Very dear and nice waiters very good cuisine come again and again like.

Another hotel next to railway station food and service very good easy walking distance to every thing shops every where tourist sites easy to find heaps of photos.

It was great. Most of all the hotel.

The worst old place ever to stay Take B&B and dont fall in this trap Slow and not stable internet in 2nd floor Damaged ceils No safe box Dusty stuffs Old tv And bad beds for quad room.

Checking in was easy, even though we barely made it in at 5 minutes to the reception closing. Our room is big and we have our own bathroom. Everything is very clean and our sheets/towels were changed during the day. We are on the ground floor, but the street noise is not too bad. Early in the morning the church that is right beside the hotel would ring quite loudly and for a long time, which was annoying but it wasn't the end of the world. The location is pretty good, about a 20 minute walk from the Natural History and Art History museums. It also has anything we need right near by. Wi-Fi was okay, slow at times.

Great location, just beside the west train station. I stayed at a double room with shared bathroom, so the room is spacious for one person, and it is clean. I give three stars because of their free Wi-Fi is unreachable from my room, so I ended up going to the train station for Wi-Fi. The shared bathroom on my floor has a broken faucet, but the one on the first floor is in good condition.

What a difference 35 years make. Decided to stay here because we had stayed one night in 1982 and recalled it as a pleasant experience. Now it looks and smells like it hasn't been updated since our last visit! Front desk unhelpful. Cool antique elevator though. Not worth it even at this price point.

When I read that rooms share a bathroom I thought of the dorm I lived as a student. But this hotel is worse: nearest toilet in the corridor is broken, next one is shared with another 5 rooms, and the only shower is on the next floor. Definitely no place for romantic vacation in Vienna! Good side: cheap and transportation is very close by.

A very nice clean hotel in Vienna with access to train/metro/bus/tram The room is just good with a TV and a small bathroom. The staff is really helpful but there is no 24 h service here. The place is quite and cozy.

The breakfast was very subpar, we didn't have any soap and instead of replacing the bottle they gave us a sample of body was.

Despite the acceptabe reason (I will return to my country because of the incident on 15 July. ) refund request was not accepted. Yeah, They were right in terms of rules, but I do not think it is appropriate in terms of humanity.

Very elegant hotel close to Westbahnhof train station. The decor and the staff very good! in the corner there is a very nice coffee also.

The hotel location is PERFECT, right infront of westbanhof station, and just turn left for Mariahilfer St. /Hotel a bit old and classic but that makes it unique/ Rooms are small, but very clean/Breakfast was delicious and variable/The staff is really welcoming and polite.

Excellent Breakfast and very nice rooms. I recommend the Hotel Fürstenhof.
