Staff were absolutely rude as anything really arrogant wouldn’t let me speak to a manager who wasn’t arrogant and I haven’t even arrived for my holiday yet I would recommend not booking through these people purely because of the arrogancy and rudeness, They’re amazing ability to not return emails or phone calls. Do not book with these people.

Stayed one night. While the price wlis good and it's central location is great the hotel itself is very dirty. We cleaned the room before we left. Then we're told that they would not refund the bond as there was a cigarette burn on the doona cover. It was not even the same doona as was in the room. So now they are saying we have to prove it was not the same linen. So if you do stay there take pictures of the linen in the room you have. And when you check out, wait for your bond refund if you have paid by credit card. The management is dodgy in a major way.

My sister stayed here a couple of weeks ago and was disgusted with the dirty room and handyman still in her room doing repairs after she had checked in. So they offered to make reparations next time they see her. We check in this weekend and I had to ask for another room because the one I was given stunk. None of the windows have screens or lock. The handyman was still in one of our rooms doing repairs. A cleaner was still in the other cleaning. My daughter found condoms under the couch in one room. And when I inspected the room further and found rubbish, chewies, stained sheets and a dirty bra strap in the bed clearly indicating the room had not even been cleaned the manager brushed me off. He also did not even replace the doona and argued with me in a couple of illiterate asf txt replies. My sister had her door knocked on two nights in a row by people looking for drugs. And both nights people were screaming and partying until all hours of the night. No apology at all from the manager and I didn't ask for a refund of my money EVEN though I left a day early. The local cook checked the other rooms and found dirty broken cutlery, rubbish and socks under another bed and was the only one to apologise and do anything. That's three whole rooms that were not cleaned to any standard and they actually have the cheek to charge me 50$ of the bond money for an apparently 'stained' doona in the one room that had no children in it?

Hot water not working, blood spots on the bed, dog in the next apartment barking, place stank and constantly harassed for smokes from other guests. If you want a good Nights sleep, you won’t get it here due to the meth heads up all night screaming and growling in the hallways.

We booked and Paid for a room for 2 Adults and 3 Kids was only enough beds for 4 people and got told by the Manager we are not going to talk about this very unpleasant stay with not enough beds. Would not refund any money.

Absolute rip off merchants, wouldn’t give us our $150 bond back because we had two other people in the hotel room because they was picking me up they didnt even sleep there, staff are rude and the manager doesn’t know how to run a business at all, rooms are grubby and dirty too, absolutely would not recommend this “hotel” to my worst enemy!

Old & outdated… needs a refurbish done… bed comfy… sort of clean… staff friendly & helpful … playground could be better looked after.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Don’t! 19/8: Have never intended to give a bad review, but I was left with a very very bad impression of this places. 1) The apartment is old, rundown and the cleanliness can definitely be improved. 2) The culinary pot inside my apartment are so dirty, yuck. 3) Microwave, yuck. Electric kettle, yuck. 4) The bedsheet feel itchy. 5) The bathroom is not very clean either. Old, rusty, yellowish. 6) The sofa, oh yuck. 7) Carpark is chargeable FYI 8) For laundry, you need to exchange token with the reception. 9) MAY SURE you took a photo of the apartment during check in, with the staff around and after u check out, make sure to take the photo with the staff around. To make sure nothing was misplaced, damage or missing? What I can advice this place is to up the notch on the cleanliness. Granted this apartment is right opposite Watertown and it might be great for tourist not driving. But still, there’s no excuse for the apartment to provide sub standard service especially in the area for cleanliness! It’s Perth, everything suppose to be CLEAN. Ok, maybe one star is too much, I give two stars, but for the visitors read all the reviews and stay in this apartment at your own risk!

I reach here evening at around 530pm and greet by the reception. After all necessary action taken for check-in procedure then we went to our apartment. The apartment quite clean and rooms seems reasonable but they need to provide thicker blanket since the temperature sometime reach below 10 degree here. The electric appliances ie microwave and rice cooker need to clean again coz not completely clean. The fridge was quite clean. Since we are Muslims so we need a hose beside the wc in the toilet for clean up purpose. Overall we quite satisfied.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Stayed here once before and found it ok. This time however was very disappointing. I booked a 2 bedroom "self contained" unit for 4 people. The room itself was fine it, was the lack of certain item's that was what had us frustrated. We had no face towels or bath mats. We were forced to use our bath towels on the floor because the shower would flood. The microwave smelt as though it was about to catch fire when you used it as did the stove top. Plus there wasn't any food bowls only plates and mixed, matched utensils and other kitchen items. If the reception deck was staffed for more then a few hrs a day then these some what smalls issues may have been able to be delt with to make our stay that little more enjoyable.

I stayed hear for 1 week this is a comfortable place and I didn’t have to pay the price of the shangra la lol. I was made welcome the moment I was on hear I went to the front desk and this girl was grumpy but then the general manager welcomed me and told me that was the other business. That staff member on the really big desk needs to smile and be more welcoming. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed how convenient everything is. When you run out of something Eddie the general manager gives you his mobile number so when you run out of anything he gets his staff to bring it right up just like having a butler at the Shangra la great place.

I stayed hear for 3 weeks as I needed a room at a great price this place was great Eddie the general manager is great to deal always polite the rooms are clean anything I needed I just asked and he delivered. Keep up the great work Eddie I look forward to staying hear again.

This is the second time I have stayed hear and dealing with Eddie is like dealing with professional I have not had any problems he made me feel very welcome and he was always there to help with me needs. The rooms the cleanliness the professional service the friendly staff. I recommend this for everyone.

Terrible place. Beds very uncomfortable. The shower head was completely blocked. Cleanliness is non existent. Still rubbish in room from previous client. Parking bays are way to narrow.

Great location, close to the city and shopping. Rooms are functional but getting old, the prices reflect this though and it's quite affordable. For a budget stay in a good location is very good.

I like this hotel. I have been staying there for over a month now and I like it. Staff are awesome. Even the most trivial problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. It is across the road from a shopping mall, bus stops are right outside. The west end of the CBD is about a ten minute walk. There is a swimming pool. Also there are two nearby Pokémon Go stops and, with a bit of GPS drift, I get reach both from my room.

My family really enjoyed the pool. Manager was good with us provided all we needed for our stay. My friends and I will be back. Thank u again.

Had a great day very comfortable modern furniture very clean and tidy and management and staff were polite and very accommodating definitely recommend to all my friends.

We love our staying. Reception is extremely friendly and we will come again.

Basic cheap rooms. New management. No soap yet! Has pool. Close to Watertown for shopping. Bigger than a hotel room. Separate bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen in room. Reception open 7am til 7pm. Needs a refurbishment. Air-con in room. 10 mins walk to city. 1 lift, which is a bit slow but new. Parking included. Close to a nice park and not too far from Kings Park.

Great accommodation, central to perth! Great facilities. Will be back! Owner was great to deal with respected by accommodating beyond his means.

We loved our stay. The kids really enjoyed the playground and pool. Staff where super friendly the apartment was clean n cosy. Definitely come back again.

Warning, warning! There is a guy called EDDIE KAMIL renting rooms 210, 310, 411, 103, 203, 205, 303 and 407. This person will ask for a bond of almost 2000 dollars CASH and never give it back to you! He rents his apartments for very cheap and charges you a ridiculous amont of money for bills! Everytime you ask him to see the bill he pretentds he forgot it. If you refuse to pay him he will threaten you. Every transaction is done with CASH. He is known by the police. Be very carful if you have to deal with him!

Fantastic location good shopping around the area. The room is nice and clean the owner is a really nice guy I will definatly come back again.

Cheap and cheerful. Good location for visiting attractions. Pool and play area are nice with plenty of seating. Everything a bit worn and dated. But not dirty. Car parking tiny spaces but enough of them. Good for an inexpensive place to stay considering location.

I prefer the flexibility and convenience of apartments. The best thing about this hotel is the location! Great central location and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay for work or leisure. The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean with a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. :-)
