Convenient because it's near to the Friedensbrücke U Bahn.

The room is luxurious, you can go easily from there to the city centre and the breakfast is really good. The only thing is that it has a really slow Wi-Fi so basically it's like it hasn't Wi-Fi.

Good hotel… but for a day I was without water in the room… some extra autoclave a 4 star should have it… Great breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Was sort of disappointed about the quality. Half of the floor lights were defect. 3 of 4 bathroom lights were defect, left shaving with only one site in light. No power plug at the bed drawer. No tea begs to make a tea with the available facilities. Overall poor appearance. Would not recommend to friends. I certainly will chose different next time.

A nice hotel, but a bit old fashion, though not rusty. Rooms huge. You could have some noise from the tram and traffic downstairs. The location is ok, not central but tram D reaches everywhere. Nothing to do in the immediate vicinity so you need tram anywhere basically. You have the Bills supermarket just across.

Not suitable for older people, for:
1/two different buildings together for the hotel, passengers carry luggage, only the main building has two small lifts to provide, and through another building, the same floor with 10 multi-stage staircase connected, absolutely not ideal.
2/part of the room door opened outward, through the corridor passengers should pay attention to the opening of the room caused by the substrate hit. 3/The room lighting is seriously inadequate, the elderly and poor eyesight passengers do not check in.

I felt comfortable here immediately, the reception at the reception was very cordial. The room is quite large and the bed very cozy. The décor is rather old-fashioned, suitable for the hotel. Breakfast is good standard with fresh egg dishes and fresh fruit salad. The staff is very friendly and attentive and takes care of everything. Always happy.

Very cosy and nice middle-size hotel in an old apartments building next to the Franz Josef Bahnhof (Railway Station).

Elegant Hotel, clean enough. Breakfast plentiful and tasty, rich of sweet and savoury food. Waiters friendly and cordial. Rooms are well-organised and more or less extensive. WI-FI network very slow.

Overall good but breakfast could be alot better, the big curtains can not be fully closed in the room which is annoying for anyone who likes to sleep in total darkness (you can always find a way of closing it) also the fixed things are really horribly done the maintanance team needs a wake up call as there is silicon all over the things (in my room) but pleasent stay.

We were very happy with the room and the food. Also, we were in the middle of the city so our destinations were well within walking distance.

Check-in is only from 3pm (from 11 there) and you have to deposit a security fee.

Stayed here for 5 days. Was a good European hotel (not to expect the asian quality level in European hotels of course). Good breakfast, a little bit old, excellent location, helpful and nice frontdesk team.

I was just at a seminar in the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel represents an old, traditional Austrian style that is very positively noticeable. Overall I would give the hotel 9 out of 10 points.

Good ratio Price quality a little bit old fashion ROOM (and meeting rooms). It indeed smells food in the stairs and on the first floor. The staff was very friendly. Take care the parking is very small.

A decent hotel but a little défraichi all the same. Good place to access the city center. The bus station is 30m.

Hotel is quite nice, in historical style. Rooms are relatively big, with carpets on the floor. Every room has minibar and boiling kettle for tea or coffee preparation. Hotel is cozy and silent. Internet connection is for free, even sometimes I got wellcome drink at bar. Hotel has also a gym, small one with few dumbbells, running belt and bicycle.

Outside the centre but conveniently served by public transport. Breakfast was good Rooms are fairly large and liveable. At the reception they speak English and can advise.

The shower was really weak, annoying, because there was almost no water. Breakfast was not bad, but also nothing special. Beds we're good and staff was kind.

Hello! Stay 04/12 to 06/12/2017. Very beautiful building. Ideal geographical location, well — served by public transport. Rates "soft"
Large room and huge bathroom. Super-friendly staff. The least : accuses the weight of years. Big black dot! My room was not made! Unacceptable. Other torture : the bedding will guarantee you a backache for at least a week. Buffet breakfast correct. I regretted the absence of croissants! In Vienna, the city that invented it! Conclusion more than mixed.

Well maintained and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the whole place felt very under staffed, with long book in times and large crowds at breakfast.

Luxury and good service for a very affordable price. The rooms are refined, the decor is beautiful. Only downside : despite the goodwill, the level of English at reception is surprisingly light for a hotel of this standing.

Location was great, the train stations are all in reach, you'll be able to get into the "Altstadt" pretty fast. Breakfast was good but nothing special, the rooms were OK. I did however expect a bit more for a four star hotel. Staff was pretty cool and polite. If the price stays like this, this hotel would be a great choice for everyone looking for a place to sleep well.

Cleanest hotel I've ever been to! Best concierges, go the extra mile to help you. Very fancy for a 4 star hotel with Viennese style furniture and real paintings in every room. Rooms are also very spacious. The Wi-Fi is the only downside as it is very slow.

It was a lovely surprise to check in and found out we had a free upgrade to an executive suite… the room was nice, although dated furnishings. The room was very clean though and very comfortable. Would have given it a 5 star rating but did not like the breakfast buffet. Food was adequate but not nice.

The hotel was great, a wonderful self servery breakfast. Dinner wasn't as nice as breakfast. Housekeeping also spilled a bucket of water into my travel mate's open suitcase while cleaning his room. Which caused him a significant headache. Otherwise a wonderful hotel in a wonderful city.

Comfortable and well clean and tidy rooms. The staff were very helpful The breakfast service is really rich and generic, suitable for any kind of diet. The location where the hotel is located is quiet, and nearby there are so many other services such as trams, metro, shopping malls, bars etc.

The hotel is in a well connected area by means of the center. The rooms for 2 people are spacious enough, although the bathrooms are not as much. The service could be improved, what is used in the room is not replaced (for example after using tea or coffee is not given back to guests).

Tremendous; Dirty and outdated.
The sheets were stained, but dusty carpeted. The breakfast is poor but still good.
One particular problem is that there are no soaps in the perfume but also a hand-washing machine in the shower (by the way empty) that I find rather anti hygienic.
The only good note are the Metro and the station which are 2 min away.

Price and performance fit perfectly (posted as Adventreise with a train ride over ÖAMTC). Clean room, clean bathroom, excellent Breakfast with everything you can wish for. Coffee is also very good.

Old and dirty. The bathroom was totally dirty (with stains of recent use and hairs) but when I complained they moved me to another room that was cleaner although stinky. The staff (Mr Gunther) was very very rude. It seems that the owner doesn't care at all of what's happening in his hotel. The furniture and bed covers are very old and full of stains. Worst hotel I've stayed in Vienna.

For Austria this is bottom of the barrel hotel. Dirty and out dated. I had no choice but to stay here as it is the hotel booked w the tour I am with. I got a shared room with another single traveler and this room was deemed appropriate but its a king bed, I shouldnt have to be that close to a stranger. But thats a complaint for cosmos tours. Dont pick this hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean tidy rooms. Good Breakfast. Distance to attractions is not small but you can walk or you can take the tram that stops 50 metres from the hotel. Near the hotel is a supermarket open until late. Also next to McDonald's and 100 metres from a good pizza. The staff at the hotel helpful.

Old fashion but clean. No turn on the air condition, but is winter open the window and problem resolved. Inside its beautiful, bath clean and modern. Internet no the best, but I can read my emails and navegate.

Good value for money, rooms are a bit worn out but bed and bathroom ok. Perfect location just outside of city center with metro and tram as well as supermarkets right at the doorstep.

First impression: nice style, beautifully decorated lobby. But already at the reception of the first service — surprise: room upgrade says the reception, however, he is very grumpy. The top of the room then the disappointment: room is nice, but really dirty at first glance! The wall to the window molds, lie in the bathroom and bedding fat hair, everything is dusty and under the desk with the broken chair a pile of bohrtstaub can be found because behind someone has drilled. Since I reserved for my daughter (5 years), an additional bed had and none there was, I asked at reception to take this off and take the couch. After we then in the evening in the hotel came back, again a disappointment: it was placed only a linen cloth over the couch, it was namely not extendable. After complaint at the reception, I was treated so disrespectfully that I would prefer slapped the receptionists. So a 4 * Hotel? Rather an average hotel with besch service orientation.

The rooms are very big and clean, the place looked after, really a great hotel.
The only negative was the staff kinda rude.

The last renovation of the hotel must have occurred around the same time as Neil Armstrong trained for the moon landing. Who value atmosphere on k k, it is right here. The number of employees per guest is above average, the speed and service orientation of employees for below average. Price / performance ratio is bad, because it is better off in low price standard hotels like Ibis. The only plus point: the location (station opposite, 3 minutes subway, tram 1 minute, supermarket opposite).

Because of the good price performance ratio, as well as the romantic hotel to lobby and good transport connections for a City vacation fully.

The device is worn in most rooms. The many high-gloss images show modern bathrooms. The facilities but often comes from the 80s and shows that also (clotheslines rotted Brown tiles, defective valves, dirty old dryer, fixed shower heads) the entrance hall is on photos also a better impression than the aufgemahlte Wirklickeit. The cheap decorated roads to the rooms are very very long and winding. The rooms themselves are somewhat taken with at least in "Standard class" but clean. The steel spring generation beds are old, but quite comfortable.
The room rates are far too high for the proposed standard.
You get much cheaper and above all friendly served breakfast, next door in the "pura Vida" (20 m).
The location is dominated by the opposite 80's station. The good break and the numerous shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity are positive.
A "dog's"playground is located directly behind the hotel.
Should you not on-site parking (EUR20 per day) but in the P + R Spittelau (3, 50 EUR and to close by underground)
Economic University and incinerator Spittelau (Hundertwasser architecture) are located just a few hundred metres away.
Ask at the info be sure for the Vienna card (ÖNPV). The "Mundfaule" avoids any help without direct prompt staff.
