In this ramadan time, I have tried their Turkish platter takeaway which was very fresh and delicious. It was a takeaway order. They had packed their food in a very organised way. The portion of the food was more than enough for 1 person.

Very poor… in fact worst customer service.
Actually I had wonderful experience with lakeshore Gulshan.
So following that, we planned a family g2g at Banani branch.
It was worst than anything…
I could complain them instantly.
But I am posting my review here, so that the concern Management can notice my review (i mean if there is really any follow up things. ) & take necessary steps to improve their service.

Usually I never leave any recommendations to any page. But for this time I felt from core of my heart to appreciate for their great service & behaviour specially the Manager/incharge of restaurant. And also thanks a bunch for your cappuccino and the surprise which I never expect from you!

We visited in Lakeshore Banani today for enjoying coffee ☕. They made wonderful coffee ☕ which was really great in taste and the staffs are really fantastic. They made my day amazing.

Loved the food at Sehri, nice ambience and excellent service.

Had a get together at this place and was pleased with their quality service. The food items tastes good. Though the place is small, it was not over crowded.

New property and well maintained. Clean rooms, good food and cordial staff. The Glass partition for bathing area looks amazing.

Their food was tasty and delicious with reasonable price. They have buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. Also you can book a hotel room for the night stay. Good place with good ambience. Easy and convenient location with good stuff service and Behavior. But they do not have car parking so you need to park your car outside of the premises. They do not have any swimming pool but they have own gym.

Today I attend buffet dinner here. The buffet dinner time was 6:30 to 10:00. Though the item of food is little bit smaller compare with others but all of the items are extremely good. And the behavior of the members are so good, they are extremely polite, well behaved and helpful for every purpose. I really recommend this place who haven't complain about small count of item, who really wants to taste good food! :)

Staffs are professional and well behaved. Foods are hygienic and reasonable. They do not have any proper parking facility. Need to park your car outside of the premises.

I availed the Buy 1 Get 1 Ifter dinner buffet yesterday & I must say more or less all the items (main course, salad, fruits, dessert) were mouth watery delicious. The ambience, staff behaviour and service are heart melting. For food quality, Lakeshore Banani has been always my favourite. Keep the quality constant guys. Best wishes.

It was an excellent time. We went for buffet breakfast. Though the breakfast time was from 8:30 to 11:30am but we got special honor even after reaching there at 11:40am. They closed their breakfast buffet at 12:30pm. The behaviour of the staff was really satisfactory. You guys are awesome. Definitely going there again.

They have well furnished rooms with good room service. Their restaurants also have tasty food. They serve one of the finest buffets in the town including breakfast and dinner. Very cozy rooms, comfy beds, clean, tidy, helpful staff and delicious food.

Very nice place, large and well equipped room. Perfect cleaning. Safe and calm position. Efficient shuttle from and to the airport just half an hour far away. Hotel driver available. Self service required and "a la cart" menu with a western and local food. Very good breakfast menu. Very efficient and kind staff.

This is a good hotel in Dhaka Bangladesh. People from different countries come here to stay. Mostly the business people used to stay here since commuting from this place to other commercial place is relatively convenient and less time consuming. The place is bit on higher expensive side. Overall the place is good.

湖岸巴納尼飯店雖不是最貴的酒店, 但卻是Tripadvisor第一名. 此次入住, 覺的名副其實. 飯店不大, 但乾靜整潔, 房間很大, 浴室有透明玻璃, 可以泡澡看電試. 且使用TOTO衛浴設備, 高檔乾靜. 飯店請了很多保全也有配槍, 所以不用擔心全, 且自行叫車都會幫忙溝通, 感受很好. 未來也會再考慮入住.

Had the breakfast buffet @599 tk all inclusive. Food was great, the soup was a bit disappointing but other items were amazing. Service is high class.

Definitely a nice place for breakfast. Price is undoubtedly reasonable. A good place for weekend breakfast with fnf. But the space is congested.

I just liked the environment, ambience, facilities & most of all food quality.
The security of the hotel arranged our car to be parked conveniently. Security service was well behaved. Food quality was pretty much fine. Staffs were well behaved & helpful.
Most importantly there were no unnecessary items in the breakfast buffet. Items numbers were hardly (20 — 25), but most of them are tasty.
The price is very reasonable.
One thing I've noticed is the guests' arrangements were very few. Hardly 30 people can accommodate in the dining.

It's at happening place. It's a good hotel. Let me tell you honestly. I have travelled lot but the staff here is very polite and courteous. It'S located in a happening place The only disadvantage is for vegetarians as they have very few options in veg.

Lake Shore maintains a professional behavour with every single custom by treating them equally. The stuffs are very well mannered and all of them have moderate skill in spoken English as they have foreigner customers as well as local customers. Interior Decoration is very modern and worth praising. Entire Hotel is very neat and clean, including the washroom with latest technology for better service. This hotel maintains very strict security policy. They have a luggage xray machine installed at the entrance for providing security to all the visitors. Food is also great and healthy. They serve fresh foods which are a bit upscale.

Nice and clean place… They have many collection for their breakfast buffet menu which is pretty affordable but not all of them are equally tasty. Their service and stuffs are really friendly and cooperative. So overall I rate them 4 :)

I'm totally gutted to book the restaurant for friends get together. When I booked the restaurant, Mr Hasan said there would be live kitchen and different types of drinks including mocktail would be available for the guests. In reality everything he said turned out to be false! There was no live kitchen, only coke and sprite were available. There was only water bottle provided on the dining table and they expected all guests to drink from the bottle and no glasses were there until we asked for it. We felt stupid when we asked for mocktail and they completely denied that they ever mentioned about it. The food taste was horrible! The fish cake had strong smell of raw ginger and garlic, the soup was salty, the rice had smell of some sort of butter. Nothing was nice to eat except for the bread and butter. I found my guests having breads rather than other foods. There were only 2 staffs working in the restaurant who were struggling to serve all guests at a busy friday night shift. They didn't seem very welcoming. When I reserved they said I would need to pay half price for the children but they charged full for even a 5 year old child! I didn't bother to argue about this to them as I was totally p***ed off. If this is the service in the restaurant, I can imagine what would be the situation in the hotel rooms. I would never go back to this terrible restaurant and would not recommend this to anyone.

Amazing ambience, great place and good food. They keep on alternating a few of the buffet items so might not find exactly everything you can see in the pictures if you visit there sometime soon. For the kind of place and the items, it's actually more than worth it. Btw, there were more items but couldn't take pictures of all of them.

The best quality of food and service as well. Rooms are well decorated, very clean. Amenities are also standard of a 5star hotel. It can easily beat all well known five star hotels in bangladesh.

Had a good buffet experience all inclusive at 695 taka. The service and staffs are well trained.

An exquisite gem of a boutique hotel. The staff and services can give Four Seasons a run for their money. My every request was met with "Of course sir" and a smile. Their food is out of this world. Cannot believe their breakfast is free — a staff of five, including an Egg Specialist, serves less than six guests at any typical morning. The food is relatively inexpensive compared to the United States and made fresh to order. My wife and son just loved the stay and want to go back in the future. It is incredible how far Bangladesh has come. Thanks to Raihan and the front desk staff, the chauffeurs, and the guards for their relentless attention to every minute detail. We never felt away from home.
