A well feared hostel and management and very helpful and courteous.

Barebones but gets the job done.

Only one good thing Wi-Fi is not working reception say excuse me we will not repair this reception guy is not friendly, rooms are clean and not ugly, breakfast is poor. No elevator u need go with ur bags on 2th or 3th floor. On corridor u can see information about not leave ur money and expensive things in room, what can mean the cleaners can stole things from ur bag. I dont recommend this hotel.

Big hostel with plenty of clean 4-bed rooms with own toilets/showers. With the price of 31€ in 4-bed dorm room it is still one of the cheapest in the city. It's close to Linz football stadium so you might hear chorals during the weekends after 8PM.

A youth hostel witch is ok. Good Wi-Fi ok staff, medium rooms.

The service was good and Linz it's beautyful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good Service. Quiet, clean rooms. Rich Buffet Breakfast. The station and car Park in the immediate vicinity. Linzer shopping street, also on foot reachable in a few minutes. Linz … again and again, ibis!

For the price I can't even complain but it was surprisingly uncomfortable to have one power-wall in the room for 5 people. And also there is no Wi-Fi (except city's freenet) which should be everywhere nowadays.

Terrible! My husband had booked a room online, checked in online and so as far as we were concerned, we had a room waiting for us when we arrived there. My husband had driven a long distance to get there and unfortunately was held in traffic jams for 4.5hrs, but as I wrote, we thought we had our room waiting for us, so no problem, ick up keys and sleep a couple of hours. Wrong, we arrived my husband went in to collect the key, the night manager/receptionist was rude, muttering under her breath that Mr Chadwick arrives now. My husband ignored this as he thought she had a busy night. She then proceeded to tell him that his room had been sold. My husband, managed to keep his cool but was upset that this had happened. She told him they thought he wasn't going to arrive so sold it. He explained he had checked in online, had email confirmation and therefore they had one. She then offered another hotel to mu husband, who was too angry to accept it. He asked for a refund and as he was leaving, the night manager/receptionist muttered more things under her breathe. My husband turned around and asked what she said, she lied and said she said she was sorry. My husband explained that if you say sorry to someone you look at them, not mutter under your breathe. This person tried to double book a room and make more money, if this is your standard, this is disgusting and theft. Your staff need more training in customer care and plain politeness.

Good value for money a little louder road transport, however, good and rich Breakfast. Unfortunately, small towels, and the window belonged to the missing set since you got the open.

One can think that with nowadays progress a normal stable Wi-Fi signal with a quick enough internet to open a Facebook page in the hotel room is a must. But not in here. I do not know how it was in other rooms, but the one I stayed in had a very low signal, and where signal was good enough to use — internet speed itself was a shame. So bad that you couldn't watch a youtube video without interruptions. Hello from early 00… Basically the free Linz Wi-Fi, which is beamed through all the city is way quicker and more stable than internet in the hotel. Another thing is how "clean" it was in the room. That is amazing to see somebodies lipstick and very dirty toilet seat after previous visitor. Also for the price you pay, you can not even switch on/off air condition in your room, you are left only with regulation of temperature. But if it is switched on, then it will blow in your face whole night, though with a temperature of your choice :D Rooms are extremely small. Oh, and parking is extra payed ;) At the end, the only good thing in this hotel was a hospitality of guys who work there. May be for a one night stay this hotel is good cause of being practically in the center of the city. But when you stay longer and want sometimes a simple comfort in the room, then there can be a problem. At least it was in my room. Don't know about other ones.

Perfekt, everything worked easy and the rooms were ok. You can walk to the city in about 20minutes.

Bot worth the cost at all. Cheap furniture and sheets, as well as the breakfast! Not recommended!

Easy check in, very clean and everything looks like new! So for that price it's tremendous! And you only walk about 25 minutes to the city center; rooms are not that big if you stay with many others in one room, if you book a single room you get a room with four beds inside;

The youth hostel Linz is SHIT, and in the truest sense of the word — but let me start from scratch 1. Room for 2 P ordered — price is too high 57, — — f. 2 P O+F 2. The door stood open, the room is not mopped/swept, trash cans not emptied claimed in — room get Door worked, the ground is dusty — not a TOWEL in towels from the abandoned room next door brought in — which, unfortunately, was of these of A full with a strip of SHIT, as if someone's ass so that wiped would be… what we, unfortunately, until AFTER THE SHOWERS have noticed : — (wäääh Breakfast — little choice, aufgebackene rolls something hard… well a degree is still ok so the owner of this Guesthouse has its Load is CLEARLY NOT IN the HANDLE — NOT RECOMMENDED! Youth International should think about such a black sheep even further in the Federation to tolerate…

Clean and cheap (for Linz). Friendly stuff. Quiet green area on the hill but close to the city center and main train station. Bus stops are just nearby. Room facilities are almost zero. Breakfast is good. Very good choice for one night stay.

Arrived 2 hours early, member of staff very helpful to me and booked me in.

It's meets basic needs, it's clean and staff are helpful. It was a pain as mixed rooms weren't allowed.

Very clean! Beautiful bedding and rooms are spacious. Lovely large windows. Big garage for bikes. Good food and plenty of it. Reasonable prices. No complaints. Very very attentive service at the front desk. C.

The place was so clean, and you can see the cleaners coming every morning. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and towels in with the price, and a good mix of people young and families. Thoroughly recommended.
