A lovely hotel, location ideal for seeing all of The beautiful city of Vienna, staff extremely friendly and we loved the Christmas markets, closest was minutes walking distance of the hotel. Room was very small, with hardly any storage space for all our shopping!. Was a little disappointed as my husband had notified the hotel beforehand that the main reason for our trip to Vienna was that we are celebrating our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary in 2019 and it was also my birthday during our stay, unfortunately the hotel forget to acknowledge these events ☹️. However don't let that put you off.

This is a very nice hotel. The room that I had was very spacious and had its own patio in a private garden. It was nice to sit out there in the evening to have a glass of wine. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Vienna it is a little bit off the beaten path but still a short walk to the center of downtown.

The location was great. We walked everywhere. The supermarket was just across the street. The Terrace was wonderful specially during breakfast. Breakfast was very good and so were the cappuccinos. Awesome shower. We had a good size family room with many windows but unfortunately the windows were at 4'6" above floor. The A/C was weak. However, the overall stay was nice.

No1 in Vienna simply the Best Hotel and great staff.

Very friendly staff, rooms were clean and had everything we needed from toiletries & bathrobes to decent hair dryers. Breakfast was very good and you can even have Prosecco with your scrambled eggs! Would highly recommend.

Good food and average service. The menu was hidenly expensive since they charge you per fork and water is not included.

The hotel was centrally situated with proximity to the main areas of interest. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom, though large, had older fittings. The reception staff were always with a smile and ready to assist. The only draw back was there was construction at the hotel and outside and getting Uber and other tour vehicles to the hotel was a challenge!

Renovations… aircon doesnt work good… floor is softer than the beds! They helped with the bed situation so its not so hard! Thk u!

Very nice hotel with large rooms and a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are comfortable and all air conditioned, great during this hot summer weather. The breakfast was first class, with a good choice of breakfast dishes.

Top hotel incl Top Restaurant. The waiters are super nice and friendly. You know a wine recommendation perfectly. Food is totally delicious. We'll definitely go back.

Overpriced hotel. They were doing construction while we were there and we weren't told. The service is bad. I definitely would not call this a cat 5 hotel!

Construction on our floor starting at 7am. Drilling and pounding on both sides of our room. They are spreading cables of some sorts. Don’t sell me a room when you know the noise level is obscene! No other rooms available to move to on a different floor and they don’t seem to care. Avoid the hotel.

Beautiful intimate hotel, which is within walking distance of the State Opera.

Nice Hotel in a good location to reach city centre within walking distance-perfect. We were 4 travelers, rooms were tidy, although partly slightly worn; the bathroom could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, a construction site office scaffolding at the Hotel with occasional compressed air in the hammering was just. ; buffet Breakfast very good and nice selection, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The Bar is also recommended. Nice bartender with good advice. Clear Hotel Recommendation.

This hotel is terrible. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work! I complained and they brought me a router that also was so slow and kept dropping signal multiple times — do not stay here if you need internet. Last and most egregious was that I was in the shower and when I got out there was a hotel maintenance man IN MY ROOM! I screamed and he said sorry and left. The hotel personnel did not care when I complained about this instance. I don’t understand how the man thought it ok to enter my room when I was there (key in the light switch activating the lights in the room) plus I’m in the shower so the water is running loudly. Why would you think it ok to stay in there once you know the guest is present and naked? I’m so terrified of this place.

Best Bar in Vienna! Great bartender with sensational repertoire of classic and modern cocktails. The gin and tonic variations are also recommended.

Very friendly staff, nice and well kept rooms, good and expensive TV (B&O).
Reception via satellite to the 100 programs. Nice garden and seminar rooms. The coffee tastes very good.

I had a drink at the small but quaint bar in the hotel. Service was friendly. I didn't stay at hotel only saying hi to a friend who was staying there. Reception staff was helpful and entrance area is open and welcoming. The hotel was 6 minutes walk from the Karlsplatz underground station.

A secret tip. If you are looking for a luxury hotel with charm and understatement, this is the place. The hotel, as well as its rooms, have many thoughtful details. The whole stuff is always very anxious to fulfill all wishes. Also highly recommended: The restaurant (a reservation is required, as very small, but with a very intimate atmosphere.

We recommend this highly with a caveat. They are doing some major construction, and it started as early as 7AM. If you are not an early riser, that'd be a problem. Food is excellent (we had breakfasts and one dinner), fresh, diverse, scrambled eggs are properly cooked (not runny, not rubbery). Room is comfortable but not big by American standards. Hotel staff are all attentive and courteous.

Very friendly staff. Great room (5th floor, looking over the street), good Internet speed and coverage, great breakfast buffet. Yes, you can hear tram, but its normal since it passes next to the hotel, and not a big deal. I've forgot to. Bring a phone charger, my Swiss colleagues power adapters, and tgey prpvided us I would recommend it to anyone!

Design Hotel with good details and very well located.

Centrally located, this design hotel from SPG is a great way to see Vienna. Helpful staff and the rooms are well appointed. However, if you need coffee or tea in the room, you have to request the front-desk (and they will happily oblige). The bathroom fixtures are a bit old but they work wonderfully. The breakfast buffet is grande!

Extremely nice hotel. Modern looks, comfortable and clean. Close to many places of interest, by walking, including downtown. My wife and I had a great time here while visiting Vienna. Very commendable!

Very good hotel in prime location! Just 10 min walk away from busy downtown. Near by Tram station is other advantage, but noise of Tram could be a little bit annoying at room! Room are quite big with comfortable bed, minbar and safe box. Large balcony in 6th floor gives a unique penthouse view to rooms. Free Wi-Fi and paid parking (€39 per night) available. Very much friendly staffs make your stay more comfortable.

Amazingly designed hotel. I really enjoyed the whole ambience. The only thing that bothered me was impolite and frowning stuff.

Fabulous hotel interior, consistency of settings and decorations are great, nice and friendly staff, provided a lot of information for me to travel in Wien. Quality does match it's price. Breakfast, lot of varieties but some of the guests (Inc. Me) had the toaster failed us. Would recommend the hotel to provide more fresh fruits as the existing fresh food are noticeable smaller portion than those from the canned. Love the range of tea choices, did manage to try 2 and both are nice.

The room in the fifth floor was spacious, clean and quiet. The room and bathroom were great. Ty he service is good. No complains. Good value for the money.

Th nicest hotel on earth. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. If you are a returning guest, the do remember you and welcome you as if you were the king/queen yourself.
I love the design as well and the kitchen is superb. Not of an overcrowded menu but whatever is in it is done with love.
I always enjoy having a tea in the lobby after a shopping afternoon before Xmas by the fire or enjoying myself in the lovely garden.
Location is also excellent. It is a short walk from th opera Kartner str.
I am looking forward to going back and check out the newly opened part as well.

The hotel is modern and clean. The breakfast is good and service is attemptive. Location is great, a couple of blocks from the train station and less than a mile from the Opera house (city sight bus stop). The rooms are not that great. The carpet looks dated, even though it is supposed to be a recently renovated/new hotel. Room 405 has a good view of the street facing the Opera house, but the windows are super high and the window coverings don't really cover all the window, hence you have light hitting you straight in the eye in the morning. The Wi-Fi connectivity is below average. Plenty of dead zones in the room and the speed/bandwidth is embarrassing (not used for video). I couldn't even listen to online radio. Also the hall close to the room smells like cigarette smoke. I know is Europe and everybody smokes, but they promote the hotel as non-smoking, with the exception of the stairwells which absolutely affect room 405 and 406. The rooms over the courtyard are supposed to be better, but you also get the noise from the people eating there. Enjoy.
