Bad experience. It's a bed and breakfast. In the room there were ants.

Very basic accomodation, but clean which is all you can really ask for at that price. One of the pillows was ultra thin, but nobody on reception in the evenings to ask to swap it… Not the end of the world though!

The position is great, but it was cold in the room and very cold in the bathroom.

It's location is great and super hospitality… high reccomend.

Simple, inexpensive and centrally located.

The hotel is nice. The central position is awesome!

Check-in is done in a building 100m ca. The location is near the center (10min walk), the parking is across the street (surcharge € 10 per day). The room, in this case a triple, has the internal rather poor, even if functional. The bathroom has no heating, sometimes hot water difficult to reach and the shower to let it drain out. The windows face the inner courtyard and I can barely see the sky. The Wi-Fi is very bad. I think that € 70/80 per day for this triple in the festival periods is the maximum allowed.

Great place to stay and great value, staff were very helpful, room was extremely comfortable and clean, amenities were in top condition. The receptionist took great care to explain the tourist map, mark places of interest and provide us with information about the public transport. The hotel is a short walk from the beautiful Votive Church and the Sigmund Freud Museum. The historical centre is also within walking distance. Trams and underground nearby. We had a very nice time at Pension Liechtenstein❤️❤️❤️

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and satisfied. They were very helpful whenever we ask a question. It is located few metres away from city centre you can go by walk. Recomended.

The photos on the site do not match, they have 2 decent rooms, but otherwise it is rundown. We arrived in the evening and got a room that smelled of onion because it looked out at the back of a restaurant where there were also numerous trash cans. My friends and I were forced to pay and find another hotel.

Good location, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Room itself was mediocre though.

Just bad on arrival it has stunk after sweat in the room. Mold in the room, as well as blood and Orinflecken in bed.
And the staff was very rude and uncommunicative.
Never recommend it.

Serviceable place to stay the night. Had a room that looked straight out onto the main road and no air con so in the hot weather it got pretty warm not being able to open the windows. Great central location though.

Extremely good location right in the middle of the city and the price was very good. I stayed in a single room and it was clean. The bathroom seemed recently renovated and was in good condition. Room was small but that was expected and I only used it to sleep so the clean and comfortable bed was all that mattered. Slightly noisy as my room was facing a street and on the ground floor but with the window closed all the external noise was muted.

Location, location location. Very nice place downtown Vienna next to major tram, bus and subway stop. The pension brings you right into the atmosphere of Vienna living. Small but high rooms, windows, doors grand staircase. Very kind and helpful staff. Great for low-to-mid budget travel.

Horrible noise in my room from the heating pipes and the vending machine in the lobby. Never again.

Convenient to the center. Cleaning so and so. Staff friendly and helpful apart from the old man.

Helpful staff, good breakfast, great location. Drawback was that the room was poorly cleaned before our arrival!

Horrific. Staff were terribly unhelpful, hour delay for a room when I arrived, requested to keep bags safe in our locked room with a late check out and was subsequently argued with, aggressively, before this was agreed to. When I came back to get my belongings, I attempted to check out and was told an extra €40 had been charged to my card without my knowledge or approval and was then verbally abused and harassed off the property by the owner and her husband in front of their child.

Very friendly and professionally-run accommodation in the block from the open space Institute.

Normal hotel, if you want to stay for one night. It is not too much, I would even say — all very modestly.
Pros:
-the location of the hotel, you can easily walk to the city centre, Metro close by.
-in room
-not expensive compared to other hotels in the area
Cons:
-I distinctly heard a TV from a neighbouring room (well that neighbors caught not noisy), noise insulation very bad
-rooms are small, but it is not so critical if stop overnight.

It is rather an apartment than a hotel. There is no reception, breakfast room. There are tea and coffee making facilities. Is inexpensive, fairly clean, though certainly not standard. Free pretty fast Wi-Fi Internet access.
