Linda Landscaping and pile.

Excellent hotel with pool, bar, restaurant and shuttle service to Garulhos Airport. The only downside is the not really big bed (king size) for a couple of tall stature. Good breakfast.

Very cozy and clean. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the hotel is very close to the airport, about 15 minutes away. There's free shuttle that runs every 30 minutes.

Good service, clean rooms, didn't try the pool or restaurant, but they looked nice. We also got a good price. One of their employees gave us a discount while we were waiting for a airport shuttle bus to a different hotel. 169/two people/ one night.

I don't think four star are adequate to this hotel … three for sure. Not very clean. Facilities, towels are bit old, pool is deep not more than 50 cm. Loud due to the main avenue traffic. Staff is really nice and helpful, the garden is great.

The fact that it is near to the airport is a really good bonus as they also provide shuttle bus service. I had a good experience while travelling from Bolivia to India.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you come without a vehicle there is no business in the vicinity. The traffic in the area is terrible, the congestion in normal.

The room is excellent, has a good size, always clean and comfortable. The restaurant os also good but a bit expensive. Overall, it's a good experience.

Really close to the AirPort. Nice hotel. We only stayed for one night and everything was correct.

Delayed by Gol then was sent here. Turn out to be a nice break in Sao Paulo. Good quality staff and service. English speaking staff saved my life.

Terrible, the internet, the breakfast is the same and not to mention that some rooms have been used for traffic ud mules is safe sentiria somewhere as well? One day he had done some shopping and a gift not appeared by what I gather was the maid.

Good hotel, but the internet connection in the room is paid separately.

No account of local attractions very fences, only the international shopping is about 10 minutes by taxi.
