Very convenient hotel with full but basic services. The shower floods the bathroom. Obviously as in all northern Europe no bidet. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Downstairs has a hostel type vibe, very community with a nice bar and self service food shop. Tables in common area are nice for a drink but small for breakfast with friends. The rooms are great — very comfortable and accessible. Staff are slow and very laid back.

Love staying here, every time. Great location, friendly staff, clean and stylish rooms. Great value on less popular days.

A very good hotel located a few steps from Schuman with large rooms. The double bed is king size, the Italian type shower and big enough. It's very clean and someone is available at the 24-hour front desk. Its price is still affordable at weekends. Plan your toothbrush as this is not provided by the hotel. The other negative point I have raised is the resonance in the rooms.

Very nice staff members. There was never a request that was not fulfilled. The area is nice and quiet and most importantly not very touristy. There are a few good cozy restaurant and the staff again will give you suggestions. Most of them are amazing. One last thing. There are multiple convenient stores around the hotel so it makes life alot easier too.

Solid hotel overall. The gym was a bit small, but as expected for an Aloft. Their breakfast was light, as expected for an Aloft, but had plentiful meats and pastries. Their coffee machine was decent (free with breakfast). As for the rooms, they meet the Aloft standard. Clean, decently spacious, and good views. Location-wise, if you're here for business, it's perfect. If you're here for leisure, the Sheraton I felt was closer to most of the attractions. It's walking distance to the museums, which is a plus. I'd be glad to stay here again, although they sold out the 2nd night!

Nice hotel staff and competent.

Everything was ok, but unfortunately not perfect. The room was nice and tidy, but here comes huge BUT, all the rooms are very noisy, while someone from the upper floor uses the toilet it seems that all the flood comes straight to the room! That annoyed me a lot and made stay not too comfortable. All the rest was good.

Several meeting and conference rooms. The managers are very responsive, dynamic, flexible… and sympathetic.

I like this hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. The breakfast is a self service buffet, lovely and fresh but the food ran out on several occasions and was very slow to be restocked. That was the only disappointing part of my stay.

Simple fashion and young style, the lobby has a salad sandwich, such as the choice of simple dining counter, the front desk waiter friendly and easy-going.

Very nice hotel, ultra modern, clean spacious rooms with power shower, hairdryer, cool bar, nice chill out zone behind reception. Great value on weekends, near the EU area but close to Place Jourdan for drinks and restaurants and 2 minutes from schuman metro stop. Bus routes to Midi train station with the 27 bus outside your door.

Clean, quiet and personal hotel at the top. I did not have breakfast there. Possibility to park the car at the parking lot which is a plus.

Superb hotel near the Schuman train station, very good reception. Modern style, industrial and pop art, everything is done with taste. It deserves more than 4 * than 3 *. The rooms are spacious, functional and very clean.
The hotel is close to the Metro and bus.
For having made several hotels on Bxl, this one is definitely the best quality price even compared to a 4 *.

We've booked this hotel for a short stay in Brussels. The reservations department was a bit slow sending the reservation confirmation and I needed to call the hotel in order to have an answer from them inside my established deadlines. The hotel is located near the political area what came to be another issue when arriving to the hotel… all the streets were blocked by military police. We had to go around and ended walking for 20 minutes till we arrived the hotel. There's a metro station just next to the hotel that takes you to the city center but the same problem here… military blocking the area… we ended going to the city center walking, was almost faster than going around the protected area. The hotel has modern feeling and it is perfect for some smart business meeting or meetup. The room has also a modern decor with some nice Startwood amenities. The bed was really comfortable so we slept really well. I just love the Starwood HEAVENLY beds. The staff was nice and the service went smoothly the whole stay.

Breakfast could be even better. It lacks scrambled eggs and a wider selection of meat, cheese.
Otherwise, everything is great.

The hotel is new and modern-it's a plus. Location is not in the center, in a quiet area, but very close to the Metro-the second plus. The staff is friendly but nerastoropen. But in general-yes, I recommend.

Excellent accommodation very well connected and close to the European Parliament. It is a modern hotel with spacious and complete rooms. Very nice atmosphere. It has a bar and a fast food area.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean, very modern. The location is great for the European Commission, but requires about 20 minute walk to the city center. There is a metro stop immediately next to it though, but it was closed multiple days we were there due to foreign dignitary visitors. Keep that in mind if planning on taking the metro regularly. The breakfast was good, not great, but serviceable. The bar was mostly empty, but was very nice and had very interesting outdoor seating area that consisted of a swingset and seesaw tables. They're hard to describe, but imagine a tiny seesaw being placed through a table so you and your guest across from you are constantly going up and down. Weird, but I liked it.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Stayed here overnight en-route to the South of France. Large, modern with a very generously sized en-suite. Other reviews said there were issues with cleanliness, but we certainly never had any issues. A really minor feature but one that I think shouldn't be overlooked is that they let you plug your own devices directly in to their TVs, rather than being limited to just the hotel's TV subscription. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Very good hotel, the imposition is ideal for all those who need to be close to the facilities of the european community. The rooms are very beautiful, and welcoming. Great prices.

Very fun hotel. Aimed at a younger crowd but very professional. The staff was very helpful every step of the way even though I spoke no french or dutch. The rooms are nice and the beds were perfect. The area also felt very safe. City center was about 25 minute walk away and very quick by car.

Location is ok. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. It is made for effiency. The lobby area is reduced to the minimum of interiors and welcome feeling.

Poor customer service! Cannot recommend this place it's just not on par with other hotels of similar value! Maybe consider Thon Hotel as an alterantive to this place. Better service and just more of a pleasant place!

I stayed with you Monday 2/29 until Saturday 3/5 and it was a delightful visit. Room was great size, bed was comfortable, shower was clean and hot water was plenty. I took advantage of not having my room cleaned everyday and appreciated the 5 euro coupon towards food. The location was perfect for me as I was speaking at the European Parliament. In light of the attacks I wanted to let you know that I have been praying for your staff, who was so helpful and spoke English beautifully. Take care and be safe. Hope to see you again.

Hip hotel with clean rooms and good facilities. The staff was nice. There are washing machines and dryers for use in the hotel.

Nice modern hotel, quiet. The only things I found a bit strange were the lobby (trying too hard to be trendy) and the underwhelming breakfast buffet, which included no good coffee, just some gross Nescafe from some machines, yuk.

A classic Aloft hotel in a very convenient location in Brussels. The breakfast is typical European (primarily cold meats, eggs, cheeses) and the staff was helpful. There is a decent gym in the basement that was of use to me and my friends.

The Hotel is next to the Palace of Luxembourg, 15 mins on the metro and 35 away from the center. Clean and nice. This new. In addition to speaking Spanish.

Unfortunately THIEVES. Do not stay in this hotel. I left my phone in the room and the receptionist stole it. It is the coloured woman with the black curly hair at the front desk. Extremely disappointed. How can you take someones phone from inside their room. Shame on her.

Overcharge. They "lost" my booking voucher and used the Obama visit opportunity to more than double charge bill. I don't trust them any more.

Very nice Hotel with relativly large rooms. The "Breakfast-Situation" is sub-optimal but there are enough cafés near the hotel.

Internet first class: Very strong wireless signal everywhere in hotel with 8MB up and down consistently throughout the day. Additionally, room had fixed Ethernet cables on the desk for an even better laptop connection. Room comfortable and large and modern. Also excellent downstairs area containing pool/fusball tables.

All fantastic. Completely new and modern, the rooms are large and very comfortable, and common areas are very complete, great service. A safe choice.

Very nice and everything is new. Billiards, board games and Wi-Fi in the entire hotel free! They even have pc in the entry that you can use without paying. Very friendly and there is always some receptionist who knows Spanish and is willing to explain to you all about Brussels. Coffee, tea and bottled water in room free. And a piece of huge TV opposite the bed.

It is a hotel with fantastic qualities and a very good price. I recommend it to everyone.
