Very nice hotel, very comfortable rooms and u staff is at the top. Not to be missed if you go through the 😉👍

Old room and not clean. Not at all practical so-called view of the lake but at no time will you see the famous non-functional air conditioning lake total lack of organization. At no time will you find the standing of a 4 star first and last time!

My companion and went to this hotel to spend a romantic weekend there to celebrate our birthday. The welcome from our arrival was really warm, the staff are very smiling and relaxed. We took a room above the standard model. We were really disappointed with the quality of the room. The toilet board was more very secure, there was a hair door but it was empty. No way to dry my hair. Some of the drapes were slightly torn, and at dawn the light permeated the room. It might be nice but not for us who wanted to hang out in bed.

We had access to the spa, the facilities are very dated, we were several people in the water but not at all enough getting sun loungers. I'm not cold, I was really cold in the water. The reception of the staff for my care is basic but I expected something else anyway given the price. In addition, all bathrobes are all white and the access cards are the same. We had the bad experience of confusing bathrobes with other people. Having to run from the spa to our room, having the access denied, will go down the reception. It's not nice.

Not against lunch, simple, but good. Service smiling and welcoming.

This property is not exceptional, it. Just don't expect a nice hotel as described on the net.

I have 1 room reserved from Booking. I have paid 529 Euros in the Hotel. I had paid nothing to Booking. When I went to the room I was completely schocked. In one room there are 4 beds. I must have controlled before paying. That is my fault. We did not like the room and decided to leave the Silva Hotel. After too many discussion I could get the caution, 50 Euros, but I could not get 479.29 Euros. Everything happened in 10 minutes. The girl in the Reception told me she will ask the Silva H. Manager. 2 days passed I have no call or my money back. Silva Hotel is the worst hotel. I do not advice you to stay in Hotel Silva and visit. You may loose your comfort and money. Be careful about Silva Hotel.

We had a very nice stay at the Silva Hotel. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is child friendly. The view from our room was gorgeous.

Excellent reception. Spacious rooms. Relaxation area worthy of the name. Saturday evening restaurant formula to revitalize.

Pretty average actually.
We did not have enough time to test the facilities to be well, so our opinion only concerns the hotel.
The reception is average, the concierge was overwhelmed and was very dry in his communication. It didn't feel like asking questions.
The room is nice size and is comfortable but while we had requested a large bed, we had twin beds combined. With a space between the mattresses that made the bed unromantic. The air conditioning was returning a fresh look, we had a cold.
The evening buffet was made up of luxurious products but we were in the second service and there were almost no salads or starches. And it really lacked variety.
A group of talented musicians animated the Evening with songs in English, French and Dutch. Very valuable.
The morning buffet was OK, no more.
An interminable tail for the check-out ended up discouraging us.

Good but not enough staff.

Where are the four stars?
Poor room hygiene (dirty tub, dust on the surfaces, cold in the room).
Old and poorly cared for Infrastructure.
Everything is paid for (water, bathrobe, sandals).
Proper Wellness (Hamman sauna Nothing to say) except the iced and broken showers.
Panoramic? Yes, about cars and the road.
You can smell chlorine another two days after, irritated skin.
In short the list is long, I do not recommend at all.

Hotel that says 4 stars but is actually worth 3. The room was very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Hammam with tiles that peel off, warm sauna… We've seen better! Decent Saturday buffet.

Nice Hotel! Had a room for two nights, breakfast buffet every morning and access to wellness center. Rooms are fine (possible with view on a lake and stunning view at dawn! ). Staff members cheerful and helpful. Warning: not easily accessible other than by car though!

Very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and very professional. Comfortable room. Swimming pool OK sauna and hammam nickel. We spent New Year's Eve with 4 friends. The menu was divine, serve 246 cutlery with hot dishes for everyone, hat for the kitchen and staff of the room. We will return.

The spa definitely needs a refresh, it's a bit faded glory. Definitely not a place I would recommend for a relaxing spa. The entrance is tired, the lift is grotty, the lockers are mainly broken. The rest of the hotel though is lovely and the food was amazing!

Reception staff should be more friendly. We had a conversation like there was some sort of a problem… And actually everything was fine. Maybe English was an issue, so they stick to short sentences… Not sure…

3 star hotel If any!
* Hotel rooms on the street side; Stassenlärm well audible. Carpeting dirty, mattressesing out different heights, pillows ancient, overall warm, stuffy and bad room odor.
* Spa and Wellness? Wellness area outdated and without any system, children in the sauna room! Deck chairs worn out, only 1 out of 4 showers working, faucets broken, risk of injury due to broken parts. Outdoor sauna You have to turn on yourself and wait until it is heated bathrobes for €7 without softener like sandpaper and with bad odor.
* Nice staff, especially obliging lady at the reception, however this does not seem to have only 1 job, must also take care of complaints in the wellness area and thus leave the reception extra.
* Breakfast buffet OK, bar overpriced. Panorama view is not recognizable.
Total a total flop for a total of almost €200 (Zimmet 150, wellness area costs extra 2x14 € + bathrobe 2x7 €…)

Nice hotel, spacious room with a view of the valley. Wonderful Saturday night Buffet with great products. A small note: The TV in the rooms is not at the height of the establishment, except in the completely renovated wing.

For a 4 star hotel there is a big lack of standing old building to the facades to refresh. Very nice view the hotel's Spa has a great evening meal. Very good service, a real delight.

The only downsides but nothing serious … No availability for massages… (We should have booked before) And impossible to go down to the lake by way for mam because too steep and muddy … It is really necessary to plan a sports outfit … And then alas the sun was to absent subscribers sniffff … See you very quickly…

Superb hotel, staff are to answer all your expectations with kindness and the smile in premium food is really very good the Saturday buffet lunch es in the form of a buffet also.

Spacious room, staff all smiles, nice swimming pool. However, the infrastructure is aging. The steam room smells musty and the outdoor sauna is not working. We have had the opportunity to take a meal in the evening more than satisfying. The breakfast is also really very satisfying. There has been a choice and the products are of very good quality (I think the bun house). However the place of these meals is quite annoying because the door leading to the kitchen that squeaks at the option of the passages of the servers…

Amazing landscapes and really nice hotel!

We are a racing car team, we have been at the SPA for a race on June 22nd. We noticed that they charged on our credit card one room more that we never have booked. At the desk they had promised that they would set it up in 2 days, when the person in charge of doing this kind of operation came back in office. Now, after 3 weeks, 3 e-mails, and 4 phone calls we did not have the money back (639 euros) or even an answer. I can only say that their customer care is really painful. The structure is old and nothing special. Have a look around.

Dated Hotel, spacious room but poorly maintained, toilet almost detached from the wall and poor housekeeping… at breakfast the sugar was in cubes open inside a bowl and we found ants… very positive instead the area and the view.

A 4 * Hotel with excellent ambience and Flair. Also for dog owners is a welcome place to Stay. Facilities and Service super.

Excellent hotel for business with pleasure. Very nice location outside the town of Spa, Balmoral area within easy reach of the motorway. Clean rooms, very nice design rooms and suite. Friendly and helpfull staff. Contemporary bar. Plenty of options for congress or product presentations. Also for seminars. Separate options for private parties all tailored to your wishes. We have a very good experience with the hotel and staff. Great place to stay if you have activities at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Often lack an electric kettle (tea and coffee) like many hotels in this rank. It's no big thing, but for my wife & me even we pay attention to this… Congratulations for the wonderful breakfast and spacious breakfast room. Very nice

A tiny room to the point that we didn't drop our bags beside the bed.
The impression that the room is a single room with a bed double. (one sink, a small shower and no place…)
This feeling is even greater when you open the door to the terrace. A huge tarp is attached to the front and does not see through.
No parking available for a cyclisye team had made this hotel are private space. The same for space solarium reduced to a skin of grief because there was a huge tent that had been installed there.
This was not our first stay but will be the last given the cold reception (printing read us a teleprompter at the reception) and the unwillingness of the hostesses.
