No ac. No room service. Super small room. I had reservation there for 4 nights and didn't stay there a single night.

The hotel has a very good central location for the first time. To go anywhere without much expenditure of time by subway. The staff was always very friendly and helped further with questions always friendly. The room was ok for the price. It now was nothing out of the ordinary or particularly well, all times has sufficient only to stay. What is unfortunately fairly negative noticed was the breakfast. The buns are very small and not really tasty. At the buffet, there were such. Also, no mineral water with carbon dioxide. Bskam on demand one or 2 small rolls to. On one of the days, the egg came a when the beat up liquid counter. On demand a second was us then. Unfortunately, it was still worse. The butter was something another what flowed came toward us. Admitted it was also relatively warm on the day. But nevertheless, the breakfast is very expandable.

Some of the best prices close to down town Vienna, if you're looking for a 1 bed room. Staff are helpful and flexible.

Nice hotel, especially clean!

The room where we were housed, is quite simply but perfectly adequate, if one uses it mainly just for overnight. The service staff are very friendly, always helpful and courteous.
The breakfast buffet was appetizing arranged, palatable, and sufficiently. The freshly baked cake was delicious in the afternoon.
Since the hotel is quite centrally located, many sights in the Centre can be reached walking very well.
Conclusion: days is recommended for a brief flying visit of Vienna about 3-4 the hotel.

A wonderful little boutique hotel! The staff was outstanding in answering questions and helping me get around on my fast visit to Vienna. The breakfast buffet was excellent and beyond expectations. Located within walking distance of major touristic and artistic destinations. I can't praise it high enough and will definitely go there again.

Positive: Friendly and helpful staff. Every afternoon they serve free cakes, tea and punch at the reception area. Hotel web site mentions, that the tea and cakes are only for the afternoon, but they are usually there till almost midnight. Excellent breakfast. A lot of different kind of cheeze. Lots of cereals. And it was the first hotel I ever saw which had soy milk! The hotel is walking distance from the Karlsplatz and Resselpark. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi. Negative: The bathroom was rather shabby, with broken showerhead.

Set-off. For 3 * very good. But, do not forget that it is 3 *! There is one drawback. Toilet and bath room walled off a glass sliding door, with all the consequences! From pluses: 7 minutes walking to center of streetly, (dlâ3 *), price, great rooms "comfort" class. If it were not for the toilet right in the room would give 4 *.

We were on Valentine's day at the hotel. I'm actually sitting on the small hotel bed. With two adults in the little bed, that's really an insult. The room was not clean, there was hair on the toilet seat, bath SOAP stains were. On the ceiling (1.6 m from the ground) mega was removed much dust. Cobwebs in the corners of the room. Breakfast is a joke for 3 stars. I was in many hotels, but the photos on the site are much improved. The heating was still rubble, in the room. I'm so disapointed. By the way, next to our hotel rooms were ordinary rental apartments.

Welcoming, friendly front desk staff. Very helpful. Good English, besser Deutsch! Breakfasts good. Rooms bright and a nice size for Europe. Nice outlook into side street and church spire. Small balcony. Our room had an all-glass bathroom which not every couple would prefer. Toilet separate (and not glass). Everything worked in the room. Close to city centre and transport (isn't everything in Vienna? ). Would stay there again.
