The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet, though no one from the staff acknowledged us both times we came to eat, which was a bit odd.

Room was very light and spacious but very minimalistic. Basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning! Great location a couple of trams out of the main town.

Beautiful hotel with really warm and friendly staff. The breakfasts and evening meals were fantastic, and felt very much at home here.

This hotel is a bit out of the city center, and still very convenient located to the city center and public transport. You can even walk to the city center in half an hour.

Although the hotel is located on a very busy pedestrian street, it turns out to be surprisingly quiet.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the majority of the museums in Vienna also ideal for the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna.

Location. If you are here to tour Vienna Altstadt, this is a very covienent location. Minutes to most anything by walking in the museum quarter and right on the Underground line.

Perfectly located in Vienna, near metro and tram lines and important marks like Parliament, Volktheater and Rathaus (about 10min of walk)

We had a great stay at InterCity Hotel Wien. Centrally located on a quiet area of town with a grocery store with various goodies at your disposal.

Super clean, good accommodations, the place is quite nice and the location is okay.
The problem is that everything looks much more like an Airbnb; there are no staff to assist you.

Wonderful facility in convenient location. We booked an apartment for four days in Vienna and it was perfect. Doing some laundry was really helpful and not having to worry about the car was a relief.

It is amazing for the price. I was really scared because it is pretty budget friendly. However it is really clean and tiny. Just a bit far from city. Also if you expect extra services reconsider.
