Excellent service The bar and common area was upbeat and friendly.

The bar atmosphere is very relaxed and very social.

Very nice hotel with excellent location near Vienna airport, extremely clean & very comfortable. Warmly welcomed by the friendly reception. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everyone with a long flight connection.

Me and my girlfriend spent 2 nights there. Very dear! The best thing was — the Damme what breakfast prepared! So nice, and helpful! Big compliment!

The room is very cold and temperature cannot be adjusted which sucks. I was tired after traveling and just needed some sleep which I could not do because of all the problems I was having with my room, and 2 top everything they don’t even have phones in the room so you have 2 go all the way 2 the lobby So you can ask for assistance? and that really really sucks. I do not recommend this place.

Do not come to this hotel. They do not return money for arrival which is not possible due to the coronovirus. This is inhumane. Such hotels — a complete boycott.

Hotel well located next to the rental car companies and airport, equipped with friendly, often spilled over into the hours of great influences. Hotel quiet, ability to take or no breakfast. Nice gym.

A minimalism that only works because the place is new. Can't imagine this place after a few years of wear and tear. A hip and fun atmosphere in the public spaces. A/C doesn't work well. Breakfast is minimal and expensive for what it is but plenty of places back at the airport or even in other nearby hotels. No real restaurant. If you're just here overnight because of your travels, it'll do what you need it to do. If like me you wanted a longer weekend stayover in Vienna probably better to stay in the city at a slightly more upscale place with more amenities, even if it's less hip.

This is a massive hipster hotel. The staff wear black t-shirts and address you as "dude. " There are no phones in the rooms, but neither is there room service. There is no closet, no trashcan in the room, no desk nor chair to sit on while working. But there are cool looking lights all around like under the bed and behind the TV. There's no restaurant but there's a snack bar in the lobby where you can get a 40 g bag of popcorn for €5.

I work in the hospitality industry and loved their staff. I would steal them if I could & bring them to my hotel. Walking distance to Vienna airport and bus stops if you are traveling to/from by bus. Even took a day trip to Bratislava from there as the bus stop was so close and my flight didn't leave until 8pm. Thanks to the staff for holding my bags and suggesting the best stop in Bratislava to see everything. One of the best hotel's I've stayed at. Great breakfast too!

The staff and service were great. I loved the relaxed atmosphere. The interior is Chic but but stuffy. The have a fun play on social media with their hashtag campaign. My son loved the grab and go options when we arrived after serving hours. Very unique!

We arrived at 13 o'clock — we were offered to walk until 16 tee hours:And this is for order for 2 months! The girl from the reception throws her seat in front of the client with the money and goes to prepare a penny coffee in the bar. I've never seen anything like it. The check was not given, the staff are very relaxed.

A do it yourself hotel. An innovative concept. Everything is " Help by yourself " You just get the bare room by itself with not very many frills. Plus side is, you can wheel your luggage by the airport trolley straight into the hotel. Takes about 10 minutes to reach the Reception. All food items, microwave, tea, coffee, bar etc, etc is in the lobby itself. If your last stop on the itinerary is Vienna, then this is the best place to stay.

Good hotel definitely for the youth market. Very close to the airport. Nice bar and hot food. (microwaved) cook it yourself. Room was clean and tidy with just the right amount of space for one night. A couple of hangers. No wardrobe. Staff were brilliant. Only given 4 stars as I'm the wrong side of 60 to really appreciate this style of hotel.

Very negligent to pay. Paid in cash 1 night 27-28.05 at the settlement. They didn't give me a check. But they are still trying to withdraw the amount from the card! At the reception and did not understand: (
