The hotel is located in the center, near the station. It's not an air drive. There's nowhere to stop. Parking is on the other side of the hotel entrance. Rooms without air conditioning, there are only fans. I had to open the windows, but there was a lot of visitors nearby, so until the morning it was very noisy. The rooms are not very clean and quite small.

It's a great location. The staff will tell and show on the map everything you need. It's cool!

Location is ideal… everything is walking distance… I got off the central station Antwerpen and voila hotel Leonardo was right in the front! The receptionists made sure my friends and I got the best rooms with air conditioning. The cleaning ladies cleaned my room spotless. I go every year to Antwerp and Leonardo is going to be my choice first!

The hotel is next to the train station on a pedestrian street. Nearby is full of restaurants for all tastes. Nearby is a shopping street. A little strange, very small toilets. Close parking — 17euro/day. The room is decent, with good soundproofing.

We had a good stay at this hotel we will return. I think the rooms need a big expense.

A great hotel in an absolutely perfect location. Good value with a great breakfast. Right on the square. We had a view looking out over the station and the big wheel. A short trip to get to the Palais if going to a show. We will for sure come back and stay again.

The hall nice and cozy, the corridors type Shining, long interminable, with the carpet and a staircase at the end, as if that were not enough, tiny room without closet, bathroom door ke nn would close completely and bathroom to size. Old structure that you hear every single step of the upstairs and adjoining rooms. Value for money low in my opinion.

Excellent Hotel next to the big and beautiful train station.

Great hotel, early breakfast, free Wi-Fi, we got upgraded to the duplex apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to train station and many great food outlets.

The hotel overlooks the Main Station, the windows have a gorgeous view! The room is large, there is tea and coffee. For breakfast standard set, eggs, ham, cheese, etc. But the hotel needs refurbishment. It's fine for 1-2 nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a week.

The hotel has been in the years. The room itself was clean and large enough for two people. The windows were desolate. A window pane was glued with a textile tape and the Windows themselves were leaking (you could see through the frame in the open). Breakfast was very good. The porter was overwhelmed on our arrival.

I would love to put more star, the hotel is very well placed, close to metro and tram, enough to eat nearby. But I leave a star because my stay was disappointing, on the part of a hotel like the one at €200 on weekends and a room for the wrong, I do not know how much you pay the maintenance Manager or if you have one. To start, I reserve on the net at the same time as my friends, we had booked 6 rooms, the first 5 were identical, duplex with kitchenette and window to allow air circulation, while I arrived before them and Sue I paid really More expensive than them. Mine none of it, no window to open completely, the little aperture does not allow a proper circulation of air. No kitchen area, no main light, the bulb was changing almost 24h later, at €200 the room you could at least check the lighting! The shower hose completely broken, more water next door than on me, the hourly amplitude of breakfast too short 7:30-10:30, not early enough for those who come home from evening and late too early for those who came home from evening and who not managed to keep awake for The beginning at 7:30. The hostess of evening and night frankly at the top understanding, tries to speak French really well, the one in the morning not amiable at all. The technician who comes only with a bulb DS hands, without even a pliers for the pipe, and who tells me: We will do this tomorrow the day of my departure because not the tool! I am maintenance technician so the false apologies not with me!

I took my boyfriend to Antwerp for the weekend. I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel 2 years before and I remembered that it was a good hotel. And it still is! We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly: also in regards to us leaving our bags in the hotel after checking out. For it's price, location and level of comfort I think you can't do any better in Antwerp!

I like it very much. Despite being at the train station very quiet. Very friendly staff. Very clean. The rooms as well as the bathroom very spacious.

Hotel is located in perfect place — opposite the Central station. Hotel is not new, but in satisfactory condition. Staff is friendly.

A very good location for those planning rail trips to Bruges, Brussels etc Breakfast is good, everything is fresh and tasty. Room cleaning is daily, the service is not intrusive. Of the cons — squeaky floors, but this problem is solved only as a result of serious repairs.

Good location that is very near the central station for trains and buses. Also within walking distance to the city shops and places of interest. Unfortunately I was given a room overlooking the middle of the hotel. There was no ventilation and it was hot without airconditioning or even a fan. Luckily the receptionist changed our room the next day which was much better.

Central location, we go there for 4 years and we will always return.

I believe that such hygienic conditions in a 3-star hotel in Antwerp centre are unacceptable.
We asked to change rooms three times and in all cases it was very dirty.
We hope that the management will take action on this.

Close to the station and the center.

Probably, about seven years ago, it was a good hotel, but now it has become very "worn" and good it can be considered only by people with badly damaged vision. The hotel is located near J. D. Station, not far from the city centre. For tourists with cars is not the best option of accommodation.

2 Stars is the max. Number of stars to be given, almost even 1. I always wonder how hotels interpret the star classification of hotel associations or national standards. Also in the Leonardo Hotel, as in many others, the level of cleanliness is US technical. Condition at the lowest level. To write again. 3 star hotel still means clean and no less clean than a 4 or 5 star house!
The location is very good. Sirens, loud shouting, etc in every night. Due to the very old single glazing you get everything also 100% with. Curtains are torn. In the bathroom, around the shower moderate mold that was simply covered with the next layer of silicone. Much helps a lot? On the breakfast table on the first floor there are advertising signs… Healthy breakfast industry food is there.
You list can be continued as you wish.

Old, beat up and out of date hotel. Very scanty and uninventive breakfast. Very small rooms with a lot of noise from everyone who moves inside the hotel and outside. Absolutely no good value for money.

I am pretty sure I got BED BUG bites at this hotel. I have even found one of the bed bugs (3rd stage in life cycle) at a sink in the bathroom. I was first accommodated in a tiny room with a window to the street. After complaining at the reception about the noise they relocated me to a bigger inside room with a double bed. There the bites appeared.

We had a discount because they were part of a conference but the code was not working from the site and although before booking I called to make sure the procedure was right, I was charged full price. I complained to voice and I wrote an email but I was told that the procedure was different… Also the drain of the sink did not work. If you want to sleep there, ask for an inside room. The location is very convenient because at the side of the train station.

Very good location? Walk if you walk for 15 minutes.

Spacious room, and ours was quiet. Horrible hot, bouncy, hollow-fibre pillows — but, in fairness, all hotels seem to use them! Very useful power sockets by bedside tables. Good breakfast. Nice crusty bread available. The irritating aspect was the bathroom. What was there was fine — spotlessly clean and plenty of water in the shower. The problem was a complete lack of flat surfaces, so nowhere to put one's toilet bag, razor, etc. All you can do is perch them precariously on the curved edge of the sink. And only two small hooks by the sink, so nowhere to hang your clothes while you're in the shower. You do have to wonder if the person who designed the bathrooms had ever actually used a hotel. A couple of hooks in the door and a shelf would take a few minutes to fix, cost a few euros — and made the bathroom vastly better.

A great place to be — from a business trip view point no better place to stay. Close to trains, trams and taxis Good food and beer — clients love it! (we do too) Just a great value for money option.

Nice Hotel but very small room on the street.
A lot of noise at night with apparently work in the street, cleaning the street.
Clean and friendly staff.
Apart from the noise, the hotel is well located for access to shops and the train station and near the center.

Friendly and helpful staff, good parking area's below the hotel and nice rooms for a fair price.

We arrived at the parking and my first tought was that it was a bit to narrow, lucky for me I have a small car. At the reception: very friendly and it went good, so no problems. We went to our room and had 1 little issue, but when we had told, it was quickly over. So thank you! At night I drank something at the bar, very friendly and nice chat, it was a joy to be there!

Very near train station and buses. Good location generally. Some rooms are alright but those facing the courtyard are hot and there's no airconditioning. No free Wi-Fi.

It's a nice hotel right next to the train station. It has a modern interior. The room was simple but nice. Clean. There is private parking for hotel guests underneath the hotel which is very convenient if you are traveling by car like we were.

Positive: Very good and central location. Breakfast was ok. Negative: No Air-condition in some rooms… and we got one without it (30°C). Small Parking slots. Our shower didnt close or drain properly. Toilet seat broken. No parking slots for larger cars. Conclusion: It felt like a hostel, we payed 135 € for a double room, that was too expensive. I would not book this hotel again.

The Breakfast was very plentiful and delicious, there was a great selection
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable
The price/ performance ratio is super!

Despite the excellent location, this hotel would a total renovation, and is also not well organized.

I'm a bus driver and I can give the Hotel only a star what is too much. My travel group and I are here on a Sunday. The rooms are very cramped and full of nooks and crannies. The ground (floor) is very uneven. The window only partially. We came in the summer (high summer) is over 30 degrees in the Hotel. The rooms are not ventilated. There is in some rooms only air conditioning in the new building. The cleanliness gets a 2 star. The toilet and the bathroom gets a star. The shower is only with effort. There is no shelf above the sink. Even in the room there is a stage. There are better Hotel's! I would not book a Hotel. My knowledge is only from the old building, the pictures are probably from the new building. The Hotel is located directly next to the train station and on a street where many Restaurants, the noise level is very high. In the side street is a Casino where it is until late at night loud. For the Hotel, find another Hotel!

It is a piece of shit hotel is dirty, old towels, dirty glasses, dirty curtains, broken in so unspeakable there are no my wardrobe in the room.

We stayed here one night since we wanted to catch an early train next morning. The hotel is fine, good beds, good shower, fine room. Nothing special apart from the location so close to the Central Station. Ridiculous prices for Wi-Fi.

Nice rooms, conveniently located near central station. Not dirty at all. Hallways are very narrow, but that seems to be a "thing" in Belgium anyway.

Really dirty and sloppy hotel. Worst hotel I have seen in my life. Do not try to use the parking is your car is bigger then the average car. You will get stuck.

After searching for all Antwerp hotel that was central to the end I decided to by this.
The best hotel is that these next to the station of the train, to 50 metres, is out of it and get to the hotel. There are 7 or 8 Hotels more for that area of the same category or a little high but climbing the 100 euro up as times ect. East it got for 75 euros on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 including breakfast and bed for 5-year-old girl. In total we were 2 adults and a child.
Look for it by several pages ect: booking, atrapalo ect. At the end the best deal got through them by contacting directly from your web page and without going through intermediaries. Other differences is that here had not problems of cancellation the same day while other hotels could not cancel and they charged 100% when the reservation towards.
The positive aspects:
1 by the station because we were loaded: 2 suitcases, a large backpack and a cart of nina and traps of kicking a lot of cities.
2. Breakfast, can eat up to burst and load your pantry for lunch that day at noon. There is no control. What's more, even if you get the room without breakfast you could go to have breakfast because they do not ask for or room number or nothing at all.
3. The perfect room and as it appears in the photos of the hotel. It has no tub and was the only downside as the girl is what he likes from the hotels.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The only positive thing I can say is that is was close to the train station. The hotel lobby is kept nice and clean and as soon as you exit the elevator to go to your room, you know you are in trouble. I don't think the carpets have ever been cleaned, which makes you really worry about the beds. There are giant, nasty stains all over the carpet/curtains and the non smoking rooms reek of smoke.
