Spacious, comfortable rooms with a modern feel and very clean throughout my visit.

Host was perfect. The room was clean and tidy. Kitchen supplies was more than enough. All and all great experience.

Overall really great place to stay and very convinient for the city centre, the issues were small and didn't detract from our trip, although they are worth mentioning.

This is quite simply the best place to stay if you are visiting downtown Leuven. A very clean hotel with a great breakfast and comfortable rooms.

The Van Belle Hotel made a very good impression on me. It has its own character – an industrial atmosphere combined with warm accents makes you feel at ease right away.

Very nice budget hotel, family room was perfect. Comfy beds and nice warm shower. Room could have been bigger but it was fine. Breakfast was ok, buffet style but not much choice, especially hot food.

My son and I stayed here for a city break in Bruges. We loved the location, the hotel is right in the centre, 1 minute from the square. We felt very safe walking back in the evening.

Perfect! I recommend 2 minutes from the historic center.

We had a very good stay here and Stephen is a great host. The location is ideal with a short walk to the centre but far enough away to be quiet at night. The car park is about 6 min walk away.

The room design is truly beautiful. Both the bathroom and the room itself are extremely spacious, and everything you could possibly need is in the room.

We were a family of four (a couple w 2 adult children) and this space was perfect for us! There are two rooms and an upstairs loft/lounge area that was perfect for gathering.

The hotel is excellent. It is shown as a three star…. And that is exactly what it is. The bedroom was a great size with attached bathroom and small balcony.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights in May. We came on this trip for a concert and wanted a nice place to sleep! This place exceeded our expectations to say the least.

Great stay! The gym/sauna were a top tier amenity. Service was great. They had our luggage delivered to the room, while we went to cafe untill the room was ready. Reception was 10/10.

Very nice gym. Located in a very nice place, easy to reach. Big choice of outdoor tennis courts and very good offer of various collective classes (especially step aerobic and body pump).

It was our first trip together to belgium. We had good luck to have found this Bed and Breakfast, as the hosts were friendly, nice, helpful and just the best experience we could have imagined.

Went to the restaurant, didn't stay at the hotel. Very friendly service. Had a nice seafood spaghetti. My wife and kids also had nice pizza and pasta.

There are many parking spaces on site, peace and quiet. Shops, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, fragrant, very comfortable beds and air conditioning.
