The experience was horrible, I paid 201€ for a room that almost everything was broken. The A/C doesn’t work, the show’s temperature can’t stay stable so I either got burn or freeze in 20 second repeatedly. The light switches are broken so I can’t turn on/off the lights properly, and the toilet was broken water just keep flushing and coming out. So I spent money in “suppose to be “ 4 stars Hôtel with basically hostel facilities. When I told the front desk right after I faces those issues the night I stayed, her response was “ we do not maintain that room, but we are fully booked today” no discount, no refund, nothing but they will try to pass to engineers those issue. And you have to que for a breakfast even they ask you to choose the time slot the day when you check in.
