Clean, reasonably priced, centrally located property. Room sizes were good. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. No restaurant, but shouldn't be a problem since there are many eateries around including the food court in hauptbahnhof.

Pleasant, clean hotel, ideal for short stays. Breakfast buffet plentiful and fresh, for everyone what to do, staff very friendly and helpful, metro station and main train station 5 minutes away.

The Hotel is centrally located. All Opis are easily accessible and you also have several Shops in front of the Door. (Very convenient if you are there due to Training and want to take Drinks etc for the Seminar Day)

Unfortunately, I couldn't forgive half a Star, because I was there at The end of April (when it was just relatively hot this Year) and it would have been fine had the Air Conditioning already worked there, but to be just, one of the Ladies at the Reception offered me If it can't be endured, due to the Warmth, you would look to see that I get a Room that is cooler. Unfortunately, I no longer know the Name of this young Lady, but I would like to take this Opportunity to thank you again for the Offer.

Clean decent room with great breakfast! It's a bit off from the centre but within walking distance so it's fine. Prices are good and will surely return!

Good hotel with underground parking. Be aware — I parked near hotel for 5 minutes just to checkin and I got ticket fo almost 40€.

Comparing with price its ok. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom a bit poor, but was fine. Receptions kind and friendly. Only problem that room is a bit noisy. But at least close to the main train station.

I love the central location. You will love the Austria trend in Be in Theresianum Wien for the lovely stroll into city centre whether a solo, group or family traveller.

Hotel a few steps from the Stop Sudtirol Red line, very close to the Belvedere, and only two metro stops from the center, large and clean rooms, very kind staff.

Honest hotel with good value for money.

When we are in Vienna, we always live here. Great breakfast, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and one is almost in the center of Vienna. The main train station is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The subway is only a few steps away. Here in Wieden there are also many restaurants and coffee houses as well as grocery stores.

The staff was friendly and helped one too late in the day to continue.
In my case the executive room was not filled with the mini bar, briefly asked at the reception and was filled immediately.

Super comfortable and good service departures and arrivals as well as service cafeteria. The bugsaiser of you is superior to that of america. Nice people. Curious fact. The signage in the angares. And city centers do not show services or directions in English. And unlike other parts of Europe, the national speak little English or none.

We were told that there could be 3 people and we came and we found a room with an extra bed, the dirty towels and in the 3 days we are not filled with soap, bad very bad.

Everything is fine. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good and delicious.

Hotel can be easily recommended. Hotel has a good location. Close to Central station and subway stations. Breakfast varied and something for every taste. A star deduction because with us the shower enclosure did not go right and the water temperature fluctuated very much during the showers. But everything else top. Restaurants and shopping facilities right next door.

Nice, functional rooms and good furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, in the bathroom I lacked hooks to hang the towels. The air conditioning was quite noisy but could be disabled. Would definitely come back!

Good service all around the clock! The rooms are big, comfortable and all in all a good value. Location pretty good, couple min walk from a convenience store and a subway station. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant area seemed small and the breakfast itself not worth to buy.

Great Hotel X being in Vienna has a cost x all pockets with plentiful breakfast then it is five minutes from the station.

Clean and warm room. I like their breakfast, simple and delicious. I spent three days here, and only 100m to the metro station of U1 line.

3 star Hotel, clean, modern, equipped with Wi-Fi. Chosen according to the offers online, and therefore without breakfast included (alas), so cobsiderate 10 euros more if you want to have breakfast here (not excellent)

Quiet hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The bedding is comfortable. Modern and functional bathroom. The breakfast buffet is well stocked as well for the savoury as for the sweet. The staff are nice and helpful.

Location: The hotel is not exactly in the centre of Vienna but is in a strategic position: a hundred meters uphill (coming from the hotel) is in fact the entrance "Kolschitzkygasse" of the station "Südtiroler Platz-Hauptbahnhof" Metro U1, from which you can reach in three stops (less than 5 minutes) Stephansplatz, the center of the city.
The proximity to the aforementioned station also makes it easy to arrive by subway from the airport. Just in fact buy, in addition to the Vienna Card, which will allow you to take advantage of 48 or 72 hours of all public transport in Vienna and that you would like to do if you do not want to die of cold moving always and just walk, an extra Metro ticket For the price of €2.20, then take Metro S7 to "Rennweg" and then the S2 to "Südtiroler Platz-Hauptbahnhof", thus saving CAT money (the train that takes from the airport to the city centre and costs about €11 one way, €17 A/R).

Style and services: The hotel is modern and clean and is equipped with all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, independent heating (it is hot! ), free Wi-Fi etc. It is present, near the breakfast room, also a PC with printer to surf the internet and print Any email. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Failed to honour my reservation and gave my room to someone else — the worst!

Great room and the staff goes above and beyond to help you find your way around the city. I would recommend Theresianum to anyone that wants to visit Vienna. Very close to the Metro station leading to the old city.

The rear part of the hotel is very noisy, the front quietly. When the neighbor comes home in the rear wing, you have the feeling that he stands next to one again and again. The staff at the reception is not 100% customer oriented, a gentleman also slightly unfriendly (Nov. 15). A funny sample on the edge: The water bottles in the fridge had been left behind by the previous half-filled. After two complaints, they were still unchanged in the same place. Furthermore, the small glasses for breakfast are a challenge for the patience. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi breaks off connection. Conclusion: choose the front tract or even a better Hotel book. Price/performance simply does not fit.

For the price it was perfect. Clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our room was a bit noisy, but I always being earplugs when I travel.

For a family in a four-bed room was fine. Executive double room with sofa bed. AC ok. Pleasing décor. International breakfast good. Central location but not too much. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. Efficient.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel. 5 minutes to subway and main train station. 20 minute walk to city center or take the subway. Good Wifi signal and the bed is comfortable. The only compliant is no hot water kettle but reception would get you the hot water.
