Everything was amazing! The location, the rooms, the service and the cleanliness were perfect! Isaac was more than helpful and pretty welcoming! He managed to greet us exactly when we arrived by taxi. If we visit Vienna again we will definitely visit this apartment again.

Wow here is a secret gem in Vienna! Don't want to be known by too many people 😂.
They even provide crispy croissant and pain au chocolat in the morning, from different bakeries! Yummy and fresh! Starts my day with full of happiness 🥐!
The location is the top! In the center of the center, you could save plenty of time on the way to your destination. Around by almost all the delicious foods, snacks, shops, luxury shops…
Service is efficient and reliable.
Room is clean, all white interior decorations make the room modern and efficient.
Really love it, I'll stay here again for my next visit!

I had the great pleasure of staying 6 nights at rooms by Wolfensson with my entire family. We’ve booked 5 rooms for 12 people and had absolutely zero complains. Which is very rare since we are kind of a spoiled group. The sort of spoiled that requires to stay right at the center of the city but in totally quiet rooms on the quietest street. And we must wake up every morning in a most beautifully designed rooms down to the smallest detail. The sort of room that feels like home because you have there anything you could wish for. A great coffee, delicious croissant, wonderful wine, comfortable beds and pillows, all the bathroom accessories you need and high quality ones. And of course the fantastic service by Isaak and Alexander. So if you’re spoiled like us I highly recommend staying at rooms by Wolfensson next time you’re in Vienna.

The rooms were incredibly clean, the staff were all so lovely and helpful and the location is as central as it gets! The team gave us fresh croissants from a popular bakery daily which was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Vienna and I would definitely come back.

This is high quality accommodation in the centre of Vienna. The position could not be better, being close to many attractions and good restaurants, but being in a side street meant for quiet nights. We were met on arrival by Isaak, who could not have been more helpful. From suggesting and booking restaurants, to advising on things to do, his help was invaluable.

A very clean and comfortable modern apartment! The host was very welcoming, luggage storage was convenient, and communication was smooth. The location is absolutely perfect — with plenty of restaurants downstairs, just a few steps from the Sisi Museum, Hofburg Palace, and the Austrian National Library, making it easy to get anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay here. In addition, the breakfast was bread, which was quite special!

An immaculate experience. There is so much intention behind every choice. The fabrics, fittings, amenities and so many gorgeous small touches (those morning pastries! ). The team are warm and welcoming and the location is central, quiet and perfect. One of my favourite recent stays anywhere.

Exception apartment, service and location. They will respond to you in seconds and will accommodate with any request. Apartments are beautiful and location is top. Best in Vienna by far — highly recommend!

Wasn’t what I expected but excellent nonetheless. It’s two floors of rooms in a mixed use property with no views and quite dark. None of this mattered — spacious, well fitted kitchenette, very comfortable bed, a perfect temperature control and in the heart of the city. When you are out all day, it’s little oasis.

Excellent quiet room in centre of old district within walking distance of major sights. Comfortable double bed, nice kitchen space with complimentary milk in fridge and good white wine. Every morning, a complimentary bag of fresh croissants was placed outside our door. The bathroom was excellent. The owners will greet you with a warm welcome and are very attentive. I asked for some decaffeinated coffee pods and they arrived within five minutes.

Excellent small boutique hotel in the very center of Vienna. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a two bedroom loft, beautiful furniture and details, everything top notch. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful but still very close to all the main attractions. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary coffee and fresh fluffy croissants. It’s clear that the host really cares about providing a great experience. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable getaway. We will definitely be back!

I cannot recommend rooms by Wolfensson highly enough. The accommodation is exceptionally well appointed, the rooms are very large and supremely clean. They are located in just about the best part of Vienna and are a moments walk to most of the big sights. The staff are also fantastic, they cannot do enough to help! All in all, a much more pleasant experience than a traditional hotel.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in recent years! We were there from January 10th to 13th. Isaac, the lovely host, greeted us and always made sure to ask if everything was okay. The room was absolutly equipped with the highest quality. Starting from floor heating, a speaker for music, kitchen, a comfortable bed, spacious room, location and everything was just amazing. Thank you so much for a perfect experience in Vienna, and of course, I will recommend you to everyone!

Everything about our stay was great. From the clear instructions on how to find the property, to the welcoming greeting to being shown around our stylish room! The rooms are in a perfect location to see all the great sights Vienna has to offer. Our room was clean, well designed and stylish. All the little touches made it even more enjoyable, from wine on our arrival, to the warm pastries each morning and a bottle of Prosecco for New Year's Eve. Everyone was very friendly and attentive always happy to help with any questions or requests, more than happy to provide extra towels and coffee, or offer recommendations so many properties now a days fall short on these details, but they didn't. Having stayed in many different properties around the world they really have created a great place to stay that we couldn't fault at all. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
