Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Dirty room, uncomfortable bed, pillows, unfriendly and rude staff. There is no aircon in the building so the rooms get insanely hot during the summer. There is unbearable noise 24/7 with rubbish trucks parking out the front of the building every morning right through until people falling out of the nightclub opposite screaming n shouting. Don’t stay here.

The soundproofing is not so good that every night you can hear the sound of the restaurant running downstairs or any sound in the hallway next door.
Rooms are also very small bathrooms. Note: Without a kettle, I can only go to the shop to buy drinking water to drink. Breakfast is not buffet, is to provide a cut stick and a horn of sheep, but cheese slices with horns are delicious.
(Not too high for cheap hotels) Advantages: The location is really excellent, going out every day can save a lot of time and money. I think it's great to have a good attitude about the front desk, and everything I need to do can help me find a way (even if they don't have the tools)

Special Hotel, great for those looking for something special. Furnished in Arabian style, excellent breakfast and excellent location. The only flaw in the room is not soundproof, otherwise I had a great time.

Apart from the Arabic deco this hotel was really disappointing. The double bedroom we booked (quite expensive) was very noisy; It was tiny and dirty with black mould on the shower tiles, only one worn towel for two, a broken lamp, a sticky telephone. For breakfast all what you get is a piece of bad bread and a croissant, with only one choice of jam : strawberry, in a jar which stays on the table and where everyone dips his cutlery so you can enjoy the crumbs and the butter from the previous people who sat at the table : disgusting. Not to mention the staff, not friendly at all. Conclusion : to avoid!

In room 142 You can stick your hand around the window to a nearby room. Sound insulation = 0. Suitable for leaving things and taking a shower, without night…

A star is only for the central location, otherwise you cannot call it a hotel…

We went to Brussels on a school trip and decided to stay at the Mozart Hotel. The first impression (for the first 6 hours) was good, then hearing from some of my classmates I realized that I was lucky to have the only clean room of, to what I was told, all over the hotel. In the morning we were told there was a buffet breakfast, in fact I was amazed when they gave me a dish with a croissant, a half baguette, some butter and some coffee. During the night there were strange noises coming from the corridors, with people from the little recommendable faces who were turning. Hotel manager very Rude, who was keen on me, a buddy of mine and the school manager because the tour group had complained about the condition of the rooms. If I return to Brussels for sure I will not stay at this hotel. P. S. Do not get in the room in the afternoon because of course the change of sheets/towels do not do in the morning, but in the middle of the afternoon.

The most amazing thing of this place is the Décor and the Location! Perfect Located near restaurants, bars and the most vsited Plaza in the city.

Bad experience, poorly attended, the rooms, which offer on the page differs totally from the real, cleanliness of the crappy, dirty room, and a very bad breakfast, the only redeemable is the location, but it does not compensate for all the negative, the expensive rate for what It offers, the best thing is to pass over.

Little bit small everything but nice.

Pros: Fairly cheap, especially for being right in the city center. Walking distance to old town. Didn't skimp on the heating. Free, if somewhat basic breakfast included. Hotel interior decoration is gorgeous (medieval Arabic/Vienna kitsch) Cons: Terribly noisy, both between rooms and from street. Cafés outside are open til late at night and people outside hollering and partying till 3 or 4 am. Bed was worst I've ever slept in. Completely worn out, like lying in a pit. Bed sheets were not washed, had big yellow stains on them. Bathroom shower stall door didn't work properly, almost got locked inside. Overall: Avoid unless you are a really heavy sleeper or you want a stay on the cheap.

Breakfast was poor.

The good location is the only positive thing about this hotel… # receptionist barely speaks English!

The most: the Deco (a little kitsch but stylish) the rental (big big positive point is the center of Everything! )
The boss rather nice the less: lots of stairs!
The mattress is not top quality a little thin and soft but me it fits me widely (I speak for fragile back) the squeaking of Parquets (a horror for a short while. Around 8am-9am it woke me up and I did not sleep well because of the clicks of the steps. ) rather thin partitions!
And that we have to leave the room at 11am (which is relatively early for me lol) and that one asks €10 per hour extra! But in the end I was not taken (phew) but I wonder if it is normal?!
Mixed Conclusion: There are positive points and negatives, personally jsuis not riding on the details nor very cozy so it fits me.
But I advise against those who have light sleep or those who tire quickly (many floors to climb) Those who are manic (it's not dirty but it's not shiny either).
This is great for those who are not conveyed as it is really in the center and the price is still fine for location. But otherwise it's not worth it. Pay Max €80 at night, it's not worth more (and still value for money it's not necessarily worth the shot.
For small budget, and those who can afford it is better to take another hotel more comfort) Lunch is a glass of orange juice, tea or coffee and a piece of bread and a croissant.

Excentric. Some rooms with great views. Interesting. Worth a visit.

Excellent location and great Rapporro quality/price!

The hotel itself was beautiful and totally instagram worthy which sold me on booking this hotel. Big mistake. however 1. I stayed in a room full size bed by myself. The bed was completely caved in the middle and it was so uncomfortable. If I had to share the bed we would have been falling into each other. 2. The desk lamp prongs were snapped off in the outlet so it didn’t work and the overhead light was broken. The other fancy light barely shed any light to see at night Hopefully it was just my room (108) but I wouldn’t stay here again to find out. 3. You’re not allowed to leave the hotel with your room key. Which I did not feel comfortable with. You just went up to the desk and handed it to them. Then when you came back you just say the room number and they hand the key over. No verification. I didn’t feel that my things were safe.

Extravagant, funny, incomprehensible.

Atypical! Good looking! Well placed! Proper maintenance, correct cleanliness too.
On the other hand I note that the rooms are all of different sizes for the same price, we booked 2 rooms for 2 couple that of the other 2 were significantly smaller than ours, the bed was glued to the wall, glued to the radiator which was under the window so M Al heated and there our impeccable even spacious, very limited breakfast (croissant, 2tartines, butter, juice and jam) and everything is already prepared on the table.
If not at all disappointed because the decor and the location of the hotel made us all forgotten. Nevertheless I recommandrai to a certain category of people but not all.
Important Point We keep the keys on oneself so we were very independent on the other hand from the first hour the door is closed but there is an intercom that allows to identify to access.

Quirky hotel, great base of operations for exploring Brussels. Not a super kid friendly location, and stairs will be encountered. Wifi is solid, but many rooms have very few outlets (maybe 2, with the tv, and a lamp plugged into those already). I've stayed here 4 years running, and would keep coming back.

The picture looks like a palace, check out the kennel. The noise is very poor, the room is small, the outlet is one, the light is dim, the equipment is old, the elevator can only install one person and one piece of baggage. The front desk attendant was a pair of languid.

Eerie rooms. It was a very nice and clean bed. Breakfast from minimum Union. Ortima the position… but only that.

It's a place that should be a museum. The antique and super charged décor I love. Totally admirable everything. From the tiles to the rugs.

Striking Arabic decor, as you can see in the pictures, when you're there everything looks smaller. The best is the location, 3 minutes from the central station walking and even closer to the Grand Place. The street is lively in the evenings, they are quieter the interior rooms. The value for money unbeatable in everything we are looking for in Brussels (€100 night triple room with breakfast). Recommended depending on the price. The rooms were somewhat worn out, a renovation would not hurt. Right treatment and all well.

Very poor isolation, small rooms, very poor english on reception, poor breakfast in basemenet, a lot of stears very unconfortable go up and down.

+: Good experience, nice place because original and staff really involved. I think of the receptionist who got me a cot in a few minutes. Nice and efficient staff.

The ideal location, perfect to enjoy the city center.
The bathroom shows signs of aging and a modernization would do him good.
The location is perfect, a few steps from the central square and the royal Galleries and the central station. Check in fast and efficient. It was a very nice Hotel.

Good reception and a great location, but the rooms in terrible condition stinks of chlorine all and in all rooms. Mould on the walls and absolutely no soundproofing. The tile on the walls up to 1 meter high gives cold.

Excellent hotel, the owner and the staff very attentive. The check in was at 14 HS I believe but we were allowed to leave our bags at 10:00 in the morning. The place is beautifully decorated and the view to the street from our room was very nice.

Price performance extremely poor. The rooms have run down. You hear the neighbors. The rooms are very uncomfortable. The shower and the toilet are completely cold and partly broken. Outlets hung from the wall. We changed the hotel after 3 room exchange immediately the same evening still.

For (measured) 6QM €180 is slightly oversized, as in addition the bed probably does not originate from this millennium. At least it was so remote.

Mozart hotel is the best hotel at all as I looking this city of brussles its amazing to look artistc crafts and paintings inside it.

Very disappointed with my stay I would say a sham to bait people. With a nightclub at the foot of the hotel.
We were four my wife and two children in a miserable room of 15 m² (€200 at night) with four single beds on the mezzanine three small bed and a simple bed downstairs nice privacy.

The audibility is terrible! All night did not sleep because of the people walking, in the rooms stuffy, ventilation was not found.

Very central location, the best for the price you have, you are all close and no need to walk a lot. The rooms are good but in some quadruple room 2 of the beds are not properly beds and are somewhat hard. Very good service and breakfast very good but does not vary and becomes repetitive: croissant, juice, hot drink, bread and butter and strawberry jam. The hotel has a very good theme as it is Moroccan style and is very ornate. Although old it has good internet connection and lift.

Average price, tiny room, decor tired, lousy breakfast, cleaniness needs attention, noisest room in the place in the morning, and not to friendly reception staff. Plus side novel decor.

The bad: bed is too soft and the mattress very old… Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting… Poor illumination… The good: amazing decoration, clean room and bathroom, good breakfast…

The location is very good, like the décor, the breakfast is very simple just a croissant a piece of baguette with cheese juice and tea, the room with a bit of noise but overall the price relationship with what it offers is good.

Very peculiar Local, for its decoration between Arabic and indu, as location is excellent PR for the rest leaves a lot of desire Q. The typical Arab rooms small and rare the bathroom… better not to talk, the paper walls is to say listen to everything, it lacks a review of the facilities mattresses floor baths… etc. Breakfast is very basic and low.

The decor is original and very cared for but the rooms are very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception is just right. Overall, better but correct.

The first impression is pretty well. The location is fantastic-unfortunately, the rooms do not keep what the lobby promises. We had chosen a relatively cheap offer, but we were very disappointed with the room. It was completely overhauled, some things were broken and it looks very old. The rooms facing the street make sleeping almost impossible despite ohropax. The breakfast is small but nice. The staff was partly very rude. Not recommended for a relaxing holiday.

It is a very central hotel, just a few blocks from the main square. The staff at the front desk are very attentive, not so much the restaurant. The best thing is the décor and personality of the establishment, but some rooms are on the third floor without a lift.

Best hotel ever! And the owner is ana amazing person, he was so kind to us he even showed all around the city! I definitely recommend people to stay there! Perfect location and the price was awesome! Seriously people if in Brussels, stay at Mozart!

Unusual hotel, all old, but we liked the design. The bed is comfortable, great view, is in the middle. They gave a big two-level room. Breakfast is weak.

We booked this hotel at a reasonable price and were delighted with the location. The hotel is quite unusual with many levels of stairs and intense oriental decor. Our room had 2 doors whether for noise or security or just for effect I don't know. It also had 2 levels. You walk in and there is a vestibule area and a bathroom and stairs to the bedroom below. The Wi-Fi worked pretty well though the in room lighting could be improved. The owner is an interesting character who has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for helping refugees.

Good hotel in the middle of town.

It's… particular. This dear Mozart is slightly revisited. Very nice and friendly, you can not pass the boss who speaks 7 languages without having to listen to two or three jokes. Decor very busy, but it is the peculiarity of the establishment, ideal location near the Grand'Place, decent price, breakfast included.

Right in the heart of Brussels, approximately a 15 minute walk from the central station. Hotel Mozart features Arabic decor with classical music playing in the foyer and corridors. Each floor is littered with small trinkets, paintings, furniture and jewellery. A budget hotel that deserves 2 stars for the following reasons: Room Room 141 was adequately sized for a couple to share, with enough room to move around and not get in each other's way too much. Light was a big problem though, as the light shade was impractical; blocking 80% of light and additional desk lamp not helping. Walls were also painted red, with mosaic style tiles which looked great and all, but greater darkened the room. The bathroom was clean, but the shower kept shifting temperature from one extreme to the other. No plug in sink. Mattress was hard and pillows were uncomfortably hard as well as small. The desk fan didn't project air. The window had to be kept open all night due to the heat. Finally, there was a rumbling sound coming from the room below ours, which sounded like some kind of automated ventilation system. Breakfast European style which consisted of a half brown baguette with butter and slices of cheese as well as a croissant, accompanied with strawberry jam. Guests arrive in the restaurant and find a seat at a table with orange juice. Tea and coffee is offered on arrival. Staff were frantically rushing around and frankly didn't seem to care about looking after their guests.

Location close to the Grand Place. Atypical hotel. Room a bit weird and antiquated. But I had an affordable price.

At the heart of the old town, but rooms are not so clean and are quite decrepit. At the same time breakfast and the ladies attending breakfast are so kind, helpful and careful. Not so much the people at the clerk.

Atmosphere of a thousand and One Nights in the centre of Brussels.

The hotel was amazing. Nice and clean, friendly staff. An experience like no other. The room was beautiful and great value for money. Will definitely be coming back, only stayed for 2 nights but they made us feel at home! Amazing and beautiful, right in the centre of Brussels with easy access everywhere. Highly recommended.

Hotel well placed, atrocious bedding, small room, Single window (any small 30x50), an atrocious smell! Average housekeeping, very bad soundproofing.

An exquisite, beautiful place. I could not recommend enough. The rooms are superb, the breakfast was lovely but, above all else, the owner Ben is one of the most genuine, kind persons you will ever meet. Do yourself a favour and stay there!

A breathtaking decoration: a mixture of baroque, Rococo and Orientalism, a explosive mixture!
The reception is nice and the rooms are comfortable.

A Stone's throw from Grand Place, in opulent Moroccan style. Clean Hotel, well located and with good value for money. Only downside of the experience is a nightclub in the centre which did not allow you to sleep.

If you have the window on the side of the disco, forget to sleep. I was there in 2012

Very nice, the organization of the hotel is very strange. There are a lot of stairs it looks like a maze. The style is very oriental I loved it. The staff are very nice and nice. I have not encountered any noise problems. It is certain that it is an old construction and that it is not the industrial standard. But are charm is much better than the luxury of a sanitized hotel.

It's all a little too much. And underneath all the shiny facade it's a bad hotel with tiny rooms at very low standard. The only plus is the superb location.

Ideal location. But for the rest it's not worth a 3 stars. Very poor bedding with Squeak. Cleanliness limits. TV that captures very little chain. Very bad Wi — Fi in the rooms. Dark room when it's cold and you can't open the balcony door and low light. 1 only one bedside lamp. Taken inaccessible. Hair dryer that is not working. Nothing to store our case except a small closet. No heating in the bathroom.

The framework is really unusual, you can check it with the photos. Apart from the beauty of the places they are mm of many worries. Including: some receptionists, insulation of the rooms comfortable (not heat problem since the heating turns back the GST despite our test of adjustment, but a huge noise problem that either live has screw street or rooms nearby. ), clean (dust, State of health), State of the bedding, the TV does not work which is apparently normal according to the receptionist limited schedules and choice for breakfast. In short, luckily that places are beautiful and well located (a few steps from the grand place and the central station) and the breakfast is included, because really the comfort no y not and especially does not match the asking price.
