Very good personal, clean and much more.

The location is unbeatable, there are roomes to the street with beautiful view but very noisy if you keep the window open, or there are rooms to the backyard that are very quiet. 4 different public transport lines directly infront of the entrace and the city center is only 5-10 min walk away.

Loud, hygienically unreasonable, Furniture Defect, non-disabled, unfriendly staff, door not lockable. Sleeping Under a Bridge is safer and more hygienic … Certainly never again stars are not justified Price Performance outrageous. It Hausen Animals in the Mattress was with the Doctor who assures me that I seem to have bitten fleas.

Not far walk from the center, parking for indoor and guarded car, helpful staff so nothing to complain about having the price paid.

Beautiful stay two months ago in Vienna, cozy and clean rooms, great area and close to the major attractions.

Staff is not kind or helpful, rooms are ok at best, bathrooms are weird and not really clean. We found nails in the bathtub.

Central, 15 minutes from S. Stefano. Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

The location was great, as well as the bathroom and the size of the room, but the breakfast was very bad and beds were very unconfortable. Isolation is bad so you can hear everything and everytime someone flushes the toilet.

Positives: friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was clean, and it's an easy 10 minute walk straight into the heart of Vienna. The room was also beautifully warm on a cold february week. Negatives: the hotel is quite old. It's "mod-cons" aren't all that modern; the television is practically useless. The beds were also quite uncomfortable; they were clearly very old. It was tough to have a restful night. While the shower was powerful (which is rare in a hotel in my experience) they tended to fluctuate drastically between hot and cold. The towels and sheets were definitely clean but there was a heavily smell of chlorine from the towels. Both me and my partner''s skin suffered from this. I suffer from eczema and my skin was particular bad by the end of the trip.

The room was a little bit small, the cleanliness was good and the bathroom was better. The location is only 12 minutes walk from the center, with two tram lines, one and sixty two, a few meters from the hotel, exactly in front of it. The attention of the staff was dry but friendly and predisposed to give you useful information of the city, except one of them, there were three, which was quite inattentive. Anyway, the balance of value for money is clearly inclined to the side of quite good even if you have put three stars for the reasons mentioned above. Breakfast I can not say anything as I contract the service without breakfast included. However, I remember they offered it to €8 which I thought was a little expensive.

The hotel is convenient but lacks some of the modern features you would expect in a hotel. Ahmed was a great source of information about the area and places to eat at the front desk. Overall, if you want something cheap and clean to stay this is it but don't go expecting "Marriott" type of features as this is not it. Also, if you are going to get a room do so with one that is in the back of the hotel as to stay up front you will hear the trolley going back and forth at night and the noise of people outside.

Price-service ratio is OK but the staff could be friendlier.

Dirty and old. For putting something good? Only the location. The gentleman who was there, at first wanted to give us an apartment instead of a double room which was what we had paid for. When I opened the door, the real house of terror, in my life I had seen something like that! We complained and gave us a normal room and it was better, but after seeing that we were no longer comfortable and decided to go to another hotel (and lose some of the paid). I would not recommend it to anyone, any other site will be better…

Excellent location, rooms were clean and price was great.

Basic room accommodation. Washroom water drainage is not so good. The staff at the night shift Mohammad was a great man and very helpful. Tram is right at the hotels door, which is great.

It was a very pleasant stay in Attache hotel pension. Front office staff is very hospitable.

Good location, fine and copious brekfast, comfortable rooms. We will return. :)

Nice friendly staff, large comfortable rooms with a fridge. 12 min. Walk to the International train station. Trams the the Vienna Opera house every 3-4 mins. Or a 30 min. Walk.

Bath and toilet are separated, but after shower, water leaks to the floor. Airconditioning will automatically stop functioning, I think the hotel do it on purpose. There are all kinds of noises from neibor room, if you don't have ear plug, you can't sleep. No frige, no kettle at all.

Very rude and racist staff. The person in reception (allegedly the owner of the hotel) insult their customers just because they ask for receipt for their transactions as normal customers would do! Do not even consider to stay at this place. I wouldn't even give one star to this place but that is the least I can give.

This is the first negative review I've ever given (hopefully the last, too! ) but unfortunately I cannot provide much pleasant about this hotel. The staff are unbelievably rude — firstly, when I checked in, I was not given any attention whatsoever, as the man at reception was sitting there watching the TV at his desk. When I asked for him to come over, he did not go out of his way to be friendly at all, he gave me a key without any information on my room location/Wi-Fi codes/breakfast information etc. The first night I stayed, the Wi-Fi was down, so I went downstairs to ask (assuming maybe I had done something wrong when connecting, seeing as I wasn't ever given the password etc — turns out the password was on the card, but still) ; I was snapped at and told they couldn't do anything but it should be fixed by tomorrow. The Wi-Fi actually did get fixed and was decent, so at least I do have something pleasant to say! This is where the completely disgusting behaviour of the staff really comes through, though: I needed to change my flight home for person reasons; being a young traveller through Europe, I do not have phone calls as roaming charges are too high. I walked down to the Vienna office for my airways and it is no longer active, so I was advised to use my hotel phone. I went back to the hotel and asked to use their phone to call my airline; he asked if it was a local number (it was) and gave me the phone, again being very rude and unfriendly.

Rude service, hotel manager NEVER have time to talk, is always "away". They did not respond to 3 of my phone calls, where they promise they will call back. They asked me to describe my issue with hotel via email, I did it twice and they ignored it anyway. Overall if you do not wanna loose your nerves, stay away from this hotel even if they give you room for free. We booked 3 rooms and wanted to cancel one of them or postpone one day and they keep saying they CANNOT DO IT and hide behind hotel T&C. We wanted to cancel it more than 24 hours before arrival or change date of only 1 of 3 rooms to one day later, so total amount would be the same. The hotel stuff was rude and told us we have to pay for everything anyway. That is great starter. We stayed in two rooms for two days. Nothing special, poor location and service. Overall ovepriced for same amount you can find much better location and room conditions. After few days we found out our credit card was charged for 3rd room anyway even though we did not use it and canceled it +24hrs before arrival. Due to very rude stuff and always not available hotel manager we leave 1 star, cause we cannot give zero.

The hotel is old, outdated, and the clean leaves to be desired! The mattresses are completely through. The pictures are not the rooms.
This hotel deserves only one star, because the location is quite good. Tram stop outside the door.
We can not judge breakfast.

Driving distance directly in a few steps — zig. Various transport.
"Badner Bahn" and the 62 were relevant for me.
You can walk as too loose to the Karlsplatz or Naschmarkt.
Rooms with air conditioning, shower, enough hangers, timeless design schellem Wi-Fi (PW stands on the keycard), multilingual TV and non-smoking.
Plus a great team at the front desk 24/7.
Breakfast not ;) I was I think the buffet costs about 8EUR
Fair prices at the snack machine (M & MS 1 EUR / Fanta 1 EUR)

Outdated, dirty place! Seen lot's of places, but this one is something… Totally unexpectedly for capital of Austria.

These people are abuse you and they search any way to take your down payment its dierty with no room service and unpleasent reciption with no hospitality from end take my advise high price low service and no hospitlity.

Clean, nice, good localisation. Only problem was very slow Wi-Fi connection.

Rooms are good. Shower has seen it's best time. Breakfast very simple one. Slow wlan. But for one or two days in Vienna it is a good positivity to stay. Tram kn front of hotel. Metro 5 minutes walk.
