Superb hotel with a swimming pool, a sauna but also a hammam what better way to recharge your batteries, competent and friendly staff my especially very helpful

only small problem 2 bed 1 person side by side as bed 2 people not top especially when you are a young couple and the heat in the room despite having lowered the thermostat.
I still highly recommend because despite all this the stay was exceptional.
we will be back on our next visit to spa.

For me this room a garage sale. Number 467.
2. Hotel customer I do not even have a parking space to park in the hotel I am told go vs park on pavement! Never seen before.
3. The room filled with moisture.
I would do by my dissatisfaction a test purchase + legal attack for refund.

Relaxing day at the top, great facial treatments, beauticians very nice and professional. We will be back.

Very disappointed! Room not clean, no towels, general cleanliness leaves something to be desired and bar service very very slow and not warm at all. To get to the pool you have to cross the whole bar, in a bathrobe… to review, your methods.

Very nice place, caring staff and very benevolent, to redo without hesitation.

Just perfect, despite the COVID the services are at the top, the welcome, the friendly and friendly staff, the perfect care. Breakfast, dinner everything is fresh. A quiet setting on the edge of greenery. I recommend it.

I came three days ago for the September promo duet. The hostess at the entrance was very welcoming and gave us clear explanations regarding our offer. The girls at the SPA were also welcoming and very kind. The massages were very relaxing. Relaxing day at the top. We'll be back. Thank you.

I would recommend, after the one night it was very nice only we could not eat, which made me so mad, because we just wanted to stay at the hotel, it was my husband ‘s birthday and that evening we were told, we had to call to eat at the restaurant, people who didn’t start there could eat at the restaurant but we were sent away, and not in a kind way… we were very disappointed.

Friendly welcome services more than adequate breakfast more than decent choice issues (very plentiful and restaurant side more than correct impossible to make fine mouth … more than satisfactory summary.

Stayed here for business. Room was spacious and impeccable. Bathroom clean and nice rainshower. Only flipside was that the shower has no curtain or glass sidewalls so the water sprays right off of you. Still no downgrade. Breakfast is royal and staff helpful. I'll be back for leasure as well.

Beautiful hotel you just have to think that parking is difficult because less than the number of rooms but also not really a nice place to be.

A good place. A beautiful day. It's a beautiful evening. A good table without excess with very, very nice staff. A good room, only one small downside: the pool which is not one. But no problem, we have already stayed here and will be staying here again. With all my sympathy.

Poor service, couldn't have what we wanted on the menu and very secluded location.

The positive: Renovated room clean and very well equipped, very comfortable bedding. Hearty breakfast, beautiful garden and a nice terrace.
BUT: insufficient parking spaces and inability to park in the surrounding area, wellness area is limited to a swimming pool, a small sauna and a steam room. We counted there for 16 sun loungers for 106 rooms! No service to the wellness space. We have to go to the hotel bar ourselves and bring back our glasses (20 minutes waiting to get 2 mojito?! it was missing the mint, then the lime, then the ice cubes). Discussion with the staff following a request to book a table on the restaurant's outdoor terrace. Booking well rated for 7:30 p. M. And once there. We are told that the terrace is full and that the first arrivals are the first served! Foul supposedly comise by an intern. Proposed solution: wait in the room. We will be called as soon as a table is free. Still having no news once 9pm, we go back to the restorer and there. Second discussion, because not only still no room on the terrace, but we are almost made to look like liars! Very very disappointed with the service, it is far from the 4!
We finally went to dinner on the outdoor terrace of a restaurant a few miles from the hotel. After 9:30 p. M.
Short. For what normally should have been a relaxing weekend, was rather a weekend of annoyance!

Hotel quite good. Breakfast well. In Spa but not much going on and Restaurants very expensive.

Too good. Reception at the top. As well as the rooms. Nickel everywhere. Bravo. We will return.

This is my 4th stay in this hotel, always perfectly served and delighted! The wellness area is at the top with its newly refurbished hammam; The pool is at perfect temperature, not too hot (if you want to refresh, not too cold (when you go out of the sauna or hammam. The rooms are clean and comfortable (not a noise! ) And the welcome is at the height of the whole. I'm putting 5/5, thank you for this weekend. See you soon!

Great hotel Clean The rooms say nothing big, the reception excellent staff smiling and commercial, breakfast side it had choice, hot or cold, my favorite fresh fruit juices to choose Excellent, the spa top a real relaxation I advise well the Hotel The city SPA Beautiful.

Comfortable room with shower and bathtub, impeccable cleanliness. Everything you need is available. The wellness area is top (an addition Jacuzzi and this would be the perfect place) The breakfast is top, assortment of hot/cold sweet/salty The staff are welcoming, free parking is available.

Nice location for a business event, large rooms and a good restaurant and bar. Main downside is the limited parking space of you're hosting a large event.

A nice relaxing place. Very nice room. A negative point l wait at the restaurant although we ate very well, 3h for tasting for a single menu seems to me long.

We came with my companion for two days and one night!
The room was very well equipped, with a bathroom with a shower and a bath, the toilets lying in a room apart was a plus for my part.
The bed very comfortable and very wide.
A big enough TV.
The wellness area was very well equipped, although the pool is very small (not possible to do lengths, in any case not me) and the dry sauna was a bit stuffy aside from that the rest was perfect.
The breakfast had nothing to complain about it was the one couldn't ask for more than it seems to me.

Good reception, professional, good hotel in the whole authentic traditional type. Points to review: Water pressure, organization of the lunch pt. Female staff not too smiling. Damage.

Very good hotel, the superior rooms are spacious and very nice. Some equipment starts to date a little bit. A little bit low in the morning for breakfast (large crowds and not enough tables)

Memorable stay! Top rooms, comfortable bed with very good mattresses, excellent massages, spa with steam pool and sauna quiet (children not allowed at certain times of the day)
A super cozy bar where you can enjoy a salad or a croquette on the go or a restaurant where you eat very well in the evening with nice menus
A wine package is offered at a very reasonable price which allows you to taste different wines, convenient when you are 1 in two people at the table drinking wine.
A care service at the restaurant and throughout the hotel,
the staff there are really welcoming.
The manager is very young and very dynamic as well as all the staff, it's very nice to see so much dynamism, we feel that there is a "drive" and motivation to satisfy the customers 100%

Very friendly family hotel, we eat very well from breakfast to evening meal. The service is very nice and always friendly. SPA treatments are top and at very affordable prices.

I found the hotel very good as well as our gourmet dinner at each mouth an explosion of flavors. We had a great weekend. On the other hand the rooms are to be renovated.

I felt like I was a Royal Staff simply amazing and the most stunning rooms with a choice of pillows, comforters and mattresses! Some of the best dining in the restaurant. We visit London at least five times a year and this will be our hotel to stay in.

Not very family friendly. Only after we had paid for our room were we told that we could not use the pool between 9am and 6pm as we had a 9 month old with us (even though it was Sunday and the Wellness Center closed at 4pm), something that we should have been informed of as we were booking as the pool was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed. Had outside access to a wee terrace, but no outdoor furniture. Staff were not very accommodating, found some of them to even be on the rude side. The bartender was amazing, very friendly.

Hotel 2 km from the centre of Spa, in a quiet and surrounded by trees. Warm, welcoming and professional. We were in a junior suite; spacious and functional (huge walk-in shower, copper bathtub, lounge area, kitchenette, …)
The Wellness center is a quiet stunning… when it was not the habit that makes of the property; steam room, sauna… swimming pool. And small plus… the staff at the reception will be the hands and feet to carry out your requests. I highly recommend it.

Personal welcoming and smiling. The service is very good! The wellness area is nice with access to the outside, as well as a sauna, a steam room and a swimming pool. The restaurant is delicious! However, the hotel deserves a major renovation and a facelift. We had taken a superior room at the standard and had been disappointed with the cleanliness. Between 2 hour and 3 hour in the morning, the fire alarm began to taste of it, the two nights that we spent there?!? (hence the 3 stars)
We mentioned this to the reception and have received compensation.

Very disappointed with the stay booked on Weekendesk… The room dates from the years 90, no bathrobe or slippers provided for free for a 4 * it's very average… The pool, what to say… A silence of death nobody dares to bathe because "it makes noise" it's depressing… Double room with two separate beds it's perfect for a romantic weekend… The wallpaper that takes off in the hallways… Only good note? Friendly staff

A room far away from what is presented on the site of the hotel. Moisture in the ceiling, 2 separate beds, Wi — Fi service is absent, no brightness. We stayed in a room whose decoration has been changed for 30 years. No explanation arriving about the services of the hotel or the operation of the spa, a 4 stars who provided even not bathrobes but you must request them at an additional cost. Only the restaurant lived up to the level of the hotel. We were relieved when leaving the facility. I do not recommend.
