Good clean hotel. Very well located. For me important was that it is very close to the Faculty of mathematics of the University of Vienna. Lots of restaurants nearby. I stayed here two times. The first time I had the top floor whose roof widow had a nice view over the roofs of Vienna. The lower floors don't really have any view.

Terrible, over priced, miles from anywhere. Imagine an apparent 4 star hotel charging extra for an air conditioner! The decor and facilities seemingly haven’t been updated since the 70s. Staff are rude an unhelpful, breakfast is a joke. Laying awake at night hearing the neighbours use the toilet. I’ve stayed in better youth hostels at $5 a night. Seriously don’t waste your time or money.

Well located, close to the 2 metro stops and very close walking distance from the city centre, the staff quite friendly. The apartment was very spacious and the room was very good. It doesn't look 4-star, like a lot 3.

At first sight great location, good price, decent room and breakfast. On closer inspection there are swabs: dusty corners, breakfast without alternative to orange juice and air conditioning on payment.

Very hot on 4th floor which you cant adjust and breakfast ok but not ideal if you have dietary requirements. Nice staff good location.

The rooms were clean and the location was nice. However, the Wi-Fi signal was poor and the walls were quite thin.

The four star hotel, if there are, are well hidden, but taking into account the price paid could be a good compromise… but this has not been fully met my expectations. Positive notes: the location is close enough to the centre (a walk to get there in about twenty minutes), and in the case that you do not want to walk very close to the hotel there is a station of the metro into the centre; staff speaks Italian, very friendly and helpful. Negative notes: the cleaning of the apartment left much to be desired, apartment quite large but the furniture a bit retro, and common areas a bit cramped. And then I had booked a double room with two separate beds and it was a double. For those arriving by car in the vicinity of the hotel there is a garage where you can park at prices that are not your own content (for 18 euro / day).

A very friendly and cosy Hotel. You can only recommend it.

Otherwise for years very excellently housed in one of the apartments… alone last summer (August 2016) in one of the rooms of the hotel: were banned at heat on the roof closet, Porter requested 10 EUR baksheesh F. Air-conditioning (! ), breakfast kitchen help/ Waitress yells at customers, rude and unwilling. A mourning game — and should these immorals also have improved: I am not coming back so fast for the time being. Shame; I don't know what went into the hotel management.

Clean Rooms. In A Quiet Location. Friendly Staff. The Hotel is fine so far. To complain about only thing is that at the Bar the glasses run out very quickly if more than 10 guests are present.

Centrally located hotel very close to the metro. The hotel has its years but is very clean, tidy and well maintained. Sweet and savoury breakfast with wide choice.

Small hotel in several floors at two steps from the Metro (although walking the centre is not too far away). Silent.

Small dated rooms and dark and small common rooms. Breakfast was OK, but not much more. Based on the location and the price, I think you could find better deals in Vienna.

I stayed here for a couple of days on a school trip. The rooms were nice and always cleaned by the time we got back. Breakfast was consistent while also having variety that was delicious. It is located near the train station and some good restaurants. It's also right by the water, which is great for a stroll at night. Overall, it's a good place to rest your head and relax before you go out and explore the city.

Easily the tackiest hotel I have ever stayed in. This is a mediocre 2 start hotel, certainly not a 4 star facility. Everything about this hotel is ugly. The furniture is '70s style brown plastic, the floor cheap linoleum and all the upholstery features a really depressing green color. The curtains are dirty and the bed is uncomfortable. The pillow and mattress have a musty smell. The walls are paper thin. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. I will never stay here again. You can get much better hotels in Vienna at this price point.

Spent 4 nights here recently while on a business trip. Its billed as 4 stars, but more realistically, I would describe it as a comfortable 2 star. The hotel itself is set back from the main road — so its quieter. The room was fine, and the bathroom/shower was good. But it was always very hot in the room (in April). The radiators were turned off, so was the towel dryer — but it was still always very hot. Perhaps the rooms use under-floor heating. The breakfast was OK too — but the breakfast room was bit cramped for space. Wi-fi is not free — I was asked to pay 9 Euros for the duration of the stay. The metro station is nearby and business/congress centres are within easy reach. There is a selection of eateries within 5-10 min walking distance. Overall its not bad. Would stay again if on a short business trip — but offering Wi-fi for free would certainly sweeten the deal for most visitors.
