My daughter lost her passport and we had to stay to get another the following day and this hotel was recommended by an employee of the airlines This hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so very nice and helpful! The breakfast was the best I ever had with fresh juices and fruits brazillian Foods European Foods and American … they covered all the bases! The pool was so clean and fun on the top floor of the hotel and we got room service delivered while we swam The shower was so so great! The water flow was strong and as hot as I like! I have zero complaints! Thank you Bristol for making our stressful time a relaxing wonderful time! They have massage a hair salon gift shops right at hotel you never need to leave! We will be back!

The hotel is awesome. Very funcy and we'll located. The staff is very gentle and proactive. The breakfast is delicious and full of options. You can eat fresh fruits, coffee, different kinds of bread, cereal, juices, omelette, bacon. Hot dogs, everything. The restaurant dinner and lunch though are not for everyone pocket. But the location allowed you to order food and recurve there very fast and easy through apps like ifood. The pool and the sauna are amazing just don't forget your bathing suit at home. There are two big markets nearby in case of any emergency (Walmart and extra.

On arrival, I thought WOW! This looks like a very nice hotel. We had a late check in, around 10pm, due to our flight being cancelled. My wife, 2 young children and I, were extremely tired after a long flight from uk/Amsterdam the previous day and then spent most of the next day trying to get our connecting flight out of Sao Paulo. But to no avail, thanks to Latam airlines. Anyway at 3:30am some idiot started shouting and screaming either in the foyer or on one of the open floors, I might add that all the floors form an open internal square that in turn makes quite a good echo chamber. This went on for 1hr. I rang reception to sort out the problem, which they did 20mins later. It stopped for 10mins and then started again and lasted for another 10/15mins. Because of this commotion we hardly got any sleep. The staff in general I found to be very pleasant and helpful. A member of staff came around with a drinks trolley and offered free drinks to everyone that was queuing to check in, which was a first for me. I thought that it was quite a nice touch. Because of the commotion and sleepless night, I am only giving the hotel 3 stars. I think the 'Echo chamber' is actually quite a bad design flaw. But I think the staff deserve 5 stars. It probably took them 20mins to eventually find who it was that was causing the disturbance. Would I stay again? I doubt it.

I stayed just few hours at Brtistol, but the experience was good. The building is a little bit old but the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, a lot of channels at the TV, air conditioning and a free and good Wi-Fi. The breakfast is good as well. Talking about the location, it's a good option if you wanna stay in the city of Guarulhos, and not so far from the airport (10 minutes by car from the airport).

Wonderful experience at the Bristol Hotel. Great comfort, very friendly staff, swimming pool, sauna, very good food! Location near the airport GRU de Sao Paulo. I recommend.

Hotel with all comforts 10 minutes from the airport restaurant with affordable prices. The proximity is preferable given the great amount of traffic of Sao Paulo.
On the roof of the hotel there is also a physical activity room, a sauna, and a swimming pool.

Very good food. A disaster the receptionist! Very loose cleaning the room (fungi in the bathroom, floss slipping through the room) pitiful.

Very good with a fantastic kitchen and is close to the airport, to relax while waiting for a flight, plus the kitchen that gives until 00:00, and the bus to take and bring the passengers from the hotel to the airport and vice versa is very punctual and leaves every hour but there are To ask about the schedule.

Very well-qualified Hotel. It has good services. Spacious rooms. Large bathrooms and Ducheros with all attachments. For those who are entrepreneurs, traders, etc. All the rooms have a space destined to work desk, space to operate comfortable with a laptop, and small table/desk adapted for those purposes. It has a spectacular breakfast. Very well located. Located in Guarulhos, district ' east, quiet and with enough movement to not be bland. 10 minutes from the airport. The price for the room is expensive. You can have lunch and dinner at the hotel, if you wish, but obviously this out of the price of the daily and both one and the other are high cost.

Was there for night picking up family in transit. For one night not too bad. The building istelf has a nice design and its close to the airport which is the good. Breakfast wasn't too bad either although I could have expected more for the price tag.

A 3 Star Hotel. The stuff really polite and helpful. Delicious buffet and breakfast. Rooms are ok. Bed terrible… they should renovate the mattress.

Nice hotel. Very strict their guards… they strive a lot to maintain the order and the good appearance of the hotel.

The place is good and the reception too. I was looking for a flat for renting and all my doubts was answered. The clerk showed me the room. I didn't stayed there but the attendment was very good.

A really good hotel, with a good staff. We stayed there only for one night, and as our flight was really early in the morning, didn't enjoy the breakfast. The free bus to the airport was really nice.

Checking in took too long. They had to deal with many unnecessary details and we had to sign three different forms. The breakfast was chaotic. First we could not find the dishes to get breakfast. Than there were no fork and knife on the table. We had to open the drawers around to find fork and knife. Than there was no hot water for tea. Replacing the finished food took always long. We had to wait separately for cheese, bread, and some other food. At 10:00 a waiter came and asked us to leave the restaurant saying breakfast finished. It was the worst organized breakfast I ate in a hotel.

The room wasn't so clean and definitely not comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good though. Not worth the price.

Very nice Hotel on the outside and inside. The room was very comfortable and spacious. I. Seemed a little old in some respects. Example: Dry hair looks like the 80 ' and some more details.

The staff were very attentive. Stout woman touched us for that Reconozcam) very badly predisposed to understand the. Spanish was not understood either being working in a hotel should have a little training and want to attend.

Pesimo Hotel. Lousy attention. More than 3 hours to make checkin. Poor quality of food. Poor quality rooms.

As the only criticism I can say is the bad predispocicion of the reception clerk. I ospede in the hotel because of a flight delayed by LatAm and asked him to use the phone to warn my hotel of destination of the percale. In a very bad way I answered that could not have Q pay 200 real! Crazy. Even at the most precarious hotel headquarters to make a call. This detail ruined my stay and the desire to remain in it.

Not too bad, the hotel is a bit dated, I got a day room for a 10 hour layover between flights in Sao Paulo, got a good room price on bookings dot com, if I had paid the regular price I saw on their board at reception then I would probably have felt a bit ripped off, the buffet breakfast was nice. Staff friendly and the free shuttle to and from the airport was useful, but then the main reason I chose this hotel was because of the free airport shuttle.

Hotel has a good service. When we ask to bring baby crib, they said they would, but never did. The furniture in room is old with lead paint. The breakfast was ok.

It's a simple hotel, where Latam clients and staff stay. The service at the reception is good. There's a buffet for dinner, breakfast and lunch. The buffet is average. The rooms are good and comfortable. Great bed, big flat TV, nice shower. The acoustics is not so good though. Because of the layout of the hotel with a big atrium, there's a lot of noise coming up.

Room Dirty: Bag of empty condom under the bed. Leftover chips littering the floor. The household had not been under the bed for several weeks. Very disappointed with this so-called "Grand Hotel"

Horrible Wi-Fi. When I arrived I only received my hotel room card. Never was mentioned how to log into Wi-Fi or about breakfast. Receptionist was not friendly. Doors have stains all over. Hair in shower still. Utilities like ac unit fridge where out of date and yellow. Bathroom wasn't anything to brag about and the bed sheets where from 1970s style very old. Pictures definitely do not match hotel. They have to much going on downstairs they need to concentrate more on house keeping and updating their utilities. Will never stay here again and do not recommend it.

Quality and cleanliness of the hotel do not always reflect the stars, slow the check-in and check-out procedures.

Hotel which looks very nice but the rooms in reality are quite poor. Bagbo old, full of calcaere and pure glass are full of limestone.

The hotel is OK for a night of transit, but the service is slow, very bad staff organization. The rooms are dull, and cold it lacks taste in the decoration.
The Wi-Fi works very poorly which is binding for a business trip.
Everything is expensive for the standing of the hotel.

Low quality and unstable "free Wi-Fi". Breakfast is fabulous though, no toothpaste on rooms. The free airport-hotel shuttle/transportation wasn't operating on the day I arrived so after one hour waiting for it outside I found out the hard way, had to pay for a taxi, wasn't planning for that… no compensation given. Swimming pool is too small and nobody uses it.
