Beautiful hotel, rooms are extremely clean, decent size, and have exceptional views. The hotel's restaurant is very delicious (especially the Stoemp), the staff were very friendly. The rooftop patio was amazing and was great to view the city, especially at night.

High class hotel, very well trained staff who go the extra mile. Everything seems to work effortlessly. Still haven't worked out how the bottle of chilled water was always put out on the side just before I got back each evening? Breakfast selection is super.

Wonderful hotel, special for business travel. A few steps from European Commission building. Comfortable and elegant rooms. Excellent breakfast. You can get grand place in 20 minutes by walking.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this hotel ideally located for tourism and/or business. The rooms are comfortable, the terrace beautiful, the staff very nice and took it to high-end and varied breakfast. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Very nice and clean hotel. Love the spacious toilet with Hermes toiletries. They provide both still and sparkling water in the fridge.

Location was perfect for us. Good amenities. Ridiculously expensive breakfast we did not partake in. Very comfortable bed. Clean.

Top Hotel. But the prices! 250 euro upwards per night. There are spacious rooms and very good beds. Bathrooms modern and large enough. Fitness area is small but well located. Unfortunately no sauna. Only a spartanly furnished steam bath — everything is very small there. Don't even have a chair let alone a couch.
Staff is very friendly.
Location right on place Jourdan — it hibt several really quaint pubs.
Breakfast is reasonable — the price is very good.

Very good experience. Amazing modern rooms with the perfect views out to bellow. Indoor balcony and waterfall with in the lobby, with relaxing music playing. The foot is perfection the rooms are above perfect. The bathroom in your room is the most luxurious bathroom I have ever been in my life. Over if you are on a business or a holiday, it's differently a place to stay. Much better than trump tower!

One of my favorite chains and this one keeps the standard very high. Excellent location, comfort and service. I was accommodated earlier. Received great help from the concierge for dealing with taxi, which in Brussels is a challenge. Looking to come back very soon.

Only stayed one night on the way back from a meeting in Genk. You really notice the difference between a 5 star hotel and a 4 star one. Sofitel Brussels Europe is a nice elegant hotel with comfortable beds and warm inviting ambience. I was able to have a very good rest. The location is out of the central area, but not too far. It can be a positive as it is nice and quiet in the evening. Ample restaurant choices across the road.

Great staff. Really comfortable rooms. Ours overlooking Place Jourdan was delightful. A market on Sunday is remarkable with a smaller one on Saturday, both right outside the hotel entrance. Adjoins Parc Leopold with a small pond with walkway, benches, swans, and ducks. Eateries, bars, and shops around square with hours that vary. Parking is pricey at 32euros per day. But you'd be a bit crazy to drive in Brussels anyway.

This hotel deserves its stars. Perfect Service, friendly team, conveniently located close to the European quarter by walking through the beautiful Leopold Park. Do not miss the terrace, very well appointed and offer a nice view on place Jourdan, on the monumental picture of Bottazzi and on Brussels.

Excellent quality hotel located in the Jourdan district. We were exceptionally impressed with our stay — the rooms were large and spacious, and all of the furnishings were top quality. We especially appreciated the European Union flag on the shower door. The beds were so comfy, and we loved the addition of robes, slippers, tea, coffee and the turn down service. It's places like the Sofitel that make trips away from home feel even better than home!

As always an excellent courteous welcome and a friendly, smiling and responsive person to all requests.
Breakfast, satisfying but improved compared to other Sofitel.
One criticism, the dinner has a very exaggerated value for money.

Very nice, well maintained and clean Hotel. Super Service and great Breakfast. Unfortunately, we had to wait 2h to our room even though we arrived only at 15.00 in the Hotel.

Overall very pleasant stay but some facilities in the public area are dated. The steam room needs a good scrub because there are mould between tiles. Breakfast was excellent.

Upon arrival a valet parked my car while I checked in. Turned out I had made a mistake with booking (booked for a week later) but this was resolved elegantly and efficiently. One can see a service culture at work here! A large terrace next to the elevators on the 7th floor offers an exceptional view of the city. The room was absolutely stunning with ample room to move in, lots of storage to hang ones clothes and a decent desk fr working, Lighting throughout the room are efficient and can be turned down for more atmosphere. The bed is absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom is fully equipped and has both anti-fog mirror as well as lit shaving mirror (nice! ). Coffee and tea facilities are available. Breakfast was as complete as one could wish for with ample choice of warm and cold offerings including a few wonderful French cheeses and small glasses with various smoothies. Excellent coffee was served to order and newspapers were available in a wide selection of languages. Checkout was friendly and fast and staff offered to take my luggage down to my car — fantastic service and very much appreciated indeed. Another example of great service. I had a meeting around the corner at an EU institution but I chose to come back to the hotel for lunch as I saw the steak tartare on the room menu — one of the best I've ever had and quite reasonably priced!

As usual in Sofitel I have the pleasure to feel the quietness, to eat in excellent restaurant. In the Sofitel Europe, I enjoyed the decoration with comics. For a passionate of Comics, it was the perfect welcome! You definitely feel in Belgium, the leading country in comics.

Very nice hotel, luxurious rooms and very very comfortable bedding.
Gym sufficient but the hammam was not working properly during our visit.

The Hotel is very good and modern; the overall experience was positive, but there were a Couple of problems
I had made in the lobby to check in, the address of the company but has not been written on the invoice
At Breakfast the waiters sometimes have (I forget when I was in the Hotel 5 nights) questions (tea / coffee)

The rooms are very nice and clean. Everything looks very high quality. Also the bathroom is very well maintained. No lime, mold, etc. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel. We went as s couple for a kid free weekend. We loved the local area. A village feel in an area you would expect to be very soulless. Lovely vibe and Sunday market. Easy to get into town. Lovely rooms. Good massage. The food was very good too. The only think this hotel lacks is a good spa and would be good for a better gym and sauna etc.

Currently staying at this hotel. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival the receptionist was very informative and provided us with maps and highlighted various places we had enquired about. Staff at breakfast were attentive unobtrusive. The first morning we conversed and laughed with a fellow guest from the UK. The second morning we were asked if we would like to sit beside the friend we had. D.

I would agree with the comments about their service, they seem to have issues with their management, also I agree they don't respond to emails.

Were pleasantly surprised once in this hotel! All at the highest level! From the perfect purity in a room and impeccable service to chic bars and restaurants feeding dishes and quality products have been flawless as the dinners and breakfasts! Visit the nearby park with a Lake inhabited by swans, ducks, gulls.

I stay here on business and on the main the stay was ok (only ok, 3 stars for the stay). What has really annoyed me and forced me to write my first ever review comment on a hotel is their service. They have invented some excuse story about not being able to provide an invoice with my business address on. They did not respond to emails, contact requests or messages until I really forced an answer. I asked on check in and was not informed that this would be an issue. No other hotel I have stayed at (i am in hotels weekly with work) have had this problem and it appears incompetence and/or laziness are behind their unhelpfulness. For a hotel of this caliber and as part of the chain Accor this is really surprising, especially when the Novotel (same chain) could do it.

Restaurant is perfect for business lunches. Eat top, service top, wonderful atmosphere. A great hotel. Very much recommended.
