Modern hotel with very small rooms. You don't have space to fit a luggage inside the room. Reception staff was tricky as they charged me twice for the same room. After I realized they were quick to refund it.

Perfectly located right next to the train station. You can check in directly from the train. After the renovation beautiful modern rooms. Very clean simple and yet with that certain extra. And very friendly staff at the reception who are convinced of their business. Where can you still find that today?

The rooms are not big but absolutely big enough for a couple visiting the city. While the beds are comfortable and big, the pillows could be a bit softer but I guess that's a Hotel standard so they don't have to replace them so often. The bathroom features an open shower and complementary shampoos etc as expected. Service was on point, as was the bar staff! Will definitely visit again.

Very good to have a relaxing evening after a busy day. Nice breakfast to start your next day.

Very convenient. The Station resembles a shopping mall. On The square stop the excursion buses of the Yellow Line.

I've been to many motel one hotels, and this is the Motel's Standard. Clean, tidy, cheap, Good and well-visited breakfast Buffet. The only points of criticism are the parking lot, which comes with 14 €/24h, and the fact that there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but in the hotel Lobby.

Great hotel with very good connection to public transport. Accessibility very good. Aisle Carpet is more difficult to drive depending on how well you are in a wheelchair. Otherwise, Absolute Recommendation.

Price/performance is perfect! Staff very well trained and always very friendly! The rooms are not large, but offer ample space and have just been completely renovated. And the bar is open as in all motel one 24h!

The hotel is absolutely recommended. I was convinced of the price performance ratio and will book a motel one for my business trips in the future. The rooms clean and it was all there for a short trip. The breakfast was OK and plentiful. The hotel bar is cozy, the furnishings are inviting to stay and the service was extremely friendly. In addition, a compliment to the waitress who, with a smile on her face, knew what my wife and I would like to drink and also greeted us at breakfast.

This is an excellent accommodation choice. The service offering is consistent and it is good value for money. The location is good in terms of many amenities and transport options. The staff is well trained, helpful and polite. The room are a decent size, the air-conditioning works well and the rooms are quite. The breakfast option is great and worthwhile.

After the first night in one of the new rooms I have to say that everything is great.
From the tasteful and high quality furnishings to the good beds with (finally once) very pleasant upholstery to the very friendly staff, the hotel can only be recommended.

Very small rooms with really small bathrooms. The breakfast in the hotel lobby, which is much too small, is similar to the ambiance of a youth hostel.

I like this hotel chain price and quality, but this Europaplatz does not like anything first that right now there is a work and there is a lot of noise you can not work I did not sleep a little more because at seven in the morning there is already noise so my stay is horrible. I'm not coming back.

Small Rooms with minimal furnishings, minibar, telephone and courtesy kit. The Breakfast is plentiful and international, the bar remains open until late evening common Spaces well distributed. Excellent location, adjacent to train and Metro station from which you reach the center in 4 stops. Great location to move anywhere and get to The main places of interest.

Very friendly staff. Bed, shower, toilet excellent and clean. The location is ideal for train travel via the Westbahnhof station in Vienna. We like to come back. Could not use the breakfast buffet in time, but a quick espresso at the Lounge Bar was possible and of excellent taste.

Very nice and modern rooms. The reason for only 3 stars has to do with breakfast.
1. Empty vending machines. Around half past nine in the morning, there was only one working drinks vending machine.
2. Missing glasses, cups and spoons.
3. Unpleasant smell in the breakfast area and isolated food scraps on the floor.
Breakfast makes the otherwise beautiful hotel and the atmosphere a bit nullified. As I said, room really nice.

Nice hotel but reception extremely slow. Waited for 40 minutes to be checked in and that was with 3 staff at reception. In 40mins there 1 staff member doing nothing but going back and forward, 1 staff member serving a group of 4 for that whole time and other serving. Let people just push in even though 5 people waiting in line.

Clean, well maintained, and beautiful rooms. Reasonable prices, and a lovely lobby. Staff are polite and friendly. Best hotel so far in Europe.

Close to Westbahnhof train station, but it was like a 2 block walk from desk to our room. Check in staff was annoying, but check out nice. Shower was terrible — luke warm low pressure. Quiet room though.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable and clean. Close to West railway station and in front of the point where bus to airport is located. If you are not alone: there is only 1 big bed in all rooms. So if you want separate beds you have to book 2 different rooms.

We were here for three nights. We made a reservation online, upon checking in we were notified of having requested a "quiet" room. We made no such request, but it was welcome anyway. The room might be considered small, but honestly, we only needed the room to sleep. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. They do a quick cleaning every day. Hotel staff is very friendly and will make sure they can help you in any way possible. We opted for the breakfast which was more than good with enough healthy options for those who watch calories and carbs.

The room was decent and seemed newly renovated. So was the shower and toilet. There was a TV in the room. Breakfast was fine for the price. As far as I observed, the hotel is wheelchair accessible. There are no steps at the main entrance nor to the elevators. Staff was friendly. Good connections to public transport. What bothered me a lot was the almost unavailable Wi-Fi in my room. It was only working next to the door. If not for this problem, I would have given 4 stars.

I was 2014 in the this motel and also very liked me and my eltren came also in 2015 but this was not like 2015 year and 2014, fall in room minibar and also no kogel write and also the table was too small, the toilet and shower is still clean and ok open medium is very good and also because derkt bus airport I will sure continue emphelen's

Had felt very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, the location is OK — Metro is directly in front of the entrance and without much effort to get to all the sights.

Standard Motel one. Although standard "Train station guests" front of the House… I fänds well if you would put here some more attention on it. I would not so around here run my kids…

BUT: ingenious storage case get how to make a breakfast from 6: 00 and the best run after the and shower in a room provided was the coronation. Rarely seen such logical and tailored to customer service at no extra charge!

Rather small rooms. Breakfast offers the perfect selection. We are always happy there again. Located very close to Super connection, shopping in the station or in the Maria of Han Street,

Spotlessly clean hotel, modern decor, rooms not huge but big enough, breakfast was good, although extremely busy later on, great location. Lounging in the bar area was very comfortable. The higher rooms are the better ones. Would stay there again.

Designzimmer ohne Seele. Im Bett schläft man gut (recht harte Matratze). Wi-Fi Geschwindigkeit zwischen 3 und 18 Mbit (zimmerabhängig). Innenhofzimmer sind leise, aber Offenbarung ist der Blick keine. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Telefon und Safe vermisst man im Zimmer. Schreibtisch ist nicht sehr arbeitstauglich. Lobby ist schön gestaltet und gemütlich. Frühstück ist klein aber fein. Es wird viel Wert auf Bio Produkte gelegt. Personal ist bemüht und recht freundlich. Housekeeping funktioniert super. Location ist gut. U-Bahn gleich in der Nähe. Mariahilferstraße mit vielen Einkaufs — und Essmöglichkeiten auch. Das angrenzende Shoppingcenter im Westbahnhof hat bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Für den Preis wirklich ok.

We stayed for 3 nights (Tuesday to Friday) at Motel One Wien Westbahnhof. The location is awesome. With the U-Bahn, the Tram and the Bus takes you quickly everywhere and he is right on one of the largest shopping centres in Europe (Mariahilfer Straße) housed The rooms are stylish and clean, despite the location at the station is no noise to hear. The staff is especially praised. Extremely friendly, helpful and always a Smile, even if it gets a bit more Stress. The concept has us as a city break convinced. Our rooms were on arrival (12.00) already ready and on the day of departure to get his suitcase up to the final departure in the trunk of impute. The Breakfast buffet has us very fallen and was thanks to many of the organic products are very tasty and was always quickly refilled. We are the Motel One friend and on our next trip probably post again.

The rooms are very nice and modern but a bit small for 2 people. Telephone rooms is not available. Unfortunately, we have little "Extras" such as the usual facial tissues in the bathroom or a soap was missing. Big Plus: despite the very Central location next to U-Bahn, the Westbahnhof train station and the street you can hear through the window, not in the slightest! The Breakfast buffet is despite the additional cost of approximately 9, 50 / Person highly recommended — Huge selection of regional meats and cheeses, seasonal fruit and vegetables and a wide variety of organic products such as fresh bakery products, soft eggs, or the different cereals and yoghurts.

The hotel is located in a strategic location, a few steps from the tram, train, subway and bus services from the airport. The rooms are not huge but adequate for a comfortable stay, are well furnished and well heated, also are very clean. The only down fall is perhaps the absence of bidet, but it's rare to find a bidet in Austria. The buffet breakfast costs 7.5 euros per day, saw prices of Vienna I would recommend you include it. Highly recommended.

Maybe I didn't pay top dollar but hand soap missing from bathroom for the 3 nights I stayed. $235 euro. I paid for Wi-Fi and breakfast and I'm glad I did as no coffee in the room.

See to that you are not dependent on goodwill from this hotel. They don't get it even if you have stayed there often.

The motel one offers is well known that, no matter where, only minimalist comfort, with great design. — It is well known to us, and we were already in many other cities in the motel one. The staff is trained actually always much on customer service which is why I can't understand my previous writer. Maybe too much Wiener grant and ignorance came together on the day. But that's just the way, if you go to Vienna.
So now to my resume: two star is only because the motel one consists only of two things: to stay and have breakfast. And there's the crux of the matter in Vienna West railway station. The breakfast area is extremely loud, much too small, and the institution is already old and ragged.
The same thing in the room — I have long seen not so durchgebum+++ bed! The mattress was so the location, because I could have shown me on the ground. Something when a hotel consisting except of bed and breakfast may not be. The Hotel Manager, did well, even through the rooms to go, and to check the quality of the calibration direction. If you pull off by thousands overnight stays, you have to spend even a few new mattresses. Especially since the essence of a night opportunity represents.

Vacation just got from the Vienna back, what we have seen, the ground that takes the biscuit!
On arrival, the room is immediately to pay-O. K is made then up, s room-small-no box or box — only storage areas O. K is accepted — but what because the third & 6th I have no understanding day went off sorry for that-since we have morning shopping after breakfast — 13 20 h came back — made no room — no towel Exchange. O. K. Go to the front desk to ask for, you may please make the room and bring fresh towels. Towels were brought in 3 minutes. O. K. Then we go to the Museum — so that the room will be made. When we came back to 18 15 h — the room looks out as we leave had-da's in the morning I go but smooth again to the reception. There was I said, what do you actually, I amazed, how about when the room I with paid Yes. O. We go but dinner K. Wied in the way headed-da u. What are 3 hours later back — should I say the room is not, so how we leave have so as I find it in the morning s more a!
We travel 3-4 times a year, but something happened to me yet nieeeee!
Have happened the next day immediately reported to prevent that this this no guest!
Excused only jenner employees which I spoke to-so something must last day has done in any hotel no matter how many star u. 4 star not certainly in a hotel in the own country forgive 1 star and the dislike.

Very nice Hotel, great location directly at the "Westbahnhof" (but still very quiet room). At best, the Lobby could be somewhat larger, at Breakfast there is something to be close.

Simple and clean Hotel. At the Reception, it takes a lot of patience, because chronologically understaffed.
