Excellent hotel if you travel single and a short while. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and the bed slept wonderful. The location is ideal with a wide variety of bars close by. Walking distance form the central station and almost anything you wanted was in walking distance. The breakfast was simple but had everything it needed. Selection of breads, yoghurt, cereals and the standard scrambled eggs with bacon sausage and beans. I personally didn't like the idea of cooking my own eggs though. However the only minus point was the room as it's tiny (can't open the door completely as it hits the bed) and the bathroom is to small to be comfortable. I'm a tall person so I had to sit sideways on the toilet. The shower had trouble with keeping a consistent temperature as well. Also I had a room facing the other rooms so I could practically shake hands with my neighbor through the window. Lastly, the air conditioning made the room a little bit noisy and chilly.

Convenient location but the adjoining area can be busy till very late at night.

She knows about the ibis — everything you need, no stone-schnack.
The room was good, bed comfortable as always, the bathroom maybe a little smaller than usual from the ibis chain.
Also the walls were not necessarily soundproof — a point deduction for that!
Breakfast was good — generally what you know of Ibis, but very high quality, fresh and lots of choice.

Hotel located in the Diamond district of Antwerp, next to the train station.
About 15 minutes from the Antwerp Market Square.
Public transportation near the hotel in case you don't want to walk.
Hotel with beds bridges for families with children.

Nice location and relatively cheap. But tiny rooms and showers. The breakfast is decent however. So if you are on a tight budget, a good place to stay, but won't recommend if you are travelling on business.

It is a pity to have a Villeroy and Boch WC and not to have a brush available to clean it.

Good, "old style" (not yet renovated) ibis. You know what you get. It was freezing cold while we were there, and unfortunately the heater was not strong enough to heat up the room properly, but that was only a minor inconvenience.

Very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak English and Dutch. The rooms are clean and nice. Only downside, the shower rooms are small and poorly thought out.

Excellent central location. Close to town and just a short walk from the station. Rooms were clean and tidy. Simple in design but all you would need for a short stay. Service was good and the reception/bar area was comfortable. Breakfast had excellent choice and being and to make your own fresh boiled eggs and waffles was really nice.

Very central, just a few minutes from Antwerp Centraal train station and the shopping streets. Nevertheless a very quiet location.
The house/rooms are simple but clean and tidy (ibis standard). Very friendly and helpful staff.
Price performance is definitely right. I look forward to my next visit.

The hotel is quite ok if you want to stay only 1-2 days. The location is really good. The price for one night was fine.
A large car park is right next door. The rooms are very small and especially noisy. The staff are friendly. The breakfast we found was quite expensive for the offer.

Nice, clean rooms. Modern lobby with friendly staff. Rooms very small, especially the bathroom. However, the location is excellent. 2 minute walk from the shopping strip and around 15 from all the Christmas markets which are fantastic. Will come again if passing through. For what you pay (£60), it's worth it purely based on the location. Cheers Ibis Antwerp!

Good location, cheap on the other hand, the rooms are very small. Unfortunately also time seems to have stopped in the years 90… And the décor would need a little expense.

If there is something I like about the Ibis hotels they are your beds as one rests very well. The size of the rooms is small but for one or two nights it is OK. What if it was very small on this occasion was the restroom but I repeat for a couple of nights it's not a big deal.

Very good location. Size of the small room. Good breakfast. Regular Wifi. You could improve on putting a USB connector as if I found it in Ibis de Horbourg in France.

Hotel in the city center and very well received. Very helpful staff. Perfect breakfast, the best I could do in all the ibis where I stayed. The reception and the breakfast room are very good. On the other hand, not very large room, in mine the air conditioning was very noisy and as soon as the upper floors were shooting the flush I could know what they had eaten the old nothing but the noise of the flushes… No parking. You have to use that of the public next door and cross your fingers so that it is free…

I don't even know where to start. First, I know that we had booked a "budget" hotel in order to stay at the same spot as some friends of ours. Here is my first, and last experience with your line of hotels in point form: — Hallways smell extremely dirty — Air conditioner/exchange not working. Ended up having to open a window with no screen, and wake up FULL of bug bites. — No face clothes in the hotel — Hair dryer not working properly — Terrible cleaning service, bed not made at all on one day — Water went from freezing cold to scolding hot in the shower, and changed back and forth the entire time — soap dispensers empty in main floor bathrooms (for 4 days). This hotel is just so disappointing.

Excellent location and attention and not the first time we stayed.

I am a regular at the hotel and am generally very satisfied. I had booked 2 rooms for the weekend and the numbers 330 and 332 were assigned to me. These rooms are located under a ventilation room emitting a very unpleasant continuous noise. It ruined our stay.
The rest is perfect: reception, bar, breakfast, …

Amazing hotel snd so close to the centre of Antwerp. The girl on reception when we checked in was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, however, tea making facilities would have been nice in the room. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Antwerp.

The hotel is clean and well located, the rooms have an acceptable size. Unfortunately, they are quite noisy. The breakfast is good. I was disappointed, however, that neither a toilet brush nor a doormat was present in the bathroom. I don't think I've seen anything like this in any hotel.

Very clean friendly hotel with good food services. Located near historical center of the city. Down side it was very noisy when we were there with a Farmers Market opening at 3:00 am for set up then a concert the following night that did not end until 3:00 am.

Hotel is directly in the City Close to Bars and another Shops. The Rooms are small but it's okay if you stay 2-3 days. Breakfast is nice and you can take a Diner in the Evening. The Beds are comfortable. For me personally the shower is to small.

Room too small, lots of mosquitoes. Wifi speed Nullissime.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and overall I am satisfied. The only flaws in this hotel are: the very reduced dimensions of the bathroom (but acceptable), and especially at night, full of mosquitoes in the room despite the fact that there has been an abnormally high temperature came from the pipes in the air. Surely this is a problem to solve!. For the rest of the staff very polite and friendly throughout the stay and very close to the city centre (10 minutes walk) and in a quiet area. I again thank the staff for the free-transport with mini van VW towards the Tomorrowland festival. I would recommend it to other people! Recommended.

I chose this hotel because of its location. Very close to the center and with good facilities. I knew the room was a bit small but for a single night it didn't really matter. What surprised me was the quality of the breakfast. It felt like I was having breakfast at a 4* hotel, not a 3* one. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it's what I have come to expect from an Accor hotel. Thank you for making my stay great.

Clean Rooms. The bathroom is a bit small and therefore has little storage space. The rest of the room is decorated in a pragmatic way. The Breakfast is quite expensive but extensively, so that's okay. Particularly positive is the location. One is quickly in the city center and you can reach the Hotel by car. Unfortunately the Hotel has no Parking. But German TV.

Modest hotel with smaller rooms but bed was comfortable and aircon was great. Tiny shower in a tiny bathroom but very clean. Breakfast was fantastic (it was included in our room rate) Great value for money for money! The only thing to be aware of is that there is no safe box in the room. Located right next to the shopping street and very close to a large shopping mall with department store and supermarket. Hotel personal was very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again:) ) ) )

Checkin was so friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and very clean — excellent breakfast, great hot and cold choices. Rooms small but adequate and has air conditioning, bathroom is again rather small. Great location and public underground parking just opposite.

Positive : the front Desk people were friendly and helpful. Every day was made clean. The Check in and check out went smoothly. Free Wi-Fi (slow) Option to faster Wi-Fi. Negative : The walls are really thin. I had to complain once because of disturbance of the peace at the reception. Below me someone had the music a little louder, you could hear pretty well although it was a floor over the top. Also, the door to the room is not so Soundproof. If someone ran past the room, heard the steps. The bathroom door has no seal, which slammed every time you close. Once you dry with a new towel for the hands. No toilet brush in the bathroom. The Hotel has no own Parking. You have to in the Parking houses in the vicinity Parking (18 €/day)

Room full of mosquitoes, on the question of whether I could change the room the answer was that the Problem was in all the rooms and also be booked (aha, has probably no Breakfast booked). Toilets are super small, water pressure in shower very low. Breakfast was delicious, location is very Central.

Very good welcome from the staff. Establishment is ideally placed. Strong catering offer in the environment. Great ease of parking. Rooms comfortable. Good bedding, BUT bathroom too narrow.

It's a regular ibis hotel, in a really nice spot! The bathrooms was too small.

Ibis Antwerp had cancelled the rooms without notice, we had landed in Brussels airport, driven to Antwerp and arrived at 22:00 at night being hungry and tired just to be told they had cancelled the booking and had no further vacancies — The tall skinny guy in the desk was rude and didnt seem to care the least — They told us they'd tried to contact us but we had no missed calls, no mails, no voice messages — Avoid at all cost if you want to be sure you have a place to stay … At the next conferences it's def. Not going to be Ibis… As a side note we found a very charming motel 20 minutes out which was nice enough to keep the kitchen open and give us a meal in the middle of the night when we arrived. Last year we did stay at ibis, the rooms was small, clean, nothing special but good lobby/bar — But the service it seems is just utterly horrible and the staff deeply incompetent…

This is a really good Ibis. The rooms are very small but have all you need. The location is perfect for exploring Antwerp. The breakfast (surcharge) is really really worth the money. Friendly staff as well. And, the hotel and the room were very clean.

Don't go to this Hotel! I booked a room at this hotel and paid by creditcard. They emailed me that my cc info was not correct and I paid again. I called the hotel and a lady told me that I paid and that I could check in every hour the day. The room would not be given away as I paid she told me again. I came around 12 in the night and wanted to check in, The Chinese loby man told me that my room was canceld due wrong cc information. I explained him what happend and that the lady manager told me on the phone it was all correct now and that I paid. He told me it was canceld and that he could not help me and walked away leaviong me alone. I booke dthis room trough booking, com and I called them myself asking them to help me. They called the chinese man and again nothing coudl be done and I was left alone. He didnt even help me finding a room somewhere else and I just went on teh street to find another room. That night all hotels were filled so I had to walk over the streets waiting central station to open. There I slept on the ground as a bumm waiting for the first train. Don't go to this hotel and find a hotel where they don't lie and help you when THEY made a mistake! On Monday I called them and the only thing they gave me is a poor sorry and that they cnat do anything as they just followed the rules.

The room is too small, bathroom even smaller, no slippers, toothpaste, no hot water. No free at the front desk, breakfast, prices cheaper, wireless free of charge. Antwerp itself is relatively small, the hotel can also, 15 minutes to the train station or City Hall …

Perfect hotel for a night or two Max to stay. Rooms (incl. Bathroom) are small, but if you, that are in the center you must not be in your hotel room. Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Luggage present to it remains virtually unchanged, but if your check out wanting more time in Antwerp and want to carry your luggage does not.

Great lobby, very sad rooms areas (corridors, room itself). Standard quality, clan and useful.

Not very central but Super. It is not expensive, and the room is as one expects in an Ibis.

Convenient location, close to the station and the historic centre. The room was little more than a conventional ibisah, only the bathroom very small. Overall enjoyed it.
