➜ Incorrect and non-professional! I was charged the housekeeping, plus that of the reservation which I had to cancel then for several reasons. I had assured the reimbursement of the cleaning (well 48 euros for a stay of one night) but I never received despite the different stresses. They stopped answering my emails. Professionalism have no idea what it is. Thieves! Of course, not recommendable.
➜ Apartment 41 in the 5th floor with lift, bowl well found. It was very warm, only 1 room with kitchenette. We booked this because of the balcony… Scaffolding on the façade… No balcony. TV I… No storage for suitcases. Bad i. O. With shower and hand soap and hair dryer. Terry Towels. Bed was freshly dressed and comfortable. Location for inner city very good.
