A charm of place. Impeccable service from the whole team! Delicious and varied food!

Great location. Neighborhood full of bars, cafes and restaurants. Beachfront. Clean, cozy rooms with big smart TVs, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. Helpfull staff. Definetely reccomended.

I did not like it at all, poor attention, very unkind seemed to annoy your questions Q. We did not clean the room despite warning, bad housekeeping. The hotel very dark, the people little Algre. I would not return I would not recommend it.

But the most important is the neighborhood: the Leme by far the most enjoyable in the city.
Fortunately the new wealthy tourists prefer Ipanema;
That they stay there without contaminating the authentic places.

Good hotel. Well located, Serca from L Leme Beach and the others. You see the Christ and you can get to the center easy. You'd be missing a good restaurant. Room 1520 very good, great bed; The helpful very good and varied. It's to recommend.

Good breakfast. A little sloppy for my liking being that it was in remodeling a while ago. The minibar is noticed that long ago do not thaw. The elevator to the pool doesn't work.

Good decent hotel well placed near Copacabana to 2min from Praia de Leme to 10min walk to Copacabana beach.

I'm Brazilian and have been to Rio many times before. It was my first time at Novotel Copacabana and I am planning on never coming back again. The hotel itself is ok, comfortable bed and good breakfast. The location is just medium. If you are think you are staying right at Copacabana beach, you are wrong. It takes a considerable amount of walking to get there. But it was the least problem. The stuff is rude. Not a bit, a lot. I very very very politely asked the barman at rhe rooftop for a bottle opener and he looked at me like I was a verme. When I completed my sentence saying '… only if it doesn't bother you', guess what he answered me: You already did! Perdon, what did you say? You already did! (Bothered me). I tried to talk to the manager but a guy at the front desk told me he was in 'charge'. I explained him everything that happened and he insinuated that it was my fault (due to ask for a bottle opener). It ruined my day. I felt bad, humiliated (there were people around), felt disrespected, felt small. It was sad and I wish no one would get hurt again.

Very comfortable beds, the terrace with pool is beautiful and the view from there is outstanding, the Wi-Fi works very well. Employees with faces of few friends.

The hotel is cute but I didn't feel comfortable for several reasons. They charge you for anything, lousy check in and check out times. For what it costs they could improve a lot.

Excellent! The location one block from Copacabana, the rooms and other facilities including the pool, super nice and clean, great attention! and food no talking! Delicious and varied! I loved it! I went with a baby and always had water ready for her bottle at any time! I loved everything!

Very complete, very good service, great location, there is only Q cross a street to get to the Atlantic AV and the beach is a minute without exaggerating. Many restaurants nearby, quiet area, varied breakfast with lots of prepared fruit, the room had air conditioning, TV screen, very neat and clean. The pool with bar service and sun loungers, and beautiful views… Taxis at the door, … a point to improve is the Wi-Fi Q failed a lot.

We got a great deal for this hotel online and figured it was a good location without spending the extra cash. It is only one road off from the beach, and to roof top pool has a great view of the area. You can even see the Christ in the distance. The staff are more than willing to help with any service. An english speaker isn't hard to find.

Good location, and many rooms have good views. A/C in room did not get cool enough; tile floor wasn't clean enough. You'd get dirt on the bottom of bare feet. Hairs from previous guests left in bathroom and by the desk. There was a USED BANDAID/PLASTER left in my shower from the previous guest! disgusting! Truly not a 4 star hotel.

Amazing place, reasonable prices, a street away from Copocabana Beach and the service is beyond one's expectations. Views of Sugarloaf mountain, Christ The Redeemer and the rooftop pool and bar… those are the cherry on top.

Ok hotel. Good location in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The room smelled very musty and seemingly had not been updated in years. The roof deck and pool were closed during my stay, unfortunately.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site We stayed there when everything else was packed because of the Jornada Mundial da Juventude 2013. Very nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet, definitely felt like a 4 star hotel. It's extremely near to a favela, if you like that sort of thing.

One of the good hotel with reasonable prices at Copacabana. Clean with good service. Near to the beach and bars.

Internet Pauley, rooms with humidity, from my point of view there are better for the same price.

Stayed in what the hotel called a modernized room, at an added rate, but the quality was quite poor. The windows were old and didn't close right, which resulted in whistling sounds from the wind, and moving curtains. For the price of 520, this was unacceptable.
