Rooms are very nice and modernly renovated in the lower area, but no ventilation/climate in the rooms.
Had a higher temperature in the room than it had the days outside temperature.

Noise from the street, and the insects were not long to wait because the light was directed exactly at the window! (Spots)

Basic clean room, outdated decor good location, staff were nice, chargeable parking.

The staff are relatively nice and the floors look perfect.

Derzeit wird das Hotel renoviert, der Zimmerbetrieb ist aber ungestört möglich. Die Zimmer wurden bereits saniert und auf neuen Standard gebracht. Für Hotelgäste gibt es ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und Snacks während der restlichen Stunden.

Room maintained. Price very OK.

Really good breakfast only to miss.

My room was new, it's not outdated at all, picture of the bathroom to illustrate, the TV was a big flat screen. The location is very good, the price is friendly. The receptionist was kind. The Wi-Fi was a bit on and off, but that might be my phone's fault and anyway the city of Linz has a free Wi-Fi as well.

Just an ordinary hotel. Very outdated yet clean. The breakfast is very simple. The staff is friendly. Location is good: 5 mins from the center train station.

Friendly staff, large traditional rooms at reasonable cost. Decor a little dated, but I've paid more for a lot worse!

Friendly people good drinks and fun at the bar. Thats why four for a three star hotel.

The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was always refill and the staff was very nice! Value for money watch!

So I recommend you not to spend, it all smells like smoke and recently I heard, that the Lady at the reception the key for a room has given someone foreign, so that he looks to whether it is already clear.
I found it absolutely bad, one could steal etc. And thus, no trust is to put there.
The master who makes breakfast, was the only one who was really helpful.
Otherwise, it is absolutely recommended this hotel!
And you have to pay for the hotel's own parking lot, and don't get access, one as a hotel guest free.
I could write full several A4 pages about the hotel, what everything does not fit.

The hotel people are pricks and speak little English! The room was a mess and shower has mold. Do not stay here for what ever you do! Save yourself and stay anywhere else! (opinion)
