Benny was very welcoming and hospitable during our three day stay at Bariseele. Benny was incredibly helpful in providing information about Bruges and things to do and see. The breakfasts were generous with variety each day including eggs and pancakes. He even provided Vegemite for us Aussies! The bed was heavenly and the space was very clean. Bariseele was situated slightly away from the centre so it was very quiet at night. It is a flat three minute walk to the centre. Thanks Benny!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Benny made this visit very comfortable, had great recommendations, knew so much about his city, and was proud to share. Breakfast was fantastic too. We had a great 5 day stay here, and I can't recommend it enough.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I Edtuvimos 4 nights and we have been very comfortable. The room was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended and in a few steps from the historic center.

My wife and I have just returned from Bruges and enjoyed our stay at the Bariseele. Benny was the perfect host helpful with advise and information. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, well located. We usually stay In 4*or5* hotels but the Bariseele is up there with the best.

Lovely stay, charming management, spacious room and comfy bed. Hot water wasn't always consistent but enjoyed my stay.

This is now our first choice for somewhere to stay in Brugge. Benny was a great host with perfect English, and plenty of helpful advice. There are only three guest rooms, but it's next door to the Hotel Fevery which they also own. Breakfast here is a well-stocked and varied tray with yogurts, fruit, breads, cake, cheese, cold meats and a cafetiere of coffee. It's left outside your room each morning, so you can wake up and face the world as slowly as you wish. We had the top floor room, which is like a studio apartment with a huge, well appointed bathroom with twin sinks. The shower was OK and always had enough hot water. There's a very comfortable bed (which I think was a king size), a sofa, table and chairs, hairdryer, stereo, free Wi-Fi, TV (with loads of channels in Dutch, English, French and German), a fridge doubling as a minibar, kettle, teapot, glasses, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery, washing up liquid, a tea towel and even a roll of J cloths. It means you can be a little more independent than staying in a hotel. After a hot day the room got hot at night but there is a huge floor-standing fan, the windows have insect screens on the outside and at night, when the day-trippers have gone, that part of Brugge can be very quiet apart from the odd car. The secure parking was excellent: a locked garage in a locked compound for 10 euros a day.

This is a great place. 5 minutes walk to the centre. Nice, large, comfortable and very clean rooms with delicious breakfast of fresh local produce. Benny made our stay very welcoming and special. The guide to the local area is spot on. Thank you Benny!
