A lovely hotel, clean comfortable room, very friendly staff. Breakfast is modest. The hotel's lobby goes to the convenience store and the gas station cafe.

The worst arrangement provided by Austrian Airlines on cancelled flights. The room was clean and had A/C.
The Ibis is 20 minutes away in good weather and light traffic, the free wi fi was slow while the (allegedly) secured hotel provided was unattainable therefore I couldn’t get my check in from the hotel.
The Marché, the food court/restaurant associated with the hotel was fly infested and highly priced (€1.99 for one boiled egg, €0.99 for a string of cooked bacon/speck etc. ) not allowing breakfast choice flexibility).
But what was outrageous was the service at the front desk. At my arrival, though there were 2 people at the desk only one was booking, the other doing some non client related clerical work.
In the morning the Transfer to City car service failed to pick me up at 6:30. The paper work provided by Austrian had no phone numbers, e-mail addresses for any of the services involved in the arrangement. Access to the internet not being available I approached the front desk for help. Answer: “Not our problem. This is an Austrian arrangement. ”
I insisted to at least get the phone number for the car service and the young, short, blonde young lady at the front desk refused to provide or to make any effort in looking for one.

Beautifully presented. Nice staff. Restaurant open until 22:00 and good fresh food. A bit more expensive than I'd like but it was not a budget Ibis.

Quite expensive for our taste, out of reach of public transport…

With some opportunities about with the personnel but in general is Nice and so quiet!

The rooms are good, breakfast is scant, wai fai doesn't work.

The Ibis Vienna Airport hotel is really great. The reception is friendly and helpful. The dinner at Marché is freshly cooked before your eyes but also something but the time pays off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not very hot but it was still not.

As always, very good. The breakfast is the hammer. Breakfast buffet at Marche, as much as you want. Top.

The hotel is very far from the airport. Taxi takes 15 minutes and €27 one way. It is better to stay closer to the airport or in the city centre if you're planning to spend one night in Vienna.

Easy and quick access to the Vienna Airport Schwechat; very clean rooms; Quite hotel despite the Highway; Restaurant, burger king and food market (Marche) available.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good.

Clean and hospitable. Comfortable for overnight stay near the airport.

Well placed the hotel, very close to the motorway but the bathroom wasn't clean properly and the smell was bad also in the room. It seemed like someone smoked cigarette just before we entered in a room.

The ho we reached at a late hour, however we thought that being in the vicinity of an airport and a highway, we could eat something decent and I'm not referring to a 3-4 star menu, but to a Burger King menu. We were told that they did not have that some sandwiches, the ones that were left, no fries, etc. A place to be avoided in the future.

Nice place to dine and spend the night.

I often frequent it during the year. Comfortable, clean and practical for meetings in the Marche restaurant…
The only flaw for me are the prices at the Marche… Too high for Standart Austria.

It's not really an airport hotel — more like a truck stop hotel. 12km/ 30 eur to the airport. Good restaurant, Wi-Fi not great. Rooms basic, good for 1 night only.

Top hotel for travellers… The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

All great. Fast, clean and convenient; with shop, gas station, Burgerking, Marché Restaurant. Nice, quiet & modern rooms. Good beds. Individual AC & Heating. LCD TV & plenty of space and power sockets.

Nice clean hotel, perfect for a overnight stopover.

Nothing but basics amenities no locker, kettle or press, small bathroom.

Well too many compromise special on the food and very small room so the bathroom is way too small bathing space is 2*2 feet height is low so 6± think before.
Front desk is ok waitress are stone face,
No kettle no press no sleeper.
Caution water in tab too hot so only 20/80 ratio.

Very basic hotel, clean but room smelt of tobacco and not that close to the airport.

This is a very basic option, not much fun. The room smells smoky, like an old pub. Horrible prices, horrible value for price.

It's pretty basic but everything you need is definitely there. Food choices are good but really expensive.

The usual. 50 Euro toilet system. The coupon can be used at Marche in the shop and at Burger King, too.
