Enjoyed my stay here! The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with beautiful views of the city skyline. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied.

Good location for what we needed.

Monte Clare is perfectly situated in the city. Amenities everywhere, food, alcohol, sites to see the WACA just down the road.

Has positives and negatives. Location is great, in the heart of city, but that also means it’s very noisy and hard to sleep. Place was clean and tidy, and rooms were decent with good storage.

Amazing customer service while checking out this early morning. 430am 12/09. Lovely groups of people and a very family type of place close to my favourite food choices n transport.

Great value for a short stay in the city-centre. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The kitchen and lounge area were large and the staff were friendly too.

I have stayed there for 5 days and its budget friendly, all staff was friendly especially manager. They have nice rooms with good enviroment wit.

Great stay, nice clean room and service is great. Hot water worked great and would recommend for a decent price aswell.

Perfect stay for people on the go. Located in the city of Perth, easy access to all that Perth has to offer. The rooms are awesome and the staff could not be better, very cheap and respectable set up.

I stayed here for 3 months the management in this hostel is amazing highly recommend.

Overall good value for money. For me It was mostly about socialising and it’s definitely a good place for that, big common area and a yard with a big table.

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your stay in Perth this is the place, compared to other hostels I was able to sleep well here and is a plus that we have a fridge in our room!

Excellent quality apartments in fantastic area of East Perth.
IGA (Gourmet. Expensive, but has own hot fresh food deli) & 777 are 3 minutes walk away.
Residential excellence.

Was excellent to have a nice place with great air-conditioning and great area.
Getting in was a little tricky without a reception (got in on a Saturday) but figured it out.

Budget motel is in a great location not far from Midland Gate & Centrepoint also Midland Train Station which is helpful if you don't have a car.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, went over and beyond. Very convenient location for doing the Munda Biddi.

Beautiful older style building but when you step thru the door of unit the only way to describe it is palacial.
The caretakers/hosts Rod&Anne are an absolute wealth of knowledge.

Amazing value. I thought I was in a shared house arrangement and couldn't believe I had 3 br to myself.

The staff and backpackers there are very friendly. They help me check in once the room is ready. I didn't lose anything. Very nice experience because of the staff there.

I stayed in a private double room for one night. It was small and simple but did the job for the price. The staff super helpful and friendly.

Such a hidden gem. What an experience, my wife and I have not ever stayed in a bed and breakfast before and our first experience was exceptional.

Great BnB. The room was very nice and clean and the bed comfortable. It has a good location close to teh airport, and also close to a bus-stop that takes you directly to the CBD.

Visited with my friend and absolutely loved it. Such a chill and peaceful place. We enjoyed watching the World Cup on the TV, had good utilisation of kitchen with own food, and just relaxed.

It is reasonable for the price. Opted for a private room with a comfortable double bed. The room has a ceiling fan but switch was removed.

Visiting Perth to see my elderly parents. Hotel is in an excellent position and quiet. Easy access/walk into the City and Kings Park. Staff were excellent, from reception to house keeping.

Definitely will. Come back. It's not the Hilton or Burj Al in Dubai. Yes it shows signs of age. But the property is clean and presenta.

I have loved staying at the Hive over the last few months. It’s a great hostel to stay long term and there is a great community feeling.

Hmm, a real tricky one.
To me, after staying at other Ibis properties, I wouldn't say this is worth the charged price.

I loved the larger toilet/bathroom that Melbourne doesn't have. It is a little more dated than Melbourne's, but staff are so friendly and accommodating.

We cannot imagine better accomodation. Very competitively priced. Everything you require is supplied. Very comfortable and safe.

Large affordable accommodation in the heart of Fremantle. Safe parking area, friendly hosts, hassle free.
