Exceptional accommodation. This lovely studio apartment is immaculately clean, has absolutely everything you need (including washing powder, pegs, clothes airer, plenty of toilet rolls and more).

Just landed back home this morning after a rather lovely stay here in Malibu Apartments.

I spent a lovely 3 nights there. Good location near lake monger and walking distance to subiaco and leederville centers with good food options.

Stayed a night and loved it. Slept like a baby on the comfy bed, enjoyed the complimentary breaky and had it on the veranda, looking at the beautiful garden. What a piece of heaven.

Always stay at this place on my way to the mine up north. Room is a bit dated but roomy and clean. The hotel also offers airport shuttle pick up and drop off, very convenience!

Great location only 10mins from CBD and 15mins from airport (out of peak hours). Bus stop very close. Room was dated (but as shown in photos) but spacious, very clean and full kitchen.

I stayed here between the 15th and the 21st the place was exceptionally clean very tidy and very well maintained I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality quick and quiet

Nice and clean guest house in a quiet area with a very warm welcome, also there is a lot of stuff inside for cook! Don’t hesitate to book a room in this place!

Lovely clean comfy rooms & short distance to Fremantle. Wonderful staff & very helpful. Buildings are set unobtrusively back from the road & surprisingly quiet.

Budget-friendly serviced rooms with varying facilities dependant upon your requirements/budget. Old but comfy enough.

Close to Perth Train Station with nice friendly staff.

Had a few errands to run in the CBD so booked into Nightcap at Belgian Beer Cafe. The room was exceptionally clean and modern with beautiful bedlinen, the bed very comfortable.

Clean, easy check in, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for last minute mid week stays.

This accommodation is beyond outstanding! I have stayed here a few times and never have I been disappointed.

This was a relly enjoyable stay. We had what was branded as an “executive suite”. It was really big, plenty of space, comfy bed, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bath).

All very serviceable! Could do with an extra power point next to the bed, and ended up using a spare towel for a bathroom mat.

I enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were roomy with views. Beds were comfortable and facilities were well maintained. Cleaning staff were efficent, helpful and very obliging.

Staff were very friendly. There was a mix up with booking and they were very helpful to resolve the issue. Site is very beautiful and great location. Highly reccomend will definitely be coming back!

It was a great stay. The staff was very cordial. Only one gripe. After reaching the location, there was no way to figure out where is the entrance and the hotel itself.

Booked 7 nights for perth cricket ashes tour, as went solo to fremantle to see Australian family who lived just outside perth area but needed somewhere close to train/ bus so this place was 200

I’ve lived here for so long and I have never felt more at home anywhere else. The staff are lovely and I’ve made friends for life in this place.

Lovely little cottage with most amenities. Close to some awesome wineries, distilleries and breweries.

We reserved a space for 40+ people for a work lunch function.
The food was great (beef or chicken) but what really stood out was the service staff. All of them were friendly and attentive.

First time being here and I have to say that I am happy overall with the place. We stayed here for 3 nights and it was less than $500 for that.

I got two aspire wi g rooms 1 had no Netflix or such on the TV just bad free to air. Television and a noisy fridge and hard bed don't go to room 215.

This is a genuinely lovely hotel. The staff are all super nice, smiley, and really helpful.
The rooms are always cleaned impeccably; it's actually kind of ridiculous.

Great sized room with very comfortable beds. Bath towels were big and fluffy. TV was bigger than most places I've stayed in. As it was an old building, it was quirky and floors were wooden.

This hotel is in a very central location — right next to the bus station and also right downtown — no car needed. The room had everything we needed to make our own meals and the staff were helpful.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen, air‑con, fridge and washing machine. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Elizabeth Quay Station.
