We are very happy with the time we stayed there. Lovely staff, all very kind and helpful but a special thanks to Sandra from rooftop bar, Caroline in the reception and Bandeira in the restaurant. Outstanding service! The hotel is new and everything is maintained clean all the time. My husband and I we are vegan and we were very happy to know that the hotel had soya milk when we asked as well as plenty of options in the breakfast buffet for us. We will definitely go back to spend few more days there sometime soon.

On copacabana beach. Breakfast was very basic though. Rooms are very clean and modern, but small.

We could not have picked a better hotel for our trip to Brasil. The ocean view from our room was spectacular.

They try to get your money by all the ways they can. At check inn, we came at 5:30 am after 17 hrs of flying and they charge $580 Reales for a few hours, others hotels made a comodity room for this cases. At the check out they want to charge us a few calls that we didnt made; the clerk try to tell me that it was a tax of something else so I ask for a detail of the calls and when he was cornered he just ask me to write it don on a papel that I didnt recognize the calls.

1. Smelled of sewage sometimes. 2. Breakfast food is good but kinda the same thing every morning. 3. Friendly staff, all of them were very nice. 4. Deceiving pictures of the rooftop, the pool is the size of a bathtub, staff up there even though friendly is Horrible at English or making drinks/coffee, the atmosphere is very boring, very low music, managing to gather maybe some oldies at the end of the day. View is great though. 5. Gym is for a quick pump not really training. 6. Rooms are nice, very clean (the chambermaids do a great job), TV channel list sucks and Wi-Fi screws with you just enough to wonder if it's your phone or not. My Conclusion… Okish hotel, great staff, poor management and expensive overall.

Nice view over Copacabana, pool too small, expecting a more luxurious place. Friendly staff but too slow.

The Hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Two times we didn't make the room. The concierges were very attentive. Always available for queries.

Hotel well located… next to has a restauranteque is called Mario, which is one of the most famous of Rio. Everything is new! I liked it a lot.

Fresh new hotel! The views of all of Copacabana beach are stunning! I recommend the Deluxe Plus Rooms that have ocean view and balcony. It’s worth it! The hotel staff are great. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Of all of Arena’s 3 hotels Arena Leme is ideal for couples, families, and groups.

Nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Lot of bars in close distance. 50 meter walk to the beach. Good chose for a vacation in Rio de Janeiro.

All very nice with security, cameras, electronic cards to register entry and exit. That if the cleaning staff checks your belongings and robs you. The hotel was not responsible for anything, they stole from me and they nothing. I don't recommend it, the cleaning staff steals! They didn't have the delicacy of returning my phone calls, at least to show false interest. 0% Recommended!

Hallway smells like piss, keys get reset and have to get re activated all the time. Bed uncomfortable. Ordered room service and pizza was the worst pizza you can ever possibly have. How can you mess up a pizza. You can in their kitchen! … Staff are amazing and that's why they get not one but two stars.

Everything is modern. The beds were very comfortable. Excellent Wi-Fi. The view of the rooms overlooks the beach of leme which are usually quieter than the rest and you can rest very well.
The breakfast has great variety of fruits breads and there is even hot food. You got everything.
The least I liked was the rooftop which is very small and the pool too very small … it's hard to get place to enjoy there.

Bad cleaning assistance for parts. The days we stayed had to claim for the cleanliness of the room. They were at 5-6 in the afternoon and only when one claimed. They forgot to leave conditioner shampoo Limpuas towels and soap. The rest well. Rich food, bar, oceanfront.

Beautiful new facility. The customer service is excellent. Hotel rooms are clean with modern features like keyless entry, digital thermostat, etc. Excellent location directly across from the beach. The complimentary breakfast offered an array of foods. Definitely stay here!

Nice modern rooms (flatscreen TV, USB chargers, etc. ), if you're lucky you get one with ocean view. Very friendly staff, you feel welcome from the minute you check-in to check-out. Breakfast with good local choice and nice variety of fresh fruits.

I stayed in 4 hotels in Rio over a duration of one and half months. I have to say this is the best hotel among all of them. I have stayed here in this hotel for 10 days. Best location, best view of the sea, best breakfast. This hotel is surrounded by good restaurants. Staff are friendly most of them can speak English. I don't have any negative experience in this hotel to write here.
