Hotels in Perth with Parking

From the beginning the reception staff was really lovely and accommodating to my requests. She even walked me to my room to reassure me of the lock.

I have stayed at over 20 different hotels and apartments in Perth, and I would rate the Ascot Central Apartments as one of the top 3 accommodation providers in the city.

The restaurant tables had this paper under the legs to stop wobble. We stayed for 4 nights. We were not shown how to work the lift. The room was dated with only one bed lamp for two queen beds.

We recently held an event at the Mercure and couldn't be happier with the experience. Gemma was fantastic from start to finish: organised, responsive and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Very nice large room, large bathroom. Very clean. It was actually a very quiet location and I slept great.

What a lovely experience staying at Michael and Natalie’s place.
Very clean, friendly and a beautiful place. The check in was easy, the gardens are beautiful.
Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

Great location 5min walk to Northbridge.
We stayed there after a concert ay RAC Arena which was a 10 min walk away.

We had a great stay — clean, well equipped room, and great location for Fringe Festival. Only small bit of feedback would be that a chromecast or smart TV would be appreciated but not a major issue.

Staff are so nice, friendly and accomodating. I felt very welcome and the area is great, so close to the river, beautiful morning walks.

This place has old school charm which we loved.

Two days of conference and workshops were hosted for us by the team here — staff couldn’t do enough for us. Excellent food choices for all, free parking for delegates, ideal facilities with handy

I loved everything about Swan River Hotel. The rooms were spacious, the bed was extra large king and very comfortable. It was clean and felt luxurious.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Only downside is that it gets very bright in the morning. The on-site parking is very convenient. I only stayed one night and had to pay a 200$ bond.

Always clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Cannot recommend this place more highly.
Ive been staying here many years.
Great pool too.

Our stay of 8 nights went like a dream!
Our apartment was spotless, the bed was comfy and everything worked. The location was perfect, just a short distance into the city and also to our family.

The apartment was spotless and in a great location, with the added bonus of free parking, which made everything so convenient. Communication was super easy and quick.

Amazing place to stay. The hospitality is top notch. Couldn’t ask for more! The room is good for how much I pay and it’s very convenient location.

Excellent services, and love how they were flexible with their check in/check out times. Had a really pleasant experience.

I stayed at Billabong Backpackers Resort in Perth for over a year and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere is super friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is a great place to

Tim is the best receptionist!
A little advice, Cookware can be upgraded with very little economic effort, pans mostly.

Exceptional stay at Fraser Suites.
Rooms are modern, spotless, and spacious — with stunning views over the Swan River.
Kitchenette and laundry in-room made it feel like a home away from home.

Beautiful rooms with balcony on the swan river, amazing view, well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend.

The bed was broken, and the receptionist not only behaved unprofessionally but also spoke badly about the hotel owner. The room was awful, and the bathroom was dirty. I do not recommend this place.

Couldnt disagree more with the previous review.

My fiancée and I stayed here just after getting engaged and although we experienced a few issues with the original room we had paid for, the staff handled everything so professionally and kindly!

Great location. For this price range however the rooms could do with some cosmetic improvements.
Ie. Paint job, change carpet and clean/ replace bathroom grouting.

At first glance, it looked rather run down. Damage to alot of outdoor ceilings and old paint.

I had an Mid Night check in and it was so simple with the automated system and assistance from security.

The place is great which is stone's throw away from the Scarborough beach. It was a great experience for us as we had other plans in the day and wanted to rest our heads overnight.

It is a comfortable functional place. Lots of space with two double bedrooms. Tv. Kitchen with a microwave and hob, no oven.

Nice friendly peaceful place to stay, new management is a blessing, Monica certainly knows how to run the park, I've never seen the park as full as it's been over the month, well done Monica your

Lisa was very kind and helped me out so much. Very accomodating. The location is convenient and despite being in the flight path its quiet otherwise.
