Perth Hotels near WACA

I have stayed at many hotels in Perth over the years, and Pan Pacific Perth stands out for a very special reason. In an industry where high staff turnover is common, this hotel feels different.

This was our first time away without children in over 20 years.

Check in was a breeze, felt very safe and location was great. The two room apartment was well kept and great for my family of 5. Would book this place again when I return to Perth. Thank you!

I stay at Quest East Perth regularly, and each visit reminds me why I wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. The east Perth location is ideal for those who want to be within walking distance to the CBD. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym is okay.

The Best Hotel you could ever stay in Perth A Fantastic location and an amazing walk to Optus Stadium.

I had an exceptional stay at Bailey Apartments. The accommodation was fantastic, and Raj and his team were warm, friendly, and very efficient.

The service staff are excellent but in terms of the room, the toilet has flies and the shower head had rust.

Room comfortable, and spacious.
Tea coffee sugar, microwave, kettle, fridge.
Restaurant next door.
Very good location, near the city. Walking distance.

We recently had a quick one night stay here, due to an event close by. The Hotel location was perfect and a short walk to our event. CAT buses service nearby streets and make logistics easy.

I had an enjoyable stay here. The room was extremely clean and was great for me as a solo traveller. I definitely felt I had enough room.

Conveniently located, a short walking distance to attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants with a nice outlook over the river. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were here 4 nights and it was a perfect location. Sadly pool too cold to use, it was end of April, but the room, facilities, quiet areas, restaurant, laundry, all excellent.

This is a giant hotel in downtown Perth; we stayed here two nights in July 2024, a suite connected to a room with two twins.

Was an excellent place to stay for my mates wedding, can say though the bathrooms are kinda a bit much in white, the QT's Black tiled bathrooms are by far superior.

This was a relly enjoyable stay. We had what was branded as an “executive suite”. It was really big, plenty of space, comfy bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath).

All very serviceable! Could do with an extra power point next to the bed, and ended up using a spare towel for a bathroom mat.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were roomy with views. Beds were comfortable and facilities were well maintained. Cleaning staff were efficent, helpful and very obliging.

It's clean and modern while not being the flashiest of hotels, but that's part of its charm.

My husband and I stayed at Novotel Langley from January 1st to January 2nd, 2026, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful rooms with balcony on the swan river, amazing view, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

This place was great, I ended up extending for an extra week. I enjoyed my stay here and it's in a convenient location.

A private room within walking distance of the centre of Perth for less than $70, can't really complain, Perth prices are cooked and some hostels charge 80 a night for a bunk bed in a dorm!

The rooms were clean had everything needed for a few nights stay. Great if you are need close access to the Perth family court. It's a walk to the end of the street.

It is cheap but comfy bed. Walking distance from city. Clean and kitchen well equipped. Perfect for a night or two near the city.

Enjoyed my stay here! The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with beautiful views of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied.

Good location for what we needed.

Monte Clare is perfectly situated in the city. Amenities everywhere, food, alcohol, sites to see the WACA just down the road.

Great value for a short stay in the city-centre. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The kitchen and lounge area were large and the staff were friendly too.

Perfect stay for people on the go. Located in the city of Perth, easy access to all that Perth has to offer. The rooms are awesome and the staff could not be better, very cheap and respectable set up.

I stayed here for 3 months the management in this hostel is amazing highly recommend.

Excellent quality apartments in fantastic area of East Perth.
IGA (Gourmet. Expensive, but has own hot fresh food deli) & 777 are 3 minutes walk away.

Was excellent to have a nice place with great air-conditioning and great area.
Getting in was a little tricky without a reception (got in on a Saturday) but figured it out.

I had an excellent stay at Astra Apartments! Check-in was quick and easy, and Rebecca was incredibly professional and helpful throughout.

Exceptional customer service from start to finish despite a late Sunday check-in, The staff were welcoming and professional. Modern apartment, tidy, and in a central location with stunning views.

Stayed for 3 nights, although the reception is not manned the check in through the convenience store at the bottom of the hotel was pretty smooth.
