Very nice hotel in Rethymno, a little behind the city centre but accessible on foot in 15 minutes.
Hotel in very good condition, close to the new, with suites of a very nice standing with all the modern comforts.
A beautiful outdoor pool with a beautiful surface with a comfortable amount of sunbeds.
Another indoor pool in the spa, with a hot tub in a splendidly beautifully decorated room.
The gym is a bit dilapidated all the same.
Meal level breakfast is decent with a wide range of choices but without being exceptional especially in terms of quality.
Overall a very good experience in Rethymnon.

Really good, spacious, clean and with every comfort, the friendly and prepared staff, I highly recommend it! A comfortable and functional kitchenette and bathroom with the iacuzzi (not very large), terrace with armchairs and table and above all a wonderful view. The pool is discreet though a bit low (1, 50 mt) but functional for families! In addition to the location is close to the instruding Citizen. To be back for sure!

It's a fine hotel, but not top notch.

In itself a beautiful hotel.
Unfortunately, however, our cleaning lady who cleaned the room before was very sloppy.
The mirror completely scorched and the bed looked like made by a 3-year-old.

We had a suite with jakuzi! Attention, the jakuzi is charged 150 Euros for an overnight stay.

We rested as a family. 2018. Very cool! Hotel for 5 points! Next to the beach with a good sand, there is a breakwater, even if the sea is stormy, it is very good to run! There are a number of coffee shops, delicious food, very friendly people, so all nice. I'd like to go back!

Had an awesome stay here, excellent service, breakfasts were was great and extensive, evening meals good but room for improvement. The evening meal delivered to our room was awesome and better than the meal at the bar in fact! Would happily stay here again. And our room was upgraded also.

One of the greatest hotels in Crete actually. Very luxurious, nice spa area, good prices, very comfortable and it gives you all the calm sense you need to enjoy your vacation.

Hotel Nikel, perfect food, the rooms are super nice, the Wi-Fi is super good quality, especially not hesitated. This hotel is a marvel and the breakfast is really very good quality. Unfortunately the beach that there is in front is not great but otherwise there is a swimming pool to catch up.

Lovely hotel well worth a visit. Quiet area opposite the sea. Beautiful views from room of pool and sea. Good standard facilities. Room great, extremely comfortable with loads of space, well equipped kitchen, and jacuzzi bath. Excellent breakfast. Very happy overall. Well worth the extra price.

We've just returned home after spending 11 fantastic days at this wonderful hotel. We just couldn't fault it. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great holiday, they'll even join you for a few shots of raki at the bar too! We had an executive suite which was just perfect. Very spacious, comfortable beds and the most beautiful view overlooking the sea. The pool is great and never gets too crowded. It's about a 20 minute walk from the old town harbour and 30 m…inutes from the main beach though so be prepared to walk. We'd definitely go again.

Highly recommend! Exceptional customer service and very clean rooms. Good access to the highway and far enough from all the down town action that one could appreciate this hotel as a vacation retreat. Only downfall is limited parking but then again, we had a nine seater mini bus.

Excellent retreat. Warm friendly reception and welcome and fabulous massage. Would love to return. Really nice spa and interesting museums on each floor. Great location for remython. ❤️
