Very helpful front office staff & so also the restaurant staff.

Sub par hotel. The hotel and its rooms had a damp smell all through. Facilities in the property are basic and just to tick the boxes, not really worth using. Breakfast is limited variety but decent. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, you must check the license of the drivers they provide for pick up and drop to the airport. I recently had a horrible time reaching the airport because my driver's license had expired. Many such drivers in Dhaka and in Bangladesh don't have valid or even a single license and registration done for vehicles. So kindly check this before you take cabs from the hotel!

Service good. Rates good. Food good (if you are Asian). But rooms are OK. Overall a budget place to stay. Gym is Ok. Pool is dirty always. So try to avoid.

The service and hospitality of this place is awesome. Should also try their restaurant too. Loved the food over there.

We've come today at the Swiss Garden to attend a day-long workshop organized by WorldFish Center. The meeting room is good and suitable for small group of people.

One of the best and secured hotel in Ghulsan Dhaka area. All the stuffs are fantastic. Everything is well organized. Interior design is fantastic. Overall best in this particular area.

3* hotel at the center of the city! Posh area. Superb hospitality and great food. Chauffeur service, gym, pool, and what not!

Decent area to be in. There are some nice restaurants around. The rooms were too dark even with all of the lights on. The room I stayed in smelled musty. The hotel restaurant had a nice variety but items were hit or miss. I recommend the burger and pizza but not so much the salads. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff members were very helpful.

Strategic location. But untidy and overpriced.

Service is so so. Food is terrible for an Oriental but possibly due to the trained palate. But then so called English and Italian cuisines are also lacking possibly due to the quality of the Chef.

Well furnished clean and hygiene rooms, good food in restaurant, Gym, Pool, location etc. Makes this Hotel worth staying.
