Had dinner with friend & colleagues. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. We highly recommend it. Service was awesome and specially OLIVA was very accommodating. Will be back definitely. Thanks again for all your hard work and consideration.

I had an event on 12th Dec in platinum suites banquet hall. First of all I would like to thank The Chef for the wonderful Food, its was really good and also Im grateful to Nusrat for her great support. Thank you so much Platinum team for the hospitality.

Went to Platinum grand's bar today and had a very mean approach from their staff. As me and my friend, both of us were female's we were not allowed to go to their bar and when we ask them if it's their policy or not, they give us the reason saying about Social Norms, though they don't have any policies only two females alone cannot enter into the bar. And what surprises most they compare themselves with other 4 star hotels and they are not eligible to handle female guests security and give lame reasons to prohibit females without any male counterpart, to their bar. From me this hotel will receive a review 1 out of 5 because of their unprofessional staff.

Not at all fond of this hotel with its sub standard services, lack of a proper parking space and general hygiene and upkeep. Would recommend a newer hotel that they have made just beside the older one in Banani. It should have better service which is generally inherent to new-comers in the hospitality field.

The only (decent) place in Gulshan / Banani area (except the Westins' & the Amaaris' off course! ) that stays open all night. Food quality is ok, the portion size is ok as well. Price is affordable. I gave 5 stars just cuz of the fact that it is open all night!

Stayed here while on business. Location is excellent, very close to the airport, highway and business complexes in the city. They have a fairly expensive cab service, but you get what you pay for: pick and drop anytime, anyplace in a sedan. Great food, you won't need to go anywhere else in the city. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety to select from. Gym, spa and open air pool on the rooftop (14th floor) is well maintained and has all the necessary facilities. The rooms are well maintained and well designed aesthetically and functionally. The staff is excellent: helpful, pleasant, always there when you need and prompt to serve. You can be sure to get what they promise on the brochure!

Good 3 star category hotel with really good food and accommodation facility. The hotel is not so big bit knit and tidy.

Needs a good look at the breakfast arrangements. Its very depressing the moment you step for breakfast as it's the same food every day.

Good property as said by our corporate guests. Good for people traveling for business. Location is great but may have to face little traffic during office hours. Good rates offers airport pickup and drop.

A great place to live… The ambience gives a feeling of at home for each and every guests. Ever smiling and helpful staff is the encouraging factor for continued visit to Platinum Grand while in Dhaka. It's nearness to the airport makes it preferred choice for travellers.

Food is good, service is good and people serving their is also very good. I was there for our office IFTAR party. A good place for small party, family dining where as you can also visit the place with couple. Interior set up is good for small function. The location is very good as it situated in the  road no-11 of Banani.

It would be a total waste of money. I regret heavily spending money there. Very few items. Don’t ask about buffet dinner. There were only beef and prawn, nothing else (not even vegetables). Totally disgusting.

The Chinese restaurant here is awesome. I have been missing Chinese food for a while now, this place has awesome food. It made me home sick and it was all fresh. I was not too happy with the service because it was slow and there was very poor attention. The food however was amazing. I am bringing my sister when she comes to visit.

The place is well located in Banani. It has nice structure. The Bistro at the ground floor has some tasty food and seems that its open 24/7. The rooftop also holds a restaurant and has nice views. There is room for improvements. Some of the items are over priced for sure.

The infrastructure and facilities are not bad. But based on my experience I found the service to be on a below average rating. Has a lot of opportunities to improve themselves. Food is tasty and has a good variety in taste. Rooms are quite overpriced. But it is situated in a very convenient location near the Banani area.

This place is really fantastic I come here usually for food not to stay as it is really expensive… So there food is really good and I likd it, I really do. They have a very fantastic menue You should try their food. Specially shawrma, burger, brownie.

Suites are nice. The cafe is open all night and easily accessible to all and sundry. Warm and cozy. There's a decent rooftop experience as well, should you be interested.

One of the very few restaurants in Dhaka that are open throughout the night. Food quality is also top notch.

Its a hotel with multi cuisine restaurant and coffee bar. The coffee shop in the ground floor stays open 24 hours. They have about 24 rooms. The restaurant offers buffet and mainly Chinese food. There food is not that good. I went for buffet dinner once. The food was not tasty. I don't think they have any star rating.

I have found this place good for making meetings or little conferences with 50 to 60 people comfortably in the banquet hall. Food, services, catering are good. Security is also good. But the Parking is very small. Sometimes I had to park my bike outside of the parking lot. This place offers Bar-B-Q, music and other recreational options along with regular accommodations.

It's a hotel to stay but also a place to enjoy a square meal.

Everything good except their rooftop restaurant's food specially chicken curry.

Only a few places in this locality remain open whole night and this place is one of them. You can pay a visit here in time when you are craving for a cheesecake or coffee or smoked sandwich in the middle of the night.

Renowned Residential Hotel for Visitors. They have a Cafe, and it's very good. Overall service is very good.

According to price they should provide more items for dinner buffet. They should maintain food supply during dinner period. Last time I did request to refill food container, but they didn't.

Ths hotel has small and has chic rooms good for a night or two. But can get claustrophobic beyond that. Limited amenities and recommended for value concious buyer. And not comfortable seekers.

Went there in an invitation… It's a good place for occasions, food is 8.5/10; place 9/10. Overall it's nice.

Went there to have the ifter-dinner buffet. Food was average. Stuffs behaviour was fine. Overall not too bad.

Food teste, presentation, quality was good although no of item was few. Could be added some more items as they are offering buffet. Emplyee behaviour was outstanding. Highly recommended.

My go-to Hotel in Dhaka. Great location and excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel and it is small. The rooms are more than adequate and the restaurant could use some improvements for long term guests who need more variety. But I will stay there again, when needed.

Platinum Suits has a cozy and warm atmosphere. Well decorated and has a restaurant at the terrace where you can have Bar-B-Q if the weather is fine. They also have a restaurant at the ground floor open 24/7. Platinum suits offer breakfast with a huge quantity of quality food.

A good place to hang around specially at late night time. The ground floor cafe is open 24 hrs.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I had lunch there with me future wife. We ordered Soup, Chicken Lollipop, Chicken Cashewnut Salad, Mixed Thai Fried Rice and, Beef (Achari/Dopiaza). I would say one of the best place to have lunch around the area. Good food, great price $$ and most importantly the staffs were upbeat, attentive, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place for food.

One of my worst experiences ever. We were told that they have package… we asked about the package and they said they will inform us later. When we arrived we found out that that we dont like it. So we asked them to change it. They forced us to eat and they can do nothing about it. Mr Shakhawat (asstn manager) didnt even inform us anything about it and when we asked the restaurant manager mr. Alomgir said sorry we cannot do anything. How on earth a manager can say such a thing with his guest? So we just got out without eating and we still paid for it. The restaurant managers took the money without even taking any initiative to satisfy the guests.

Not a good idea to dine at the rooftop restaurant "Platinum Terrace". Took almost 40-45 mins to serve naan and shikh kebab. Very slow service. The naan was fine but the shikh kebab tasted like sausage — rubbery and tasteless. The rooftop view and the overall atmosphere is nice though.

Just had Ifter here today but not recomendable. The buffet ifter they offer not good at all.
