Perfect location in the center. Great breakfast.

Clean, reasonably priced and well located. The breakfast is simple but adequate. Outstanding service.

Nice hotel in the city centre.

Painfully ordinary hotel. It is sad that in a charming city like Leuven, there aren't much better choices than this. The location is good, room is spacious but the hardwares are so basic that it feels more like a student dorm. Breakfast is minimal, eggs are cold. Can't blame the staff because the hotel is clearly under-staffed, thus over priced for what it has to offer. Ps. The entrance smelled gas… and it is very noisy at night, walls are paper thin…

What appears on the Internet does not fit in almost anything to the reality. I'm not back, I actually left before the deadline I had scheduled.

Clean hotel, all okay apart of the noise coming from the corridors: the doors are so thin that do not insultate enough.

Locatie is perfect voor mensen die snel in het centrum willen zijn. Omdat het in het centrum ligt betekent het wel dat er 's nachts wat meer geluidsoverlast is dan buiten het centrum. Ik zat in een 2 persoonskaart. De kamers zijn heel erg netjes en vooral heel schoon. De badkamer is redelijk, niet al te groot maar wel groot genoeg voor 1 persoon en heel schoon. Ditzelfde geldt voor de handdoeken. Die waren voldoende aanwezig. Het enige dat me een beetje teleurstelde was het ontbijt. Het was zeker niet te weinig, maar ik had me een uitgebreider assortiment voorgesteld. Samenvattend zou ik hier zeker weer overnachten als ik de kans krijg. De locatie en de kamers zijn perfect voor mensen die snel het centrum in willen.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful. Room was nice and very clean. Shower didn't want to stay put on the pole.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. The chap on reception when we checked in was very helpful and went out of his way to find us in the bar next door to give us some information.

Nice hotel rooms, breakfast, and daytime location, but it's on a busy street that groups of men like to walk down and talk and shout at the top of their lungs after the bars close. Both nights we were kept completely awake by the noise, which begins around 1:30am and lasts until about 6:00am. Pretty much ruined our ability to enjoy our trip or recover from jetlag.

Excellent location close to the town centre. Clean, simple rooms and good Wi-Fi.

Small friendly hotel in a central location, near good choice of restaurants as only a breakfast room is offered.

Very good hotel. Comfortable and qute. I can recommend this place for everybody.

Breakfast was a treat! Fresh croissants, strong coffee, interesting jams and scrambled egg dishes, and an array of fruits and cereals. But add the delicious cheese plate and the tomatoes caprese — yum.

Stayed for Rock Werchter 2011. Good room, very central, amazing service from staff: even at maximum capacity they are attentive, helpful goes the extra mile.
