Absolutely amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. Kristina at reception/bar was so lovely and helpful.

Great location. 15 minute walk to main tourist attractions. Set on a busy shopping street but the hotel is not affected by the noise.

Beautiful hotel with really warm and friendly staff. The breakfasts and evening meals were fantastic, and felt very much at home here.

This hotel is in a great location to visit the majority of the museums in Vienna also ideal for the biggest Christmas Market in Vienna.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel. The staff was super accommodating and tended to my needs quickly and attentively. They treated us so well that we popped back in again near the end of our trip.

I am thankful for the luck I had to catch the last available room in Hotel Kugel for 5 nights in December 2025.

We had the best experience in this hotel. The location is perfect, the city center is around 15-20min by foot. Everything is so near. The atmosphere is amazing, the style of the hotel is unique.

Overall, our stay was very good.

We stopped here for a pre-Christmas break and the family room was a great size, containing a fridge, kitchen sink and microwave.

As I live in Vienna, I have never stayed at the hotel, but I have been in their restaurant several times for drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet, though no one from the staff acknowledged us both times we came to eat, which was a bit odd.

Room was very light and spacious but very minimalistic. Basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning! Great location a couple of trams out of the main town.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. You get your key directly from a distributor machine in the entrance, making the check in quite autonomous.

Perfect location at the heart of the Museum Quartier. Most of the attraction are within walking distance. We had a small issue but the stuff immediately solved it offering us a great service.

We booked the room at the last minute and were very satisfied considering the price. The room was clean and spacious. There was a fan working in the bathroom, which prevented it from getting stuffy.

Best hostel experience so far — super clean, tidy, quiet and spacious. The place oozes charm and period features, loved the timber panel beds and shoes off policy.

The Ruby Marie Hotel is in a very good location. I believe it used to be a department store and has an unusual ring shape to the building.

Super clean, good accommodations, the place is quite nice and the location is okay.
The problem is that everything looks much more like an Airbnb; there are no staff to assist you.

Wonderful facility in convenient location. We booked an apartment for four days in Vienna and it was perfect. Doing some laundry was really helpful and not having to worry about the car was a relief.

Nice home in Vienna. The apartment is clean. Has soap, shampoo. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
Has ac though we did use it as it was about 15 degrees.
