Good clean hotel. Very well located. For me important was that it is very close to the Faculty of mathematics of the University of Vienna. Lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed here two times. The first time I had the top floor whose roof widow had a nice view over the roofs of Vienna. The lower floors don't really have any view.

Nice, well structured and in a great location.
Good breakfast and comfortable the room is the services.
To recommend for a weekend.

Terrible, over priced, miles from anywhere. Imagine an apparent 4 star hotel charging extra for an air conditioner! The decor and facilities seemingly haven’t been updated since the 70s. Staff are rude an unhelpful, breakfast is a joke. Laying awake at night hearing the neighbours use the toilet. I’ve stayed in better youth hostels at $5 a night. Seriously don’t waste your time or money.

Well located, close to the 2 metro stops and very close walking distance from the city centre, the staff quite friendly. The apartment was very spacious and the room was very good. It doesn't look 4-star, like a lot 3.

Very hot on 4th floor which you cant adjust and breakfast ok but not ideal if you have dietary requirements. Nice staff good location.

Just the Wi-Fi not very fast but for a holiday it's enough.

The rooms were clean and the location was nice. However, the Wi-Fi signal was poor and the walls were quite thin.

The four stars, if there are, are well hidden but taking into account the price paid could be a good compromise… Hotel that however did not fully meet my expectations. Positive notes: Location fairly close to the center (walk there you get in about twenty minutes) and in case you don't feel like walking very close to the hotel there is a metro station that takes you downtown; Staff who speak in Italian very kind and helpful. Negative notes: The cleanliness of the apartment has left a lot to be desired, quite large apartment but with a little ' retro furnishings and common spaces a bit ' cramped. And then I had booked a double with two separate beds and I found myself a double. For those arriving by car in the vicinity of the hotel there is a garage where you can park at prices not exactly contained (18 euros per day).

Nice place, and very well located just 2 minutes walk from underground, the crew was friendly and willing to help, also they speak English, French, Spanish abd obiously Deutsch.

A hotel with very poor soundproofing, you can hear everything that's going on around you. The room is similar to a Soviet hotel room.

The hotel is very close to the metro station.
The property has its years but it is very clean, tidy and well maintained.

Nice hotel in a quiet location, close to the center and to the river. The rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is good.

From the travel agency or a hotel a note came first of all that the hotel is still a construction site. It gave no compensation in the hotel for noise 8 o'clock in the morning. Unfortunate, because the rooms are o. K. The breakfast rooms are far too tight. The exterior back is provided like only for smokers. Parking in front of hotel superfluous.
Location Central and well connected to transport. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Staff very friendly. Green gate passage a total need of renovation – not very inviting at first sight.
