Our best city hotel ever! The special ambience, the great breakfast, the beautiful bar, the comfortable beds and the friendly service staff make ruby Marie our absolute favourite city hotel. The central location just fits in with this, especially if you arrive in public. We can fully recommend the Ruby.

What an awesome Hotel. Ambience, staff, food, Drinks… everything was great. And I love the ladies shower gel… yesssss as a guy. No matter. Great 4 days here. We take the Apple bubble. Hope to get home the right mix ;-)

Stylish and friendly with some great touches. I particularly enjoyed the showing of 'Rocky Horror Picture show' in the guest cinema room before heading to my event with @jppromotions. Would definately stay here again!

Have just returned back to England after a fabulous stay at The Ruby Marie hotel. The staff were fabulous and the room was just perfect. Really comfortable bed. I wish I'd had longer to stay in the bar… it looked gorgeous! The breakfast was also divine! I can't fault it one bit! Great place. Great location. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Loved the self check in and the fact that they kept my bags safe til it was time for check in. Loved the drinks at the bar and the vibe. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for better! What a pleasant stay! Next time I’m in Vienna this is exactly where I will stay. Can’t wait to come back!

We loved. The check in was unusual since we had to do everything ourselves. We even printed the door keys ourselves, which was cool. Very nice room with a great view. Nice shower, everything very stylish. The room was equipped with a pad and a mobile device which you could take along to explore Vienna! Welcome to the 21st century!

Excellent hotel, very modern and fresh, with polite and friendly staff. We stayed for a week in a loft room with our own balcony, and the view was spectacular. The room was very big and comfortable. The hotel is located on a shoppingstreet with lots of restaurants and coffeehouses, and is a very short walking distance to Westbahnhof, were you can catch the train or subway. The tram stops right outside the hotel. The only downside is that there is no icemachine in the corridors and no refrigerator in the rooms, but other than that it really is a great hotel that even has it's own movie lounge that shows classic movies twice a day. Could definitely see myself staying here for my next trip to Vienna.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing. They are lacking in execution. The good: Breakfast is great The common space is beautiful Rooms are small but well put together The problems: — no one here at the hotel seems to understand the programs and amenities. Please train your staff better — there are smart phones in every room. But when we tried to use them to make a phone call they were useless. — please have some umbrellas on hand for travelers. You could even put some branding on them to help show what a great hotel you are. — turn down the fragrance in the common areas. It's way too much.

Good basic hotel with lovely European breakfast. The rooms are simple but clean and well cared for. This is a boutique style hotel. Roof top open air seating available and also indoor seating at the bar and breakfast area. Great location for shopping and restaurants and not too far from the city center. We walked or used Uber to get everywhere. There is a convenient grocery store next door but remember that stores in Europe close early. Lots of young people work here so you need to speak up if you need help with anything but they do a good job overall. Stayed here 2 years ago and liked it so well we stayed here again!

Hip hotel, with incredible amenities. It has a movie theater which plays cinephile movies every afternoon, a yoga space, a roof garden. Guests are also given a mobile phone with unlimited free data and calls to use and carry with them during their stay. They also have Marshall amps in the rooms and you can rent guitars to play! Great place!

Central and great position. New and funky. No tea facilities in room, although this is provided at another floor free of charge. Cinema room and bar area is comfortable and cosy. Friendly staff and ease of check in and check out. Smooth stay all round.

Had an excellent 3-night stay here. Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made it the perfect choice. It has a very trendy vibe and we loved all the little extras around the hotel — movie room, library, galley etc — and the bar and terrace was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommend it.

I can only talk about the coffee bar, which is awesome. The bartenders are very friendly and the decoration is great. If you look for a relaxing placed at any time of the day, here you have your spot. Looking forward to knowing the hotel rooms.

One of the nicest hotel I've ever been. The bar is great, you have digital check in and no check out. They have a culture for Marshall and awesome cosmetic products :D. They also have a cinema and a library.

Great hotel in the heart of Vienna! Clean, friendly staff, good bar — specials like the Marshall box (for cell phone or guitar — the latter free to borrow! ) round off the offer… Also the breakfast was plentiful & fresh! Therefore 5 stars!

A really nice hipster shack! The special architecture, the unusual furnishings, the ambiance and the resulting charm are unique. And also the quality of the room, the breakfast and the other offer is absolutely top. Highly recommended, come back safely!

We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to the offshoots in Germany.
The hotel is furnished on the tooth of time and the staff always fulfill your wishes. Breakfast with regional, national and international dishes is a top choice.

Okay. This is actually a really nice hotel. It’s clean and it looks good. Nice rooms they are modern and ‘ up to date’. This hotel could easily be a 4 star but… There is a strong perfume smell in the rooms and I think it’s the soap. A frequence free soap should be optional. I don’t like to use soap with perfume on my body. And the soap has a special perfume smell. No coffee in the rooms. The hotel only offers 1 so called galley, but you can only get Thea and hot water… I think coffee should definitely be an option as well! And it’s a very nice service to put coffee and Thea in the rooms. More comfortable for guests. The hotel is right in the city which is great! Can’t comment on the breakfast, I overslept so didn’t catch it ;-) my colleagues said It was great though. If these upgrades were made the hotel deffiniatly should be a 4 star.

It was a pleasure for us to see how this young, friendly, dynamic team works. 5 stars were awarded by me for the first time, because not only the staff but also the quality and the price — performance ratio were absolutely top.

Hotel clean, beautiful, well located, it was really a pleasant stay! The hotel has its charm, I do not regret absolutely nothing it is a place where you feel good!

Great hotel! We booked the lovely room, this room comes with a free mobile that you can use during your stay including 4G free international calls. The room offers as well an big speaker so you can lesson your favorite songs while taking your shower. The breakfast is almost 100% organic!

Very good hotel. The 3 stars for this hotel are a great pity as it would have earned more for me. The rooms are very well furnished. Showers are clean. The bar is perfect. Breakfast more than superb. Very much to choose from a wide variety of dishes.
Perfect location. Quick access to U3 and U1 and U6.
The most important subway — train bindings to discover Vienna.
But you should have basic knowledge of English there is a lot in English.

We stayed in the hotel over Christmas. Very lovely, cozy and art little place. Wonderful service with kind and smiled staff. Loved the organic breakfast with the various teas and the super comfortable bed where I slept pleasurable. ☺

Super delicious cocktails. The entrance is somewhat inconspicuous as the bar is in a hotel. The facility is state-of-the-art retro. I liked it.
Prices for the cocktails are quite high, but worth every penny.
Nice selection of drinks. Cocktails; Wines; A few beers (also IPAs).
There were free chips for the cocktails. Music at a volume that you can still have a good conversation! I am already looking forward to the next visit!

Mah! A lot of smoke, but the roasted not as much! The idea is nice, but if that then does not follow concreteness, let us go very badly! But the cleanliness of the room make? The same paper on the ground in the room for 3 days! Wire in the earth never collected… but the duster or the vacuum cleaner go? The idea is innovative in the style of radical chic, the reception area, where also breakfast is furnished with recycled furniture, but is very well shot (kudos decorator! ) Very idea of the smartphone available to customers that can be taken around the city the hotel is for connection to the internet for national and international calls (even if today with roaming european serves little but to customers outside the european community is a plus fantastic). The rooms are fine but absolutely no nothing! A small cupboard… the bathroom is ridiculous… glass shower next to the bed and cabinet enclosed by 3 walls of plywood and nothing reserved… of course not ec bidet but what can I expect. Prices for drinks at the bar too expensive, a drink for 9 euros seems to me exaggerated for the type of place. Nice the idea of the guitars are connected to amplifiers in the room, but I would gladly do without if there was a toilet a Little more concrete… save on bathrooms to put the amp in the Marshall room it would if it were a hotel only for musicians… but this is not the case.

Very nice stay at the hotel Ruby Marie, tastefully decorated. Trendy and cosy atmosphere where calm and conviviality bind.

Excellent location, right on the shopping street, 5 min easy walking with luggage to the Westbahnhof (the west train station). Self-checking, No check-out needed, very efficient and time-saving. Like the design the room, modern and practical. Love the giant Marshall speaker. The choice of breakfast was not much. There's free yoga class but I could not join due to limited time sessions. Make sure to make reservation in advance if you'd like to join the yoga class.

HOT! The hotel has a central air system that doesn't allow AC to be on, or even a fan, during what they deem as the Winter months. In our case, it was easily in the 40's outside, but because of the system in place, we had no way to circulate air in our room. WE WERE MISERABLE! We cannot recommend any hotel where you cannot comfortably sleep. The window in our room was able to be cracked, but it was useless. Our hallway was 10 degrees cooler than our room. We had no means to cool the room. Such a shame, because we really wanted to love this place. Comfort is everything. Everything!

Love the location and design. Excellent value. We thought the room would be small (we booked the smallest room) but it turns out to be decent size for two of us. Overall the hotel and their rooms has great function too! We enjoyed using the study and library which offers free tea all day. It has a great bar with nice outdoor. Love the lightings in the room and bathroom. It's bright enough to see! Love the shower gels selection and shampoo. Would have been nice to have USB charger in the room.

Excellent, practical, easy to reach; Connected to all the "attractions" by the main bus Metro… efficient staff.
The restaurants, supermarkets, shops are close and avant-garde.

For the first moment I felt weird about how the system works in this hotel but we loved it to the maximum, quick check in, spotless room with beautiful modern furniture and gorgeous view over looking vienna right out side of each room with a gorgeous balcony, not to mention their delicious organic breakfast. If you want a neat different place to stay in Vienna, this is the place to be. Well done.

Nice, modern room for a nice price. Great service. Great breakfast. Great location. My only complaint is the shower: no door so completely open to the rest of the room meant that: A) Cold air from the room came into the shower, it was actually a little hard to stay warm sometimes B) It's hard to avoid turning the floor outside the shower into a small lake Were that fixed, 5/5.

A great place that is close to the station. Most major attractions are within 20 minutes. The staff is amazing and friendly!

Honestly love the design of the hotel, but it really backfires when there is no staff (receptionist) to help with any problems. Moreover, the room cleaning only visits once a day at random times, so sometimes we would miss the room cleaning and once they picked up the extra pillows from the seat and put it on our bed. These are mostly the reasons why it received a 3 star rating, although the price is great for its location and design.

Great location for a weekend stop in Vienna! The rooftop bar is perfect for having breakfast in the sun or getting tasty homemade lemonade and enjoying vacation. I really enjoyed the yoga room to start in the morning. We will defintly come back the next time when we vist Vienna!

"Coolest hotel in the world" — my son, who stayed there with me. Room was great, and had a guitar amp. Service was excellent. Breakfast was top notch (especially if you're looking to sit down and enjoy a serious spread). Movies every night. A library stocked with interesting art books and free tea. A fun vibe all the way through. A wonderfully unique hotel exerience.

A rather different but special. The care for young people very friendly, the rooms very meals and the breakfasts are very well maintained and biological products.

Great hotel. Great price. Simple check-in. Retro cool. Lovely bar. In house cinema. In room amps.

The hotel is classy, the rooms are clean, the location is perfect. Only trifles are slightly unhappy. For one, the lighting, direct floodlight from above, I would have wanted indirect light. Furthermore, the toilet was only separated by a small door from the rest of the room. The small non-functioning ventilation was hardly sufficient. Up to here for the time being small things that are quite enough for 4 stars +. What really bothered the prices were at the bar. 4, €50 for a day-end cyclist is outrageous! And then the waiter's demand: "Did I really understand 5 euros? ". That's what I felt was brazen. We picked up the beer at the bar and were not served. No beer for us at the end of the day!

Loved this place! It's so much fun. All spaces look like the backstage of a show. The rooms look like dress rooms. Open floor room plan but totes cool!

The hotel is located within walking distance of the Viennese Westbahnhof. Very modern and reduced furnished rooms. Unfortunately, the floor and curtain are already very strained. There is no classic reception. A tablet is used to check in. Nice gimmicks such as cinema, library and Jogaraum can be used by all guests. Staff is very friendly and casual. But I liked the sunset cocktail on the terrace.

Modern Hotel, is to dispense with unnecessary frills. The reception will be limited to the bare necessities and yet you will feel in good hands. The rooms are well-equipped and absolutely clean. Good mattresses ensure a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms built-in bathroom is not intended for all groups of people something. For me personally, a very appealing concept. In the evening you can comfortably sit in the Bar, in the morning, home to a rich Breakfast Buffet. The connected roof terrace offers a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax. Additional rooms, such as, for example, the small cinema room or library with a kitchenette round off the overall impression is very positive.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at this gem of a hotel in the centre of trendy Neubau, close to all of the city's main attractions and it's hidden hip neighbourhoods. The hotel is understatedly luxurious; the rooms have super comfortable beds, incredible showers, and are cool, cosy and clean — you'll wish it was like this at home! The great staff really go the extra mile to make your feel at home, and the bar was the perfect place to chill out with a cocktail or 3 after a long day exploring the beautiful city. All organic continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the local baked goods. Would not hesitate to recommend and really hope to revisit. The stay here really made our trip!

The Ruby Marie Hotel is located right in the centre of the Maria Help Street, which is lined with shopping opportunities of all kinds. There is a supermarket and several restaurants right next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can check in yourself with the input of the name, room cards are printed. Checked out doesn't have to be, you just leave the hotel. It's not that easy. The rooms are nicely decorated and absolutely clean. The beds are comfortable. We had a room to the courtyard and could sleep with an open window as it was absolutely quiet. Overall, the atmosphere in the entire hotel is positive and friendly. Also the breakfast is highly recommended because of its regionality and versatility. In addition, organic products play a special role, but this was not decisive for me. Additional services such as an ironing board, a cinema or a relaxation room are offered. Absolutely recommended for short and long stays.

Very nice, friendly and competent staff, pleasant atmosphere overlooking the beautiful terrace (accessible in March to 22.00), all very clean and nicely designed. Prices upper average, but are justified by snacks and good service. Like to come back.

Great location and excellent service!

Didn't know what to expect as it was booked for me, but it was a very pleasant surprise. Cool and shabby chic in the public areas, well thought out rooms. Even a Marshall amplifier to play your music. Everything worked well. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was healthy and in chic surroundings with views across a rooftop terrace. The only negative was quite intrusive music at breakfast. Oh, and I do miss a bath rather than just a shower. Convenient walk from the West station if you take the airport bus straight there. Also close to U3 metro. I'd stay there again for sure.

Amazing place both to stay and hang out with friends at the bar. The facilities are very modern and comfortable, the decor is excellent and the bar has a beautiful terrace to relax.

Modern Hotel, no reception but with staff in the cafeteria for any problem. After booking, you register with some tablets and print the key cards that also allow you to access the rest of the plants with the elevators. Nice terrace bar, TV room with giant screen, very clean rooms, well soundproofed and air-conditioned. We just miss the cooler minibar. Close to the metro and very well priced.
