The Parkview Residence is a good choice for a long stay in Vienna. We stayed for 4 nights in room 2/30, a 1 bedroom self contained apartment overlooking the Stadtpark.

My wife and I stayed four nights at Parkview Boutique Apartments on our trip to Vienna this past summer.

Perfect stay. Home away from home. 5 mins walk to the airport bus stop and 10 mins walk to St Stephan. Plenty of nice restaurants (Lola — Spanish highly recommended) and bars around the hotel.

This is an apartment hotel in the heart of Vienna. Walking distance to most things. It has everything you need in an apartment.

The place is clean and modern, but the windows offer no view — just walls and pipes.

Suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples who want to chat over a glass of wine in the lounge. Clean, great beds, new bathrooms. Close to Karlsplatz.

We loved our stay here! It was very close to the city centre and the beds were comfortable, and not too hot with the fan.

Staff are super friendly. Rooms need AC was very hot. Other than that all sweet!

We spent three days in the apartment (loft) right in the city centre and the experience was excellent. It had heating and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

Martin was super accommodating, and you cannot BEAT the location. We loved it — perfect place for two couples or a small family.

Excellent location, just a few minutes to Stephansplatz. Very nice apartment, clean, spacious, with all facilities. The host is very kind, ready to help and respect all the guest's requests.

Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Communication was perfect from the time we booked in April to our stay in July.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was just like the photos — clean, bright, and with a nice view. It’s in a quiet area close to the tram and metro, great if you don’t have a car.

I loved my stay at Numa in Milan — the interior was stylish and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the Vienna location didn’t live up to that standard.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, very comfortable, very close to public transportation and local grocery stores and restaurants. Soooo much better than any hotel. Highly recommend!

Good location, nice staff and they give a lot of flexibility to store your luggage safely. The showers were not that great and the furniture should be probably replaced because it's very basic.

Nice rooms with bathroom. Fully equipped and functional. Vending machine is in hallway so you have a drinks and noodles in front of apartment.

Everything about this place is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect in every way. We had two balconies and split level which was ideal with the kids and the team could not have been lovelier.

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

We Had a great three nights at Eddies design apartment. The appartment itself IS great blend between old Austrian architecture and modern interior design. You really feel Like Viennian staying there.

Such a pleasant and nice apartment, fully equipped, with beautiful and new modern furniture. It's near to everything a tourist can need. Bernd, the host, it's a very kind and available person.

The appartement is very spacious and CLEAN! It is also very well located, the train and tramway stops are nearby (5min from the hotel). We especially enjoyed the heated floors in both bathrooms.

Our stay at Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments was wonderful! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and very comfortable — everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details.
