Hotel located right next to the train station. The Metro is not far and the surroundings are nice. 15 minutes from the Centre on foot. Classic but modern room. Service correct I recommend it.

The best room I had is in the front of the building on the 7th floor. Majestic view. Extremely closed to the station. Breakfast place is too crowded and hotel guests impatient. I can't deal with that only. All the rest is super nice.

Excellent hotel by any measure. Superb service, excellent food & clean and spacious rooms. Everything you need for a quality business trip hotel and more. The hotel is small but quite classy with a modern touch. It has very good location. It's just around the corner from the train station and on the main street filled with shops and restaurants.

Even though it was a lovely stay there are a few points to note. Apparently the spa and gym was removed even though the site said differently, plus there were a few minor issues with the room. (a crane that gets hot on cold and vise versa, no Wi-Fi code provided upon checking in, no toilet brush and rather hard beds) all in all I wouldn't give it the four star rating it was given, even though its incredibly well positioned right across from the station and surprisingly quiet considering it's right in the centre of all the action. The breakfast was well served though, and staying in the area provides a good sight on the street.

Your home is excellent… But the housekeeping of the rooms is not well.

Me and my partner had taken a suite at this hotel. After having run a bath, we pressed the button to activate the water jets of the "Jacuzzi tub". The Jets completely expelled the water from the bath (which was well above the level of the water jets holes). The bathroom was flooded with 1-2 cm of water. At the stroke of the stress we tried to sponge everything with the towels, especially as the Jets did not stop, even pressing the button again.
It is by using a bucket and emptying the bathtub that the Jets have finally stopped.
So we call the staff quickly. Two women arrive, one of whom treats us like primary children, making us clean up with new towels. I think it's a shame and also extremely annoying. From when does a four star hotel require its guests to clean their room for a malfunction of their bathtub, instead of just changing rooms or cleaning themselves?
No apology from them.

To avoid — Horrible hotel, the service is only in Dutch or in an English more than approximate, dilapidated rooms, sheets of poor quality and very bad soundproofing. Low-end breakfast (plates not available, we had to wait 15minutes before receiving a share, no cutlery, eggs "calves" — hard because they stayed in their juice, orange juice in low quality cardboard, soluble coffee. In short a horrible experience for a so-called 4 star Hotel for a really excessive price.
AWFUL HOTEL — Service only in Flemish or in an approximate English. Old style bedrooms, low quality sheets and very bad soundproofing! Low cost Breakfast (no plates available before 15 minutes, we had to share a plate, no knifes and forks either. Boiled eggs becameing Hard-boiled eggs because it cooked too long, poor quality orange juices & coffee.
The Most awful hotel experience in Antwerpen for a "4 Stars" hotel for a really expensive price.

Ignore what people are saying. The hotel is decent, you get what you paid for. It is not a hilton, but it does the job well. Breakfast is pretty cool, staff friendly, rooms average, hygiene is pretty good (well, it was when I visited) gave 4 instead of 5 cos of beds.

Very central. Just a few steps from the central station. The reception was very good and the rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. You could increase the variety of the breakfast buffet and the shower is impossible if you measure more than 1, 5m but don't rule back.

Who gave this hotel 4 stars does not do his job well. Beds were well located and uncomfortable. The air conditioning makes the entire night loud noise though it was off. There is no hot water in the bathroom (no matter what time). Room was dirty. At the reception you can wait at least 30min whether for check-in or check-out. The staff was pampig and friendly. Never again!

Perfect for a tourist stay, at the foot of the central station, and in the city center. So everything is accessible on foot from the hotel. Buffet breakfast varied and good. Friendly staff Comfortable room.

It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. For sure had all the requirements but is a quite outdated structure with lot of flows and improvements possibilities. A modern 3 star would be better. The big advantage is that it is very central in Antwerpen and convenient to the train station although this is not the best spot in town with many homeless people and is quite dirty.

Bad heating in the room; the sheets were stained; the personnel did not talk English. Overall, I do not recommend as it is a 4 star hotel.

Next to the Antwerp station, perfect for visiting all of Belgium, unbeatable location. Although it has 4 stars it is not at that level, it is clean, the breakfast scarce, the attention unbeatable and the room correct but without wardrobe. I can't complain about the stay, all more or less correct.

Excellent hotel. Good services. Special mention to Robbie, who besides being friendly, speaks Spanish only 50 meters from the entrance to the station, is ideal for those who move by train.

Service was good, room was a good size and clean. The shower was good but the fit out somewhat dated.

This hotel was a bit disappointing to us. Our family stayed in two rooms and one room had basically no lighting. The air conditioner in one room was also so noisy that it could not be used. Other items also needed repair. Very basic rooms. Fridges in the rooms did not keep things cold.

Best price/luxury rate in town. Great breakfast.

Not the cleanest place I've been to. Mini bar is not a fridge everything in there has room temperature. Overall the place needs to be renovated. Front desk and bar look nice but the rest is average at the most. Breakfast is nothing special but ok. I wouldn't recommend to stay there longer than one night.

Good place to stay for a shorter amount of time! Staff polite. Location amazing. Beds very comfy. Poorly cleaned in some places.

Mould in the bathroom, fly crushed on the ceiling, curtain holed, inability to close the chassis properly, rust in the shape of a shard in the fridge bar. A shame for a "4etoiles" our room was not worth two! Staff still friendly but disappointed with this property, at more than 100 euros at night it is unacceptable!

Super nice Hotel, unfortunately no Parking available. Park house for 3days ca 60€… friendly staff.

The staff does not speak French and for a 4 star this is not acceptable in Belgium. Se more seen the infrastructure I find it is outclassed by cons it is ideally located next to the train station.

The room I was originally given had the bathroom flooded, still leaking water from the roof. They changed and gave me a big and nice suite as compensation. Nice hotel, well located, getting slightly old but being refurbished. Breakfast can be improved, short selection.

Great hotel, big room, breakfasts varied. It was winter. It's a little cold in the room.

Hotel de Gare completely faded works are underway but these are the common areas so the rooms really leave on our end. Little warm and personal indifferent to the problems encountered

Top position and super well connected! The view as well was worth a million: directly towards Antwerp Central, one of the most beautiful train station I have ever seen! My room? Definately one of the best: the princess Suite!

Spent our wedding night. Fantastic rooms and service.

Four stars are too. A/c is noisy and the lights doesnt work.
