I am very happy with your service and food.

Had really bad experience with their customer service and commitment. They have some weird timing with their home service is very slow. For two back to back days, we were out of water (which they provide very little) and they refused us to give any more. Also, they wash and change the towels in the afternoon and since most of the people come back to the hotel at that time, they cant take a shower because of no towels. In the end, I would say them to improve and speed up their customer service because the customers who come here once might never return again in the future because of their lack of attention to details.

It has well behaviour environment and food was so tasty. Stuff service was so good …

Beautiful place with very polite behave stuff. And all kindsof food was awesome. I tried seafood pizza and linguine. The taste of the food was mind blowing overall it was a good experience.

Grand oriantal Hotel it's a Very good and very reputed hotel in gulsan 1 area. Staff are very amicable in that organisations they can provide excellent service and they can create warm hospitality environment.

It's a good place to stay but food was not well enough. This place has luxurious rooms and great hospitality. Come hare and book a room to stay. Being a well placed at Gulshan u may enjoy different restaurants foods near located with this hotel!

Too good service by employee. Its General manager Mr. Asif is a good man. He always directly take care all of service work.

Nice place & value for money.

The place was good. Staff's behaviour wasn't up to the mark. Byt they provide good quality service with minimum cost. If you searching for a hotel for few months or a year then it's the perfect place for you. Already they have some guests like that. :P On the other hand they have two training venue with all multimedia systems.

It's a good place to stay. If you come hare then you can book a room to stay at night. This place has luxurious rooms and great hospitality. Come hare and book a room to stay.

A good hotel for small business or official meeting. They have a good banquet hall on the top floor which is asolated from the other gatherings of the hotel. They food is also good. Lunch buffet is available. The waiters and the other people of the hotel are really nice and well behaved. The place is just behind Robi LTD office. The building is a small one, only one problem is the lift and the rooftop. None of these are well maintained and so it doesn't look good.

Firstly, I already arranged my daughters Birthday Party in 16 th feb. In one word to describe is amazing. Food and service both are great and every of my guest loved it so much. The place is also convenient so easy to find and the decoration is stunning. Staffs are friendly.

Can get buffet at reasonable price, but taste is not so good.

Stuffs are professional and well mannered. Good place for staying, relatively less costly. Food taste is average and quality is better. Parking is available.

Nice place to stay for business as well as for leisure trip. Good staff, they are very polite and supportive. Also have good in house multi cuisine restaurant with really wide range of varieties.

Good food. We often go there to celebrate promotion etc.

Please avoid this hotel. Their restaurant is worst!. We went for buffet iftar. But before iftar there food was finished and they didn't refill it. They took full payment. They don't have any regrets for this.

Poor ambience food is average and staffs has no clue about customer service … ac was not even working …

A very good 3star hotel with well furnished room and other facilities. They also have restaurant and banquet hall with good Wi-Fi connectivity, projection facilities and all.

Very nice and comfortable place. All the enjoyable facilities are here. Rooftop is nice. Foods are yummy.

We arranged a birthday party for my baby. The food, service and cooperation was excellent. The place is also nice to have a party. But at the end of the party they made us disappointed when we had to pay the bill. We promised to pay them for 110 guests. But they said to us the total guests were 130. But even we did not invite 130 guests. But we paid for 110 after 45 mints of long discussion. Pls be careful regarding this issue. Otherwise overall performance was great.

Very much professional well mannered staffs. Very good Thai food. Banquet hall has a pillar in the middle of the room so not feasible to organize training in classroom/round table format.

The best place in Mohakhali to have vorta vaji vaat items. Fish items are not so great. Biriyani is okay there.
